The name says it all. I was a bit disappointed at first. I…read morehad scheduled an appointment for an estimate, although, to be fair, I already had a good idea of what the work would cost. After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

After the horrible winter storm in Texas in 2021 we knew we needed a whole house generator. One…read morecompany gave us a ridiculous quote. Thankfully when I called around Cantwell Power recommended Keiser Electric. Due to supply chain issues from the quote to install and everything being done the process took about 1 year for a 27kw Generac. Keiser periodically kept us updated on the order and wait, and when it came time for the installation process, Keizer's entire team from Fernando to Jacob to Alan (at startup) was phenomenal. A whole house generator is a huge investment and yes, half down to place an order does make you check a company out and read reviews. But Keizer's quote was reasonable, their install was phenomenal and they kept their word every step of the way. Our family wholeheartedly recommends Keiser and we will use them in the future for electrical work.

There are a lot of steps to installing a generator with coordination of the gas company, electric company, city inspector, concrete work, the generator installation and generator startup itself. Incredible, incredible!…read more Thank you, justin! Great from start to finish. He helped us install a transfer switch and exterior inlet plug for our generator so we can safely power our home during outages, and also rewired several breakers to create a dedicated group of emergency-use circuits that the generator would run. The level of knowledge and care he brought to this project was exceptional. Justin was very generous with his vast knowledge in the area. He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. I definitely felt much more confident in my ability to keep our house running for my family than I did prior. He was also extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. He ran multiple dry runs with our generator to ensure every targeted breaker was functioning properly, and even took the panel back off to include an additional circuit I initially didn't think would be necessary, but ultimately agreed was important for emergency situations. That extra level of diligence and care is rare. Justin is a one-man operation, but you'd never know it based on the quality of his work and professionalism. He is everything you could hope for in an electrician and more. He will absolutely be our go-to electrician moving forward. Pricing was fair as well. I am sure I am missing some other key points and compliments here, but nonetheless, thank you, Justin!
