I love the women I work out with-who push me, encourage me, laugh when I cope with a tough workout by using sarcasm, and show up with me. The folks at the front desk are useful up to a point but they aren't experienced enough to handle tougher questions. I reached out the OTF customer support folks to try to get my problem solved and they just turned me around to go talk to the staffing there. Ugh. No one wants a contract these days. I wish OTF leadership would figure this out fast.

He is really knowledgeable and knows when to push me out of my comfort zone. Lindsay is an amazing coach as well, she is very competitive and keeps me honest to myself! The programming at Crossfit Ceadar Park is tremendous you can tell the week is thought out and isn't just thrown together. All of the gear is clean and not overly used. I honestly havent ever stuck with a program and I find myself going to bed early just so I can make it to class in the morning! I traveled to this distant location and eventually they told me plans fell through on the 2222 location. I emailed asking them to cancel. Up until this point they were extremely responsive. Now they won't return calls or emails. Their trainers were nice, but I can't get Robin(only point of contact) to return calls or email. I would avoid this place if possible. If the contact me I'll be sure to post an update, but it has been over 35 days now.

I've improved not only my strength, but also my balance, stamina, and eating habits. When I started working with Sondra I had just finished my 3rd round of chemo. I had had breast cancer and several years later, uterine cancer. My diet had gotten really out of whack and I had gained about thirty pounds. In addition, my balance was terrible and I fell all the time. I had spent so much time in bed that I had very little strength or stamina. Our first year together was hard and I didn't always look forward to training. But I liked Sondra and actually began to enjoy our workouts! At first, I wasn't used to being challenged that way and I had gotten lazy. But something in me wanted to get stronger and fitter. I wanted her to be proud of me. I missed some workouts, but I kept at it. Today I'm not the same person. I look forward to workouts, and because Sondra is so knowledgeable, she knows how to keep me engaged. Now I hate to miss a session! I've lost all the weight I'd put on and am so much stronger and fitter, with better endurance. Sometimes it's hard for me to believe. I like the way I look and feel and I can do so much more than I once could. I plan to keep training with her. I think Sondra is the best! I recommend her unreservedly.
