Since then, I have worked with Dan to replace all of our outlets with updated designs. Install new outlets in our garage, run power to our patio to string lights there. He also installed a generator connection at our main distribution panel and a whole home surge protector. We currently use Dan for all of our electrical work he is professional, prompt, thorough, thoughtful, clean, friendly, fairly priced and exceptionally easy to work with. He is highly knowledgeable and honest. I will only work with other electricians if Dan is unavailable, (who am I kidding, I would wait for him to be available). He is highly recommended.

Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous. I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost. He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box. To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further. Instead of working my problem, they focused on upsell opportunities unrelated to my problem. 90% of their time was spent looking for and quoting upsell opportunities presented in multiple proposals that I never asked for, and never wanted. Worst of all. They didn't fix the problem. The electrician replaced a GFCI but the very next day, the new GFCI stopped working and I was back to where I started. Despite informing them of this, they have been non-responsive as of this posting. In the end, my problem had nothing to do with the GFCI itself. It didn't need to be replaced. The problem was an 88 cent electrical outlet. If the electrician spent as much time diagnosing this 3 outlet circuit as he did generating unwanted proposals, this review would be much different.
