He helped us install a transfer switch and exterior inlet plug for our generator so we can safely power our home during outages, and also rewired several breakers to create a dedicated group of emergency-use circuits that the generator would run. The level of knowledge and care he brought to this project was exceptional. Justin was very generous with his vast knowledge in the area. He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. I definitely felt much more confident in my ability to keep our house running for my family than I did prior. He was also extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. I contacted both offices by email for someone to call me about their short comings. I waited over 1 week with no response. I hired this company to wire a new construction building. I was given an estimate with detail of the parts & labor. I paid half after 3 months of work that was delayed several times due to emergency calls elsewhere. On November 17th, I was given a final bill upon completion. I noticed several items were not installed & brought this to Mr. Plumber's attention. He said he would send Austin, his worker to attend to these oversights. Austin never returned. I never received a detail itemized bill or receipt. Customers need to be cautious looking to hire electricians.
