I went in for an oil change, oil/air filter change, and a tire rotation. The customer service side of things was good, everyone was friendly, but I got my car out on the road the next Monday for my commute to work and my steering wheel was shaking and vibrating very strongly. It was actually quite uncomfortable to hold the steering wheel like this, it was literally shaking my head, that's how bad it was. No idea what this I doing to my car, but I would recommend never going to this place for anything. read more

Had to get an oil change and everyone told me it would be like $60 so I took my car in. Granted I called before I came and was told about $112 for the kind of car I have. I figured why not! I had a $15 off coupon and they were right around the corner from my house. I almost took it to Meinike but I read the reviews and said oh hell no! Once i got to jiffy lube they took my car right away. Staff was great with their customer service, specifically the one who helped me. I didn't get his name but he had braces and was wonderful. He told me the cost of the oil change and new filter was going to be $191 with tax included. Um what?!?! I really don't know why it cost that much when I was told it would be $112. The only difference may be the type of synthetic oil. I don't remember what he said cost so much, but he did tell me lol. Still.... Hence the 4 stars. Back again with another car battery replacement. Why did it take me 2 weeks to figure out I came here with my other car?!??? Well, I'm glad it went the way it did and I ended up back here at Jiffy Lube in Campbell!! Got here and there was no wait!! They got me in, tested the battery to find it has a bad cell, confirmed they have the battery in stock and they got it installed. In and out in less than 20 min! Everyone here was super friendly and happy to help! That goes a long way. Plus, the price was better than the battery store (interstate store). Recycling fee is included too. read more

I called asking for the wait time - something I do at any Jiffy Lube - and first they told me it's first come first serve, which I already know, and when I said, I understand that, but I wanted to know what the wait time was they told me they aren't allowed to say . I hung up and called the Jiffy Lube on Stevens Creek and they immediately answered that the wait time was zero. That's where I went. Refusing to provide a wait time just ensures that I'll never go there, whereas providing a long wait time would only prevent me from going there today. Got our first oil change on new Kia car because going out of town. After gilroy the low oil light went on so stopped in Los banos and the mechanic said oil was leaking everywhere. We had to pay to replace the plug and get another oil change. Called Jiffy Lube and explained what was happening and they only offered 20 dollars off our next oil change since we couldn't bring car back in...at the least we should get a free oil change or refund, but don't trust bringing car back to this location. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place. I first took my car here to get an oil change and paid $120. A couple weeks later my car leaked all the oil. Luckily, they "fixed" the problem but turned out it was just a temporary fix. A month later my car leaked oil all over again. Finally I took my car to a mechanic and he explained to me that Jiffy Lube had messed up my oil pan and oil filter. Ended up having to pay a whole lot of money for it all to be fixed. read more

My experience was terrible. The manager installed the incorrect oil filter in my vehicle and completely over filled my engine with oil, then continued argue with me that my car has a faulty sensor, when it was obviously an issue due to the wrong filter installed. He demanded that I pay more money for oil if he were to drain it and refill it. Instead of trying to accurately diagnos the issue. When I brought my car back the following due to low pressure warnig light. He insisted he would not address the issue. Thankfully one of the technicians was willing to listen to me and looked at the oil filter that was installed and it was indeed incorrect, they installed a new filter and the car was perfect after that. I commend the technician, while I admonish the manager. Leadership should be focused on actually listening to the customer, instead of standing their ground while being incorrect. read more

I'm disappointed in this location. I literally just got my car detailed inside and I saw stains by the drivers door. Outside of this huge trigger the employees were professional and fast. I am hugely triggered that they didn't clean up after themselves. To me this behavior shows that they are doing a job without much care for their customers cars. I bet you they wouldn't do this to their own car or home... however maybe they treated my car like they treat their own possession... trash. For me, a business needs to not just do the service but meet expectations that their car is much better after leaving that lot. I was extremely hesitant when it came to writing this review since I've never done one but I do think it's important to acknowledge my recent experience. Last week, I came to this location to get an oil change. My oil change was convenient and quick but it is the experience I had with a worker that made this review 1 star. I had a very weird interaction with the cashier. It wasn't during the time that I was paying but it was later that day. After my services were completed, I left to go on about my day and I received a text message from an unknown number. As a natural response, I asked "who is it" and the person tried to have me guess, after I said I would not respond unless I was told who the person is I was messaging, he came forward and it turned out to be the cashier from this location. It was very unprofessional, shocking and creepy that my private number was used from their data base as a customer; to be reached out to separately and hit on. I no longer feel comfortable to be a customer because of the experience that I had. I do want my private information erased from their system but when I called it was the man who rung me up that answered. No woman should have to feel unsafe or uncomfortable when giving their number to a business. I would not encourage anyone to go here. Good service and GREAT follow-up. This location is on my way home and it was great to get oil change done so efficiently. They let me know that my coolant looked to have two different types in it and recommended that it be flushed and filled appropriately. At first, I wasn't sure and it was great that the technician took the time to explain it and provide options. No pressure to do, just a recommendation. Since I was there - I decided to go ahead. Prior to going in, my vehicle was giving me a "low washer fluid" message. They top off all fluids so that was great. But the next morning the message popped up again and I was concerned. I called and was fortunate to get the Manage, Evan. He told me to come by the next afternoon and he would check it out himself. Went by today on way home and we found out I have either a slow leak or an issue with the pump. But, AGAIN, the time was taken to explain things and provide options. No pressure to have anything done. Evan topped of my washer fluid and told me to come back in if I need it topped again. And provided info on a nearby Jiffy Lube that also provides Auto Services. Pull in guided stall , they change your oil , wipe clean your blades and a quick vacuum cleaning and your like In and Out Burger. Not expensive, good thing oil prices are way down globally as well. What a joke. This place is not run well. They failed to tighten the oil filter on my wife's RAV4. It lost most of the oil, putting the vehicle engine at risk. We contacted jiffy lube and the president sent us a letter for a free oil change. We had since moved. When we went back a showed the guy at the entrance the letter and he said they would honor the free oil change. Once they were done they told me that no they would not honor the free oil change and that I owe them $88. They also got dirty oil all over the hood of my truck and a stick shift. Fool me twice, shame on me. Avoid. read more

I had been putting off getting an oil change for wayyyy too long. My usual place (Mazda Dealership at Capitol Expressway) always books up there appointments weeks in advance, so I looked for something more local that could take me ASAP. This Jiffy Lube had good reviews, and relatively good prices, so Friday around 4:40pm I headed over. I think I came at the wrong time, because their auto bay was pretty full. The guy who greeted me was super friendly, and showed me the inside waiting area. It had a few chairs, coffee machine, TV. PROS (+) Friendly People (+) No appointments necessary (+) Coupons Available (+) Relatively quick in-and-out oil change. Mine was completed within 1 hour, but others were completed sooner. I think it depends what time you come at. CONS (-) Know ahead of time what your car needs. They will try to sell you a new air filter and coolant even if you don't need one. I saw them do this to every person who came in, regardless of the condition of their air filter (they remove your air filter and show it to you). I ended up getting the Synthetic Blend Oil change ($59.99) and Tire Rotation ($24.99) and had brought a coupon in that I had gotten off the internet. Total cost was just under $80.. pretty much identical to the Mazda dealership. Overall: I would come back for another oil change! read more

Came in for an oil change. They recommended a radiator flush. We did both. Noticed a leak after the radiator flush. Brought to the attention of the mechanic that work on it. She said it's normal, it's just on the panel, it will stop on its own. Next time we drove our vehicle, it only pushed our cold air, and it over heated. Called the Hamilton location to inform them, they recommended we bring it to the Camden location. The radiator had a leak. I informed David the district manager we never had a problem with our vehicle up until this point. We feel the radiator flush they performed caused our radiator to leak. He took no accountability. After a lot of back-and-forth he agreed to replace the radiator with no labor charge. This is our family car, I just wanted it fixed so we agreed to pay for the part. We had to take time off work to get this fixed. After picking up our vehicle, the car died. We ended up calling AAA. They lifted the hood, and asked if our car was recently worked on. We replied yes Jiffy Lube just change the radiator, the AAA service member stated that the positive terminal connector wasn't tightened. I reached out to Jiffy Lube Customer Service because I wanted a refund for the radiator flush. David called me back and again took no accountability. He stated they never touched to battery to change the radiator! This was the worst experience we've ever had. Do not go to Jiffy Lube. They do not know what they're doing! read more

This review is purely for the manager, Brandon. That guy is absolutely spectacular. I went in for an oil change and him and his team went above and beyond. They were fast and Brandon was extremely kind and personable. He gave me a nice discount and he let me know that I needed new filters. He and his team also vacuumed my car (it was EXTREMELY dirty) which was an awesome surprise. I am so happy I came to this location. It was truly a breath of fresh air. There are still good people out there and Brandon is for sure one of them. I will be back because of Brandon! read more

They used to have decent service with decent staff. But today, 3/14/22, I have the worst ever experience in this station. They are rude and not professional at all. They lose my key, remove glove compartment for checking cabin filter and leave things in the Bo's lying all over the floor. If this review has zero star rating, I would choose zero. I've been a regular customer for a few years now, have even recommended this location to friends. I hate having to find a new place to trust. But I guess that's the reality. My last oil change, the oil cap was left off my engine. Once I discovered this, there was oil on my hood, all over the engine etc. So lucky to have caught this before something catastrophic happened. To make up for it, they did some cleaning, topped if off, and gave me $25 off my next visit. This week, I went back for the first time. I always use my $10 off coupon I get for being a faithful customer. When I showed the $25 off voucher, they accepted that fine, but then refused to grant the $10 coupon I always use on every visit. He said it was expired... fine. I started to pull up the current coupon online and he said he wouldn't take that either. When it comes down to it, if they make a mistake that endangers your entire engine, requires you to drive all the way back there and wait again, they think that $15 will make up for it. NO RESPECT. I was happy to drive away and never return. And then! I get several blocks away, when I see that they failed to turned off the maintenance needed light on my dashboard. I had to go back to this disrespectful place yet again, wasting my gas and time again.... ugh. Having worked in customer service most of my life, I can tell you with confidence that losing a once enthusiastically faithful customer over $10 is one of the most ignorant, short-sighted decisions I've ever witnessed. And now, I also realize they didn't vacuum my floors. And the receipt says I "declined" that item! Such garbage. No one asked. And if they did, I would have said yes. I dropped by the this location yesterday, and it is hands-down, the best place you could take your car. I've been here in the past and had really good service but the service yesterday was excellent! Kudos to Brandon, the Supervisor. He is super friendly and eager to help. There was literally no wait time because as soon as I pulled up, he walked up to my car, despite being in the middle of working on another vehicle. Super respectful and friendly staff.
