Posting anonymously for my sister's safety…read more Yesterday my sister was harassed and threatened by a grown woman while taking her baby (under one year old) to a doctor's appointment. After my sister carefully drove around this woman who was backing into a parking spot, the woman followed her, parked nearby, and immediately began screaming profanities. She called my sister an "ugly b****," mocked her appearance, and made degrading comments -- all unprovoked. When my sister calmly asked to be left alone, the woman escalated further and threatened to fight her, saying her "hair was down and ready to go" while my sister was holding her infant in her arms. Let that sink in....this woman was willing to physically confront a mother carrying a baby. The doctor's office staff had to intervene and escort my sister and her child to safety. Surveillance footage confirms the entire incident. A bystander even stopped to check on my sister because it was that alarming. This behavior is unhinged, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. It takes a truly disturbed person to intimidate a mother with an infant over absolutely nothing. What makes this even more concerning is that this woman had a business magnet on her vehicle and is confirmed to be the owner of this company. Anyone who behaves this aggressively in public should not be trusted in professional settings, let alone allowed into someone's home. People deserve to feel safe taking their child to a doctor's appointment. Today, my sister and her baby were put in danger by someone who clearly has no self-control.

Hired for a "construction/pre move in cleanup" Please note, our "construction" did not include…read moredrywall or any actual construction, just paint. We have not done any "work" post move in and did not move in any large items or appliances. My expectations were for them to mop floors, dust, wipe out cabinets, clean toilets and showers... etc. We moved in less than 2 weeks later and started noticing places that were obviously untouched. Not the result of the house "not being lived in". The cabinets were obviously not wiped out, as I found rusty nails along with dust, dirt, crumbs and other debris. Our dishwasher has nasty stuff in it while we have not had a meal in this house. I found that our guest shower/bathtub had not been touched- our master bathroom shower has soap scum that could not have accumulated over the house being vacant / our less than a week of living here. I wish I would have taken more photos of how truly ridiculous it was. Honestly I could have let it go and not used the service again, but the dismissive nature of the text we received when voicing our concerns inspired me to write this review. I did stop by while they were cleaning, and I did ask the girl who was putting elbow grease into cleaning our laundry room sink to please not worry about scrubbing it too hard because we are getting rid of it in a few months, but to please clean it. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace.
