The gym has a great variety of equipment, including plenty of free weights, strength machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers, and even a small outdoor workout area. There's also a half-court basketball gym that can be reserved for pickleball. The amenities are excellent. They have three massage chairs, an infrared sauna, steam showers, clean locker rooms with lockers, and a cold plunge available for an additional fee. There's also a kids' center (I don't have young children, so I can't speak to that experience), an M Café for drinks and snacks, and comfortable waiting areas. Overall, the facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything our family needs for our fitness goals. For the price, I think it's a great value, especially with access to every location.

My very favorite gym!…read more All of you are amazing so supportive friendly beautiful I been on and off with you since 2019 and the only two reasons I ever left was : when I go through my moments and don't work out at all or when I am far from your facility. I went to EOS for 1 week and their personal coach instead of acknowledge the fact that all I wanted to do was to leave the house after several months of isolation and excessive eating disorder her goal was to make me feel terrible her name (Britney in Goodyear) instead not satisfied told me that I have failed in the past and would fail again if I didn't sign for their personal coaching program. I had to verbally state that she was giving me anxiety when she continue to bully me asking if money was a problem. 2 months later I gave a change again this time when to mountainside fitness in Avondale and Alyssa their personal training welcomed me in measure my weight taught me new moves and told me I'll be here and will keep an eye on your and hold you accountable despite of you not signing in for trainer. Why I am sharing this? To thank mountainside for their greatness. Not every person is seeking for six pack. Some are there to battle depression, compulsive behaviors and others so thank you for being so amazing. I love your gym no matter what side of town I go

EōS Fitness -- Big amenities, approachable price point…read more EōS Fitness ended up being a really solid surprise. It's definitely on the more affordable gym side, but they've packed in a lot of amenities you don't always see at this price point. It was busy when I visited, but overall it stayed pretty clean and well maintained, which I always appreciate in a high-traffic gym. What stood out most was the variety: warm yoga classes (around mid-80s temp -- not hot yoga but comfortable), a dedicated Group X studio, cycle room, turf training area, plenty of machines and free weights, plus trainers available if that's your thing. They also have childcare, which is a huge plus for parents. Recovery-wise, they go beyond basics -- sauna in the locker rooms, showers, changing areas, zero-gravity massage chairs, compression equipment (though a couple seemed to have issues), massage guns, and even a cinema-style cardio setup. Bonus points for shakes, retail swag, and just having multiple spaces so the gym never feels one-note. Overall it gave me upgraded Planet Fitness / Chuze vibes: accessible, amenity-rich, friendly staff, and solid value without boutique pricing. Not luxury fitness, but honestly a great option if you want variety and affordability in one place. Plus, they've got lots of locations, which makes consistency easy if you travel or bounce around town.

Huge shoutout to Sal at the front desk -- genuinely welcoming, helpful, and the kind of energy that instantly elevates the experience. Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. I've actually never seen a studio that had mat drying racks out for everyone , nice touch . Friendly members, great retail selection (yes, I shopped), and booking through ClassPass made everything easy. Definitely a studio I'd return to.

I'm not even sure I want to talk about this place…read more I mean I literally die here 3 times a week Ok no seriously Danny is the manager and he's absolutely amazing. How he remembers everyone's name is beyond me but as you enter the building there he is with a big smile on his face. I am a former member and employee of Knockout Fitness. During my three years there, I was committed…read moreto my training and initially had a positive experience, until inappropriate behavior from my coach began to surface. Unfortunately, he was not the only one. As both a trainee and a coach, I experienced a pattern of misconduct, including suggestive comments and boundary-crossing behavior from multiple staff members, among them the head coach, front desk personnel, and several male members. The environment was consistently unprofessional and, at times, hostile. I was made to feel uncomfortable on numerous occasions, and as a woman, I was not taken seriously. My concerns were dismissed, my boundaries ignored, and my professionalism undermined. The emotional and psychological toll this has taken on me continues to affect my ability to feel safe and respected in gym spaces. Specific individuals overstepped their roles in ways that were unacceptable and contributed to a toxic and unsafe environment. I am working on retaining documentation, including messages and screenshots, that substantiate my experiences. I am currently pursuing legal guidance to ensure the harm done is properly addressed for myself and am posting under an alias to protect my identity while this process unfolds. Additionally, there were significant health and safety concerns within the facility. A friend of mine suffered a severe infection, nearly resulting in blindness, due to the unsanitary conditions of the equipment. This level of negligence further underscores the lack of responsibility exhibited by the management. I will not be silenced. I will continue to advocate for myself and for any woman who has experienced similar treatment at Knockout. If you are one of those women, please come forward. You are not alone. Many of the friendships I formed there were with others who had faced the same violations and disrespect. Together, we deserve better. This is not just about me, it is about demanding accountability. I will remain relentless until justice is served, I will not take legal action against knockout but I will demand I get help anyway I can with the evidence I have to assist me in my career.

She's very knowledgeable and always emphasizes proper form before increasing weight, which I really appreciate. She will push you, but in a way that feels encouraging and empowering, not intimidating. Tracey is also an amazing trainer. She's just as knowledgeable, with a calmer, grounding energy that balances Norma's "lift heavy and get it done" attitude perfectly. They truly complement each other and create a great training environment. What really stands out is the community. The women here are welcoming, supportive, and genuinely cheer each other on. No matter what your goal is (toning, weight loss, or gaining strength) if you communicate it to Norma, she will help you get there. In January alone, I lost 3 inches off my waist (even though the scale only moved a few pounds), which says a lot about the quality of the training! I absolutely recommend this gym.
