The prices were comparable, I shopped around, but they were the only company that could come on short notice. I'm moving and needed my carpets cleaned before my furniture comes. The stains were horrible and every single one of them are gone. I'm shocked at how good my carpets look and smell. The rep, Bruce, was super friendly, he did mention some "other guys" that we're not so nice and would rip people off. We talked, he gave me advice on how to clean future pet messes and even spent a few minutes with my dogs. The only negative is the time frame. They told me they'd be here between 12p-5p. While they came within the timeframe, which made me happy, it seems like a more accurate/a shorter timeframe should be easier to figure out. For any of my future carpet cleanings I will definitely use these guys and recommend them and also Bruce to people I know!

We saw our neighbors getting their carpets cleaned, and decided to do the same. We know our…read moreneighbor to be price & quality conscious, and particular. Our neighbor was pleased with the service, so we had PSCC do our house. We moved all the furniture we could out the way and off all the carpet. Only thing left on the carpet was the beds, and one large, heavy, piece of furniture. I then vacuumed every bit of our carpet until the dirt sensor, on the vacuum, glowed green (indicating no dirt). Note: While the "cleaning wand" can reach a bit under the beds, the furniture could only be cleaned around. Doug H. was our "Lead Technician". I think he did a good job. Now Yelp used to call 5 stars "As good as it gets", and never having this done before, I wouldn't know. But now Yelp calls 5 stars great, and 4 stars good. And since I think a good job was done, I'll go with 4. About the only thing I didn't like is that our living room was considered two rooms, "because of the size." Also, closets are cleaned at a flat rate of $30 (which seemed high, but we did get a 2 for deal deal). When Doug finished, he turned on the ceiling fans in all the rooms. I also had cracked all the windows in all the rooms to get some fresh air. We did find one spot that needed a little extra work, but Doug did get it out. We were told to try to stay off the carpet for 6 to 8 hours, but if we had to go on it, wear white socks. I went barefoot the one time I had to get something from one of the rooms. It seemed it took a little longer to dry, but in the end we were pleased with the work done. Oh, our water supply was used, via the hose bib on the side of the house. Bottom line: And now it's almost time to list our home.

They absolutely exceeded my expectations. They cleaned EVERYTHING -- light fixtures, windows, blinds, grout, baseboards, and all those little details that can easily be overlooked. When I walked into the house, everything was impeccable and the entire home smelled SO fresh and clean. After the stress of moving, it was such an amazing feeling to walk into a spotless home and be able to simply unpack and put our things away without worrying about cleaning first. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering how thorough they were and the amount of work they put into the house. Bridget and her ladies did an incredible job, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in their work. If you're moving into a new home or just need a really good deep clean, I HIGHLY recommend Bridget and her team. They made our move-in experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I will absolutely be using them again!

I hired this company for a move out cleaning service and had a terrible experience. When I arrived…read moreto check the unit, I found that a kitchen drawer face had been completely ripped off and placed back to conceal the damage. No one notified me. After I contacted them about the damage, they claimed the drawer was "already broken" which is completely false. The drawer was fully intact prior to the service, and I have multiple witnesses that can confirm this. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the customer after being caught. I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. I would not trust this company and do not recommend their services. Pictures of damage are attached.

I received several quotes that each were $400 to $600 more than square solutions. I will be honest as I was nervous selecting them due to their prices being much lower. I decided to give a try, and a man and woman showed up on-time (which I value). They were very nice and jumped on the work. We were very happy with their work. I would recommend them.

I called last minute and was able to get an appointment for the next day…read more I have used them before and was pleased. This time, it was pricey for what I had done and my carpet was soaking wet still an hour later with 2 fans running over the larger area. It was $169.00 with tax. That didn't include a tip and I always try to do that for a service, so I tipped separately. They cleaned the stairs (15) and an upstairs living area of mainly the open area and the walkways leading to that area. There was furniture in the room and they cleaned around it. After about an hour with the fans on and AC lowered to help dry, I got my wet/dry vac and sucked out more water/moisture and then got out the super big fan. In all, I had 4 fans running over the areas all night and they are finally drying. The carpet is older but still, it shouldn't have been soppy wet like that. Not sure if I will use them again. May need to find a different cleaning method with less water.

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!**…read moreHad this company clean our carpets on March 10, 2023, and soon after our dog became violently ill. Carpet was cleaned and after that procedure was done, the tech sprayed a "protectant" down, I have yet to find out what this chemical is exactly. My wife called and spoke to Rachel, who assured her whatever was placed on the carpet was then extracted by the machine, HOWEVER, that's not true. I watched the tech spray something from a bottle and then proceed to rake the carpet, nothing was then "extracted" nor was the machine run over the carpet again. After the tech left, our dog became extremely nauseous, lethargic and struggling to breathe. We had to take her to an emergency veterinarian, after a series of tests, including all types of blood work, was able to determine she came in contact with some type of irritant or poison. We were there for close to 9 hours! This is a healthy 5-year-old dog who JUST had her bi-annual checkup last week. I called the next day and had Rachel call me back, told her the situation and only then, did she back-peddle on what she initially told my wife about this product being extracted back up because I told her I watched the tech spray it on and left it. She tells me this protectant is safe for pets, but when I asked for the MSDS sheet on this product, she tells me she will email it to me. Well, a whole day has gone by and guess what? NO EMAIL. These sheets should be readily available. Finally, a day and a half later, I finally get the SDS on this product and it's classified as a "Hazardous Chemical" per OSHA and causes irritation when breathed in or ingested, which this tech sprayed from a bottle, in mist form, 5-6 feet away from me and my pet in an unventilated room. Nowhere on these sheets sent does it say "safe for pets or children" as they claim. I called OSHA and the manufacturer, and both agreed this should not be applied anywhere close to people or animals and only is it really safe after it has dried. At no time did this tech tell us to stay off the carpet for X amount of time, or we would have done that. If you're a pet owner and love your pet like we do ours, then you can imagine the stress and anguish it was watching her struggle like she was, not knowing really what her outcome will be. I emailed this company to let them know what the product they use has done and the cost of our vet bill, which again, have had no response. So, if you have pets, or children for that matter, do not use this company. Only in it for the almighty dollar and could care less what damage they do. I have left this same review on G-00gle which keeps getting taken down... fishy

The ladies will also bring their own equipment and face masks to utilize while working inside your home, ensuring safety for both themselves and your family. No spot is left unturned, and they even provide you with time/money saving tips beforehand. We used them for our recent move out clean, and they made sure to ask us to self clean the oven before our appointment so that the ladies wouldn't have to spend their allotted time scrubbing that out. Their pay is determined by the number of hours in which they clean, so we appreciated the courtesy. The end result was perfect, and our pictures for the sale listing came out wonderful. They checked every cabinet and drawer, being so thoughtful as to text me pictures of anything they found in case it needed to be added to the pile of items we had already hired a trash service to come and collect. I find their pricing to be competitive for the area, and right on par with the level of service they provide. With all of us spending so much time in our homes this year, give yourself a break and hire them to help you out around the holidays. You will love how clean your house feels afterwards!
