Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work.
