Great service from Arash and his team. Both my brother and I had some body work done on our sports bikes for cosmetic damage. They really know what they're doing. Also, had my tire purchased and replaced here as well. Competitively priced on everything i was quoted for. Will definitely come back for future services. read more

Arash is a boss. He always takes care of my machines and while his shop is super full/busy his customer service and craftsmanship never wavers. One time I was out riding and had some issues with my machine and called him up. He took the time to walk me through it to troubleshoot it myself and that took care of it. His guys are friendly and top notch at what they do as well, so you're in good hands. AE Kustomz has fair prices and Arash is super knowledgable about ATV's with any questions or concerns you may have (and motorcycles especially). I wouldn't bring my ATV's anywhere but here and highly recommend you do the same. Thanks AE Kustomz and Arash! read more

I have been here 2 times now. First was for oil change. He recommended me to change my front tire since it was not changed for 3 years and it was almost bald. He had a second had tire which worked for me. Cheap and good condition. Second time was when I had a flat rear tire. This time as well replaced with second hand tire. Also add some white LED headlights and small green leds since my headlights were very dim. My bike looks awesome now. I would recommend this place over other costly ones. read more

AE Kustomz - Here's one we hooked up - Motorcycle Repair Near Me - Campbell, California

I heard of AE Kustomz through yelp and the good reviews so I brought my bike there to get some work done. Arash was very friendly from the get go and asked what I thought was wrong with my bike. I wasn't really sure at the time, I just knew it wouldn't start. Arash said he would have a look and let me know and I was worried he might make up stuff and over charge me but to my surprise he was very honest and very fair on price. He got back to me the same day and all that was needed was a new spark plug and some of the electric cables were burnt out. He also said that some parts may need replaced in the near future but bike is running just fine for now but to come by again in 6 months for him to have a look. Other bikes shops would have said I needed to replace all those things right away etc so this was refreshing. I will def be back here to see Arash and his team. Quick and trusting. Hard to come by these days. read more

This will be my new go to shop for all work that will be done on my bike in the future. I needed some tough bar ends removed from my bike so I contacted them asking for a quote. They told me to bring the bike in and helped remove them free of charge the next day! Though the shop is small, it is kept tidy. They take pride in their work and are extremely welcoming. I can't say enough good things about them. You've just earned yourselves a loyal customer for life! read more

With so many shops around here it was difficult to narrow down my selection, so a friend of mine recommended this place and introduced me to Arash. Came through for chain and sprocket replacement and was able to get it back by end of the day. Service was fast, super friendly and very knowledgeable of everything. Slide through and pull up if you need anything done to ya bike. Well worth it. I'll be back for my next repair! read more

Went in as a new customer and was greeted very friendly and professionally over the phone. Had no doubt about taking my bike here from the get-go. When I arrived, Arash, the owner, was very friendly and easy going. He and his partner replaced both my tires in no time and even cleaned my brakes and adjusted my clutch for free. Would definitely come here again for the professional and friendly staff. My Honda Shadow Phantom surely appreciates it! read more

Went to see Arash to get some HID headlights and Fog lights for my truck. He put in the order for me and they came in two days. Had the same ones on my last truck and they lasted for years. Always great customer service when I go there for things. 5 stars for me! read more

These guys have great pricing and great customer service. Had my tires replaced, they received the tires Wednesday around 4pm and stayed extra time after their closing hours to get it done on the same day. Coming back to get some extra stuff done (Headlight HIDs with Halos). Will be taking my bike here from now on and will be telling everyone that rides to check them out because they will not regret it. read more

Came in to get my front forks resealed. Gave me a good price. Upon inspection of my bike realized I needed to do the brakes as well. Gave me a really good price and didn't charge me to do install the front pads. Picking up the bike tomorrow so will keep you Yelpers updated on the final product & finished work! ************************************************** So here's an update of what happened around mid August 2017 after the work was done. Replacing 5 star review to 1 star and here's why: Reason why the update is so outdated compared to the actual work was because I did not realize what a shitty job they did. I had them do a few things since my bike was in the shop. They replaced my forks, changed the brakes, replaced my tires, and I had them do custom work on my Jardine exhaust. Everything seemed fine with no complaints at the time, until I decided I wanted to swap my Jardine exhaust for a Toce. This is for a CBR 600RR, and in order to swap out the exhaust you need to remove the rear cowl and real tail. So of course I went ahead and attempted, but for some reason I could not open the rear cowl? I never open the rear cowl ever because for the CBR's there's literally no point because it's so small (I actually carry my registration information on my phone digitally). I know the shop had to remove my old Jardine exhaust because they had to drill together the exhaust because it was falling apart and the only way to do so is by removing the cowl & tail. Arash had also mentioned he had to when explaining why the work took an extra day, which I was fine with. When removing the cowl and the tail, they did not replace the cable/latch that attached to turnkey/opening that releases the rear cowl lock. I had to call a motorcycle locksmith who came over to get that thing open. It took the guy 1.5 hours to get the thing open and was nice enough to only charge me $120 for the work he did instead of $150 (his normal rate). Of course I called the shop the next day after the locksmith pointed to where the cable was not attached and mentioned my frustration. The shop was very indifferent and was denying responsibility. I paid for them to do 4 things. If they would have placed the cable are reinstalling my exhaust there would have been zero issues. It was negligence on their part, which is fine. We're human, we make mistakes, but it was the way they handled my complaint and lack of ownership which has prompted me to write this very long and disappointing review. read more

I had a great experience with AE Kustomz. Very professional with quality work. I definitely will be back

AE Kustomz is definitely my top pick for motorcycle repair. I got excellent service from all the employees with which I interacted. I took my Honda CRF 250 to them and they still offered me the best service and price in comparison to most of their competitors. Every other repair shop I talked with was either over priced or clearly didn't want my business due to the attitudes of those I spoke with over the phone. Fortunately I was able to get my repair done on the same day that I dropped the bike off. Arash and his guys are very professional, out going and are passionate about what they do. I will definitely be using AE Kustomz for any repairs I have in the future. read more

It is time to change the set of tires on my bike I did some researches on line and found a set of tires that met my specs. I looked on Ebays and also at local stores. The cheapest I can get for a set of SHINKO (that fit my specs) would go for $180 to $200. I read about Arash @ AE Kustomz, via an ad on Craigslist and comments on Yelp. I decided to stop by at his shop to check it out, Arash saved me the trouble by getting me the same exact specs. for $150+ $13.50 (tax) = $163.50. It is certainly cheaper than the Internet price that I was going to get. Also, he saves the the trouble of bringing the tires into his shop. He ordered and they will be available the next day. All I have to do is bringing in my bike and he will have them set on my bike in less than 2 hours. It should also be noted that I checked with a Glenn (the shop behind Cycle Gear). Glenn quoted me $105 to "mount & balance" my two tires and set it on bike. Arash only charges me $70. He said even if I bring my own tires into the shop, he would charge around $80. I am sure I will go back to AE Kustomz and trust in Arash to perform services on my bike. Meeting him was pleasant. No pressure. He told me what the pro and con of what tires to pick vs price range. This is first time I have my HD motorbike towed to a shop for diagnosis and repair. The bike won't start for some mysterious reason, and worse the roadside service guy had just damaged the battery when trying to jump start it. So I had no choice but to find nearest bike shop for service which happens to be AE Kustomz. It turns out to be a very pleasant experience having the bike serviced at AE Kustomz. Arash and his staff were very courteous and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the root cause, having the parts ordered, and get the issue fixed within a week. After the ride home, I opened the cover, and pleased to see the cables are all neatly tucked in and fastened including the trickle charger cable. I usually don't like to do Yelp review, but this time I feel strongly to recognize AE Kustomz folks for their superb workmanship. read more

WOW ... talking about great customer service, these guys are top of the class. I brought in my ATV that had a technical problem and wouldn't start. They quickly identified the problem (loose wire), fixed it, and didn't charge me for it! They could easily have charged me several hundreds for the work, but these guys are honest, professional and friendly and understanding the meaning of great service. Needless to say, I'm coming back! read more

Picked up a nail in my rear tire this morning, called AE Kustomz before opening (and of course no one answered), but then Arash called me back right away! AE Kustomz is now my GO TO motorcycle shop! I am fortunate enough to own multiple Yamaha R1s and I would not hesitate to take them here for anything. Recently I took my 2009 R1 here to have them run a diagnostic on the ignition system. Chris D. informed me of his current work load and let me know the estimated timeframe before he could even look at my baby. The day he was scheduled to pull her apart I received a call that my starter was toast. Chris found me an OEM starter at a great price and he got me back on the road in no time at all. What really stood out to me was that he mentioned he can typically cleanup the internals and get the starter working again but after attempting and testing this method on mine it was deemed unusable. The fact that he took the time to try to save me the money upfront spoke volumes. Other places would have set me up for worst case scenario before even looking at my ride. During my frequent visits to check in on things I noticed that each and every customer was greeted by the AE staff with a smile and respect. I was amazed at the diversity of the machines in this place. They had baggers, bobbers, beaters and street racers all in one place and they treated everyone of them like their own. Their can do attitudes, professionalism and customer service will keep this place busy for years to come. I want to thank Arash and Chris for running a top notch shop! read more

I met Arash back in High School and have always known he's been into fixing motor bikes/auto vehicles/lights. Since then, we have been in touch every so often. So when I decided I wanted to get my headlights done with a bit of girly flavor to it he was my go to. I'll tell you this - every time I call, the guy answers, I think I left a VM once and he got back to me within 15-20 minutes. Also, I felt it was great service because with me being a girl, I have lots of questions & he answered them all without hesitation and honesty. Most importantly, he didn't make me feel like a girl whereas most mechanic places like this would make women feel less competent when it came to their practice. Lastly, his pricing was fair and the end result was FABULOUS! I tell ya, I not only had a pair of fierce looking headlights, that mind you were super bright and fluorescent but he added these cute sassy pink side lights to give that girly tone I wanted! Truth to be told - I enjoyed his service, attitude and passion for MY car and what I wanted. I look forward to sending people his way from now on and going back to him for my next car. Thank you AE Kustomz! read more

I am fortunate to have known Arash before his shop and before I began riding and I can say as a person he has always been down to earth, helpful and creative. I'm a big car guy and when I wanted to start riding, Arash got me up to speed on anything and everything bike related. He inspected my 05 zx10r before I bought it and his shop has done everything from oil changes, chain lube/adjust, tires, brakes, valve inspections, plastic swaps, lights, and aftermarket installs. its been over 4 years now that AE Kustomz has been my dedicated shop and I can confidently say quality and effort consistently remains high and above my expectations. Brought a bike here and have never been treated worse by an individual. The first sign not to go here should had been after getting cut off by one of his employees trucks on the way to the shop. He was all nice until this point. He called at night to let us know that he completed the job, the following day he started threatening to charge us for storage if we didn't pick it up within 48 hours (I guess he can't count). He never even called with an estimate to let us know how much it was going to be before starting the work and legally we could have refused payment, he didn't even give us a chance to decide. Upon picking it up we noticed the gas tank was empty, asked him for some gas, he made sure to let us know that it was enough to get to the gas station with a smirk. Lo and behold, ran out of gas a block from the station and had to push it. I don't know if that's just his personality or if he is doing this on purpose. Edit: thanks for the reply, however I still stand by my statements read more
