However, when the tech showed up at my house I was quoted an amount that would've cost me nearly 3X more than the amount agreed upon over the phone. Kevin did a great job. Our realtor called him on Thursday asking if he could come out on Friday and do our carpets. She explained to him we were moving in and the previous owners didn't have the carpets cleaned like they were supposed to. He came out Friday afternoon. These guys own their own business and actually do quality work. Their prices are very affordable and they did such a great job. I did not know them personally before they came to service my home, but damn...I know quality work when I see it. I also don't leave reviews often unless I truly am impressed. He showed up even earlier than our established appointment time, which I appreciate, assessed the job to clean carpets and remove the urine polka dots left by our two Yorkies . Thermal Clean did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets. I bought the $100 for $75 coupon which covered the cleaning. There was a stain in my living room that I had tried to get up numerous times (Resolve, Oxy, etc.) and was unable to get rid of it permanently.
