David & I started working together in 2014 & he taught me basic exercise techniques that evolved in to bodybuilding & conditioning. Together we decided on the right nutrition plan that would take me on stage to take three 1st place titles and compete at the National Level. David is passionate & detailed about helping his clients achieve their goals.

My Little Home Gym has been one of the most amazing places I have found. David is not only an amazing trainer but a mentor. I came to David looking to take myself to the next level in my fitness journey coming from A background of trainers, Crossfit, kickboxing, and sports. After years of training I felt like I hit a plateau. In the short month with David I have already seen results! He has worked with me to customize a nutritional Plan and workout schedule and every session I am exhausted and feel so accomplished. His knowledge is by far superior to any trainer I have had. He is honest and knows how to take your body and mind to where you want to go, if you are ready to listen learn and apply. If you are looking for a trainer to shape you and help you transform David is the best of the best. 5 trainers later and I have finally found the best! The environment is amazing and welcoming and there is no judgement. Ready for Results call David you will be beyond happy you did!

I understand that's against the rules, and I immediately apologized and explained the situation. I even said, "If it's that big of a deal, just charge me the $50," considering my membership is only $25 a month. The staff member told me it was just a warning, so I thought the matter was resolved. The next time I came to work out, my door code suddenly didn't work. No call, no email, no explanation--just locked out after being told it was "only a warning." That is not good customer service. If you say something, stand by your word. I've paid my fees, traveled internationally, and used other Anytime Fitness gyms without a single issue--even in Japan. This has been by far the worst experience I've had with the brand. The gym itself is small, and the way this franchise is managed feels unprofessional and even a little unsettling, as if members are constantly being monitored. Overall: If you value honesty and consistency, I would avoid this location.

The contract you sign with them also appears to protect them from being sued in a class action lawsuit. Something an ethical company needs right? Contract also appears to say they can use photo/video of members without permission. Seems to refer to advertising use. Screen shots included. ----- Full review: I tried to sign up at the gym I wanted to routinely go to. Management was never available and difficult to work with. I had to sign up at a different location. This has been a routine issue at all locations. Management is never there in hours I could come by in person, and they require you to do just that for everything related to your account or signing up for anything. I was unable to get any class or group schedules sent to me from the location close to me, despite reaching out several times. So I didn't use this gym companies services. Not once. Tried to get private sessions but the tangle of hoops to jump through with driving to the farther location at certain times to discuss it etc etc made me not bother. Anyhow, didn't work for me and wanted to cancel. Afterall, they wouldn't want to keep my money if they hadn't fulfilled any service to me, right? I hadn't gone even one time. But, they have the predatory practice of locking you into a contract and exit fees that cost as much as just letting it expire. Which I did. Or so I thought... after calling and texting multiple days to the manager previously asking to get let out of the contract, she decided the best course of action was to let an auto renew feature of the contract take place, and to just keep charging me longer when my contract was up. Ok, simple fix right? I can just get a refund and cancel right? No, they will never refund you. And even worse, they refuse to let you sign any cancellation paperwork until you pay renewal fees on a service you already asked to cancel months ago. Basically they hold your credit hostage to squeeze more money out of you. This isn't just one location, I reached out directly to the regional manager and was given the same lines and no offer for refund. $750 for absolutely nothing. This gym uses scummy practices done in bad faith. They know a customer isn't served by being charged after a contract ends, when they requested a cancellation. Any legitimate business would simply refund it and strive to keep a good relationship with the customer. They really only care about grabbing as much of your money as possible before you get out of this bad relationship. I'm also not a lawyer, but when I read through the contract it appears to state customers can never have a class action lawsuit against them (sketchy) and that they can use photo/video of customers (possibly in advertising campaigns, possibly also sell them) without consulting us first or paying us for usage. Yikes. Big yikes to everything about this place.

WHEN A BUSINESS STEALS YOUR MONEY, AND DOESN'T PROVIDE SERVICES - ITS CALLED THEFT. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR THE GYM TO KEEP OR MOVE FORWARD A 1000 BALANCE OF MY MONEY (NOT THEIRS) - MY AVERAGE USAGE WAS 285 OR 335/Month Owner lied to my face on 12/1 when she said "she would take care of it if they had billed me too much- Ken was a witness when she said it. Today, my personal trainer Ken Mills said that "you are on your own" (100% his exact words) with Anytime Fitness' billing. And he's correct. Furthermore yesterday, the owner told me that if they had been overbilling me - she'd "issue a refund" (her exact words) if that was the case. TURNS OUT...yes...they had approximately 28 sessions...about 1080 banked...for no good reason. And turns out 2 days later - she was not willing to give me a partial refund and was just going to stop billing me for 3 months. Which wasn't what she said 2 days earlier. What a joke. When I first joined the gym in 2022 the previous owner screwed up my billing - we got it fixed, my personal trainer Ken Mills said he would make sure it doesn't happen again until its been happening again and again and again Since they won't keep track of any of this - from the moment you step in that door - you better keep track of every transaction. Ken stands up for the new owner's bad customer service and billing, yet would tell you with a straight face that I was his best customer. Didn't lift a finger. Thinks the gym should be able to just keep your money as they see fit. Your takeaway, if you should work out here is, you are 100% on your own even if you pay for a personal trainer. Keep this place on a super short leash. Don't let them have access to auto bill you monthly. The money goes to the local owner's account, according to Anytime Fitness. Not corporate. Which totally explains why the new owner said one thing but 2 days later - nope! Its all shady. Simply another gym with shady people doing shady things to make sure that they maximize the amount of money they could humanly rip you off - for. Please, share and enjoy!

I have been a member of this gym for years now and I truly loved everything about it. Until they…read morerecently got a new manager. Diante has actually ruined this gym for me. I am the friendliest person anyone could ever meet, yet anytime I would have to visit the front desk when he was there he would just be cold as ice and honestly just very rude. It really bothered me at first until one day in the locker room I heard two women speaking about him and about their negative experiences interacting with him. But as I said I really loved this location and everything about planet fitness so I had my heart set on making it work. Every time I would go in I would go out of my way to say hello and smile at him. When I tell you this man would not even smile back at me once. I can't imagine why he dislikes me so much. I've never had an enemy in my life. But apparently from some of these other reviews I'm reading that is just his level of customer service. And it's poor. I really urge the owners to put him through further training or even better yet replace him. Because I guarantee you he's going to keep making this gym lose money with his air of superiority and rudeness.
