We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal. Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater. Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day. The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours. A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel. Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call. Update, a few days later, we discovered a link in the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Due to me being an amputee and my wife with a broken right wrist, we were not able to make the repairs ourselves. I called early in the morning and Jason and Andrew were out to take care of the leak a few hours later, awesome service.

They installed it and cleaned out all of our plumbing plus the washer hoses. However, the washer still leaked so they came back and found the problem. The seal on our 2 year old washer was leaking so a little water ran down the door with every load. It was nearly impossible to see. I have a warranty so it will be fixed. No charge for the second visit. Very nice people, professional and friendly--will call again!

Jolly Plumbing replaced our gas line (that had been pierced by a roofing nail - most likely due to…read morebuilder not meeting code). After I inspected Jolly Plumbing's installation, I found the new gas line to be laying right next to the nail that hit the previous line. We had a home inspector look at the installation & he confirmed it did not meet code. The new line could obviously be pierced again when the shingles are replaced. This presents a serious safety issue of gas build-up in the attic. I won a $1,450 judgement against Jolly Plumbing in small claims court in May of 2024 and Jolly Plumbing still has not paid the judgement. (With the 8.5% compound interest Jolly now owes us ~$1,706) In fact he told us when we won the court's judgement; "to get in line". I would not recommend doing business with Jolly as the gas line Jolly installed in our house did not meet code, they sold us more material than was required, did not stand behind their work and does not comply with legal judgements.

He was back by Tuesday and it took him all of thirty minutes to remove and replace the shower handle for us. Price was exactly what he quoted as was the time to do the job. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be calling Bluebonnet and asking for Lee.
