After calling and being told of a delay due to medical circumstances (which was completely acceptable),they eventually scheduled a consultation for 2/22 at 11 am. On the day of the consultation, despite putting up a "please knock" sign on my door at 10:55, I received a text at 11:05 stating the representative had come by early (between 10:45-10:50). I was told the national cell phone outage impaired our connection. If this were the case, why would he not try again to knock on the door at the time of the appointment? I called the owner after the initial text, he admitted he did not try again at the time of the appointment. He indicated he was now headed to his next appointment at 11:05! I was very disappointed at his lack of effort, especially being that I had given him so many chances to even schedule with him. After expressing my disappointment via text, I received no response or follow-up as promised.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED SHARP WASTED MY TIME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors. Terrance and his crew were punctual and communicated with me well the time they were here. I had a great experience with DFW Flooring and Mike Spitzbeg! They really took the time to listen to my needs and provided a personalized, thoughtful approach. Even though the project took longer than originally estimated, Terrance Brooks and his crew did a great job!! On their next visit, i was not home but a friend was present. She told me that multiple men were in the house with her and one of them used the bathroom with the door open feet away from where she sat. The scratches on my relatively new vinyl floor from moving my couch, texture and paint stains left in my lawn, and so-so paint job was the kicker. With so many good reviews, I really expected more but was sorely disappointed.  The project is not finished but i have asked them not to come back. Heed my warning.

I brought this to Jesus' attention to which he told me he would let me know when he had an update not to bother him with texts or calls- and then blocked my phone number. I used Jesus on a separate job in the past, to which he did actually show up and do the work, however, it took him THREE MONTHS to finally show up and complete the job. The work was garbage and they left the house a mess. The only good thing I can say about Jesus is he will show up any time place or distance to provide a quote and get your money- after that your up sh*t creek.
