It was busy when I visited, but overall it stayed pretty clean and well maintained, which I always appreciate in a high-traffic gym. What stood out most was the variety: warm yoga classes (around mid-80s temp -- not hot yoga but comfortable), a dedicated Group X studio, cycle room, turf training area, plenty of machines and free weights, plus trainers available if that's your thing. They also have childcare, which is a huge plus for parents. Recovery-wise, they go beyond basics -- sauna in the locker rooms, showers, changing areas, zero-gravity massage chairs, compression equipment (though a couple seemed to have issues), massage guns, and even a cinema-style cardio setup. Bonus points for shakes, retail swag, and just having multiple spaces so the gym never feels one-note. Overall it gave me upgraded Planet Fitness / Chuze vibes: accessible, amenity-rich, friendly staff, and solid value without boutique pricing. Lifetime is not cheap, but the quality of instruction I get in her classes makes it completely worth it. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional with every class. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

I have been out for four months for some surgery's , and up on my return I was welcome back by all the staff at the front desk and I ask for a special trainer name Hannah and I was informed that she was know longer with the facility. That is a shame she was a very nice young lady that really had a smile and personality that made you feel welcome whenever you stepped into the gym, and its really sad to see an employee of her caliber not present in the facility and I know of many that feel the same about Hannah as I do . Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. I just had my first personal training session with Zach at Monroy Training! I was very impressed…read morewith his facility and felt right at home. I was nervous to get back in shape and I haven't worked out with in years, Zach went over everything with me so I would know what to expect and he did an assessment. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Whenever an exercise became to difficult he knew exactly what modification would help me push through and finish. Zach is very kind and soft spoken with a really positive relaxing energy, but he will push you to do your best. I will definitely be a regular client and would recommend him to anyone.
