The folks at the front desk are useful up to a point but they aren't experienced enough to handle tougher questions. I reached out the OTF customer support folks to try to get my problem solved and they just turned me around to go talk to the staffing there. Ugh. No one wants a contract these days. I wish OTF leadership would figure this out fast.

It is rough because they are so desperate for members that coaches over the last few years have allowed a lot of things they shouldn't have: -Literally had someone crap their pants on the treadmill, yes actual visible crap stain on her pants and then she sat on the rower. -During mask mandates someone forgot their mask and participated in class with a towel shoved in their mouth. -Had a member with such bad body odor the 2 stations on each side of them relocated to other spots.

The front desk lady said refunds are put on an "approval" list for (someone?) and it'll be about a week before we get refunded. Two months go by, he's called & inquired about a refund three times only to be told the same thing. This is horrible, horrible customer service & quite honestly, no refund should take 2 months to authorize or initiate. Basically, don't submit your billing info to this location since it's impossible to get refunded.

The next time I came to work out, my door code suddenly didn't work. No call, no email, no explanation--just locked out after being told it was "only a warning." That is not good customer service. If you say something, stand by your word. I've paid my fees, traveled internationally, and used other Anytime Fitness gyms without a single issue--even in Japan. This has been by far the worst experience I've had with the brand. The gym itself is small, and the way this franchise is managed feels unprofessional and even a little unsettling, as if members are constantly being monitored.
