I have never been to a gym so this was my first experience with one and I'm so glad I chose this place! I joined for a 6 week boot camp I saw advertised on Facebook and couldn't imagine not going now so I'll definitely continue as a member. I'm on week 6 and I've lost 6lbs of fat! It doesn't sound like much but I look and feel different and look forward to seeing more results. I've even went down a size in pants :) The workouts are only 30 minutes which makes it work with busy schedules and I like that they have early morning and late evening classes. You can also go an unlimited amount of times a week. The trainers Brian and Jenna are awesome and help you to stay motivated. This gym has a very no judgment atmosphere and everyone is kind and encouraging. It's good for all levels of fitness including beginners. The trainers give you options to modify the workouts if it's to hard for you and they don't over push you. Fadi, the owner, is amazing as well and makes himself available via an app called Voxer so if at anytime you have questions regarding the gym, workouts or nutrition he gets back to you as quickly as he can. That's another thing about this gym is they help you with nutrition as well and meal planning. The owner and the trainers seem like they genuinely care about the members and when I signed up Fadi told me, "welcome to the fit family." You really feel part of the fit family here. Like I said before I'm glad I tried this place first because I feel like if I would have joined a regular gym I would have given up. I really needed the extra push of being in a class with a trainer. My husband and I have been going to Fit Body Boot Camp for almost six weeks now. What a great place to work out! I love the owner Fadi, he is right there for you whenever you need him. Brian and Jenna, the daily trainers, are amazing! Brian really is great at coming up with all kinds of different workouts to help you achieve your goals. He's very good at pushing you without being ugly and he definitely pushes you to your limit. Jenna is very much the same. She's right there helping you push to the end of each workout. With different 30 minute workouts everyday, you don't get bored and your muscles don't get used to anything. The other thing I really like is that most of the people working out there are very nice and very encouraging to one another. They are just everyday average people working out together. Also, the ratio of women to men is crazy! I've never done classes where this many guys are involved. Way to go men! Finishing up 6 weeks of FBBC and was very pleased with my experience here. I've been to many gyms and different types of workouts but this location makes the experience very personal. My reason for starting here was back in September I was in the best shape I had ever been in. On Oct 1st, 2017, I was at the Route91 Concert in Las Vegas when a mass shooting took place. It was tough for me to get back in the gym and felt like I had lost months worth of progress and felt I wouldn't get it back. Joining here and being called by name each time I walked in and getting pushed each week to do more really helped get me back on my feet and feeling confident again. I'm back to going to the gym multiple times a week and Fit Body Bootcamp in Leander really fast tracked my progress to feel better again. Would recommend to everyone. read more

I've been working out at the YMCA, religiously, for the last year, doing Les Mills BodyPump and CX Worx classes, and have had great results. However, I've still struggled to get as lean as I want. I met with Coach Fadi and signed up for the 60 day challenge. He has put together a personalized diet, supplement plan, and exercise plan to get me to my goals. I've been a member at Gold's Gym, Lifetime Fitness, and the YMCA. None of these gyms have provided me the personal, one-on-one, coaching that I've received since joining only a week ago. I just completed 6 weeks at FBBC Leander. I like that the workouts are short and intense, I am in and out in no time. Fadi, the owner is very accessible, you can just 'Vox' him through an app called 'Voxer' and he responds immediately to your questions (about meals, exercises etc.). Good luck having the same access to the owner of another gym/facility. Brian, the coach, pushes you to your limits during the intense 30 min workouts, and really enjoys inflicting the pain on us for our own good :) Together they are combination that you will have to fork up big bucks at your regular gym to get the same kind of motivation, accessibility and personal attention. read more

Fit Body is the best place I have worked out at! The sessions are impactful, with great time options. The trainers demonstrate a great deal of care for their clients and encourage every step of the way. This is a place that no matter your fitness circumstance your goals are attainable. The trainers work with you to make sure you are working out with the correct form for the most results. Fit Body is also affordable and includes a lot of incentives you won't find at other places. Fit Body Boot Camp is the place if you are looking to transform your body. Coach Brian is amazing and comes up with different circuit plan each day to pull out that extra body fat;). Coach Fadi motivates and encourages to "change lifestyle and be fit" by providing abundance of information on "what and how to consume" to gain muscle and loose body fat. There is also a complementary yoga session each Saturday to relax those sore muscles!! I've joined other gyms before and stopped going because I got bored, wasn't motivated enough, or I wasn't being held accountable. This gym provides everything I need to keep going! Fadi is always available to answer your questions regarding your meal plan or your progress. Brian's workouts are tough but doable and he is able to modify anything to anyone's specific requirements (injuries, physical fitness level, etc.). I am a fitness fanatic! I have worked out for years, been a member of multiple gyms and participated in various boot camps/training groups. However, I feel that this is by far the most motivating and efficient workout I've ever done. It's more expensive than your typical gym, but offers so much more including; a variety of workouts, great trainers, diet counseling, a motivating group atmosphere and weekly weigh-ins that hold you accountable. The whole workout is only 30 mins, each day focusing on different workouts which you could accommodate in your regular schedule, unlike a traditional gym where only ROI is when you do at least an hour of cardio. I usually find big gyms intimidating but this one, is not that. Coach Fadi and Coach Brian are very knowledgeable about fitness and maintaining and balancing a healthy lifestyle. When I first joined Fit Body Boot Camp about 4 months ago, I had arthritic pain in my wrist and shoulder and Coach Brian very easily modified the excercises so that I can still do them. She also keeps a keen eye that your form is correct for both better results and minimizing injury. It is a scheduled muscle group focused group workout.
