He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. Words cannot accurately describe how unbelievably awful it is to work with David. I hired David to…read morewire a hot tub at a property I own. We scheduled it for 7 am 2 days after our agreement. David confirms the appointment. At around 1 am the morning of our appointment, I get a text from David demanding I pay him 50% of the project immediately or he won't show up. Normally I would tell him to kick rocks, but we had a very serious deadline and could not get anybody else at that point. I paid it, and asked for David to provide his license and insurance info that he had promised, which he didn't. David then showed up late, never even communicated with us the status at all. At around 6 pm I texted him for an update and he simply said, "I'm done working for the day", with no notice of when he would continue or when the job would be done. I followed up asking for his insurance info that he had never provided and he then went on a rant about how he was the best electrician in Dallas and that I didn't need to worry. I then decided to stop by the property to see things, and found that David had used MY work equipment without asking and had cut numerous holes in walls throughout the house with no notice and left random mess all over the place. Sheetrock and huge chunks of insulation were scattered all over the floor. No attempt to even clean it up. My dogs tried to eat the insulation. It was a disaster and huge safety hazard. I sent David photos of the holes in the wall and asked him to confirm that he would be repairing these before completion. David then said, "I don't do sheetrock." I then stated he should have absolutely told me he would be cutting holes he has no intention of ever fixing before doing so, as I now have a nonrefundable photoshoot for the house scheduled tomorrow, and giant holes in the wall. David apologizes and says he can help me find a handyman to fix them. So I spend all night scrambling to find a handyman without even knowing when I can get them to the house because David won't commit to when he will finish. We now get to this morning, where I get numerous messages and phone calls from various phone numbers claiming to be David, demanding I speak to him. I tell him I don't need to speak to him, and that he needs to finish the job, quickly. He demands again that he will not work unless he speaks to me. I call him. He then demands I need to tell him I'm okay with him cutting more holes and that I will ignore the undisclosed giant holes he cut. I tell him I'm not okay with ANY of what has gone on here, but that I really don't have a choice at this point. He then says I do. And I say, "so you can complete the project without the holes?" He says no. I say, then I have no choice, and I inform him I have my backup handyman waiting and to finish by 3 pm. I then ask him when he is going to finish, and he tells me that his quote says it's a 36 hour project. I ask when he will be done. He refuses to answer, and just repeatedly demands that I need to guarantee that I will pay him his full price when he finishes and waive the damages he caused. I tell him I already agreed to pay him during the initial invoice, have already paid him 50% due to his refusal to begin without it despite these issues, and that the constant reassurances while he repeatedly leaves at random times, refuses to give a clear completion date, and damages my property, are ridiculously hypocritical and that I will not be threatened into doing anything extra for him ever again as I had already prepaid him for his work that he didn't do. He then says I must text him reaffirming that I will pay him the full price while expressly mentioning that I will overlook the damage to the home. I tell him no, and then he quits and demands I let him back into the home unsupervised to gather his stuff. I tell him I will not be doing that, and that I will wait on police to be there for him to do anything at the property since he has quit. He then refuses to coordinate with me to get his stuff, and just keeps repeating that he is coordinating with police to do a civil standby. I sit here waiting for hours, and then he randomly texts me threatening messages telling me he will call the city inspectors and have me shut down because he knows them personally. So he then extorts me. Even now, as I update this, he continues to threaten me for the 8th time just today. His communication is BEYOND BELIEF AWFUL. He is lazy, makes random unreasonable demands and refuses to continue work unless met, has no problem using your tools and equipment without even asking, and does terrible work to boot, while texting you nonstop about how he is the best electrician you will ever have. If you enjoy self harm then he's the electrician for you. Otherwise use absolutely anybody else. Even your grandma. ANYBODY BUT DAVID. Oh and he refused to refund the 50%

Solar panels plus storage has increased my efficiency and lowered my carbon footprint. After doing…read moreextensive research on which solar provider will provide me with the overall best service, warranty, long-term care and maintenance, I narrowed it down to; Telsa and Solarugreen. Even though I own their car, their customer service, both vehicles and solar programs was less than desirable. I selected Solarugreen as my local provider and installer, because they could provide local service, respond to additional requests for added upgrades, and they have prior knowledge, experience, and installation familiarity with my system. These were just a few determining facts that lead me to Solarugreen, but after we initiated the project I'd learn that they afforded many more benefits and expertise then I had thought I needed. Partnering with Solarugreen allowed me to be engaged at all levels of photovoltaic (PV) selection, inverter performance and battery storage selection for a whole house system. As a consumer with 3 EVs and a high demand for energy consumption, I knew this solar system needed to be the best performing system that I could find for a fair market value and that would last greater than 20 years. Since receiving Enphase Empower and Encharge battery storage system, it has greatly increased my energy independence away from the grid by 95%, and reduced my electrical cost by 75-80% from my previous monthly expenditures, thus getting me closer to being off the grid. In the past 8 months, my solar production is over 14 Mwh of energy, 5 Mwh of Exported energy back to the grid and nearly 700 kWh stored in the batteries for night time and off grid operations just in the past 40 days since the batteries were installed. In 4 months, I will have had this system installed for a full year, and I can wait to see what my overall calculation on my return on my investment for the future and potentially how much energy could be sold back to the electric companies, earning me money. Solarugreen has walked with me through some unchartered waters while acquiring permits (electrical, building and solar) from the city, navigating through the 30% Federal Tax Incentives, with the Oncor application for state tax incentive, and the state's homestead Exemption Application for Solar Energy Device, all of which have save me an enormous amount of money. Furthermore, Solarugreen coordinated all of my contractors and over saw the site management throughout the process. At the conclusion of the entire process, I was presented with a binder, that neatly included all my permits, solar sun survey, cost projections and solar projection and energy consumption charts, product survey, and production performance comparisons, warranties, maintenance agreements and invoice. Amazingly, I don't know of ANY vendor who would do this for a consumer. If I ever needed follow up information on my system, here is my "go to" book should I sell my home or had to MRA a replacement part or upgrade my system. Moreover, the solar system has undoubted increased my home's market value and has extended the life of my roof by 25 additional years were panels are installed. What a win-win scenario! Bottom line, I am glad that I selected Solarugreen, and am exceedingly pleased that we jointly selected a system predicated on my historical usage date and consumptions demands. It was both wise and practical to build a system based on data and not what would be nice! My solar system could make me money based on energy sold back to the grid, but that process isn't as transparent as I would like and comes with a lot of "strings" and contracts attached. Solarugreen connected me with solar specialists and engineers at Enphase and together we designed to my specifications and budget. I couldn't have asked for better partners. Solarugreen is truly a One-Stop Shopping vendor. While I've gotten no compensation or incentives for this review, I simply know good friendly professionalism when I see it.
