It is large enough to have everything you need, and yet small enough that you do not have to deal with crowds. The treadmills are segregated in their own area, which makes it less noisy in the rest of the building. They have pretty much everything you need, from free weights to machines to treadmill to a pool and hot tub, and a sauna.

We are not coming back to this gym we will go another one that doesn't threaten for their money. While we have our own problems. Even though they said they will pause the payment if it was a medical reason. We told them what is happening and now we are getting threats. Sorry the gym is not that fucking important to keep paying for a service we can't use. What is important is my heath getting better which has not cause the stress they are causing us. I have bacteria in my blood stream and I am so sick I'm puking every other hour after I drink water or eat anything. I been in and out of the hospital too. Yall are monsters with no heart. I've been training with Empowered Women's Fitness since December…read more I love the personal attention and great workouts. While in class one of the instructors named Cassey, observed that I was starting to favor one side. After class she asked if I was interested in a one hour assessment with her to figure out where my imbalance's were. She genuinely cares about people's health and improving their quality of life. I am happy I scheduled with her. I have suffered from OA in my knee enough to where doctors advised surgery but I wanted to try strengthening techniques first. Last August in physical therapy I showed improvement so I knew I needed more consistent exercise. During the assessment Cassey was able to show me modified strengthening exercises that I could do during class and at home to prevent future balance issues. Cassey is extremely professional, knows the body and is knowledgeable in nutrition as well. Thank you Cassey for helping me overcome my challenges. Everyone at Empowered fitness is extremely nice. This is a fun group! The facility is clean and conveniently located in Bertram Texas.

I use to pay much more to meet with a personal trainer each week and we spent too much time talking about his personal life instead of my "personal program". This is less money, motivating, self paced and really rewarding. Club is so clean and equipment is always working. All of the Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable.

I've been a medical care patient for 3 years, attempting to establish myself with a practitioner…read more Instead, what I experienced was a revolving door for nurse practitioners and it seems to be getting worse, not better. My FOURTH provider wasn't even there long enough to see once! They hired this doctor and started booking appointments for him BEFORE he had his license transferred from another state. Who runs a medical practice like this? To fill in, I acquiesced to talk to someone I didn't want, to review my labs. Lets just say that she is very inexperienced and shouldn't be practicing until she knows what she's talking about! Dr. Offit says she wants to hear from everybody if something is amiss, but she won't fix my problem by taking me on as a patient to provide consistency of care unless I pay the initial mega fee. Why should I when I've been a patient for 3 years? Heart and Soul might be good for Yoga, but they're just not reliable enough to be considered as a medical establishment.
