Unfortunately, my recent experience with John, the Operations Manager, was extremely concerning and completely inconsistent with the level of professionalism and customer service I have come to expect from EOS. During my recent visit with my family, I felt that we were racially profiled and unfairly targeted by John. Rather than approaching the situation professionally or respectfully, we were met with hostility and accused of theft and failing to follow the facility's sign-in procedures. These are extremely serious accusations to make against a paying member and their family. What makes the situation even more concerning is that, after making these accusations, John was able to verify that all of us had properly signed in and had followed the required procedures. At that point, I would have expected an acknowledgment of the mistake and, at minimum, a sincere apology. Instead, there was no meaningful attempt to de-escalate the situation, take accountability, or address how inappropriate the interaction had been. Being falsely accused of theft is serious enough, but having this happen in front of my family and feeling that we were singled out based on our race made the experience particularly upsetting and unacceptable. The manner in which this was handled was highly unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate for someone serving in an operational management position. I have supported EOS for several years and have had positive experiences with the staff, which is why this incident was especially disappointing. I believe this matter warrants serious review by EOS management, including an investigation into how this interaction was handled and whether appropriate policies and expectations regarding member treatment, racial profiling, and false accusations were followed. I am not simply raising a complaint about poor customer service. I am raising a serious concern about how I and my family were treated, the accusations made against us, and the lack of accountability after those accusations were proven to be unfounded.

The studio itself is extremely minimal. White walls, mirrors, eight machines lined up, very little décor. No real aesthetic or vibe. Even the music had to stay low because of neighbors, which kind of killed the energy for me. I personally thrive on louder music and ambiance in a workout setting. Now the workout itself -- Lagree is just not for me. My wrists were hurting, my feet were on fire, and I felt like I was doing 90% of the moves incorrectly despite adjustments. I didn't sweat once. I walked out feeling like I could immediately go run five miles or head to F45 to actually feel worked. And now my knee and feet are sore -- not the good "I crushed it" sore, but the uncomfortable kind. If you're looking for something slow, controlled, core-focused, or maybe even rehab-adjacent, this might be your jam. But if you're like me and need to feel that push, sweat, energy, and vibe -- this may not hit. Again, nothing was "wrong." It just wasn't for me. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and very no-nonsense -- two workout rooms, plenty of equipment, multiple bathrooms, two showers, and a water station. I loved the big open training floor, tons of natural light, and the screens showing workouts so you're never guessing what's next. Loud music, proper warm-up and cool-down, easily modifiable exercises, and definitely a legit sweat session. Booking through ClassPass was seamless too, which makes it super traveler-friendly. Only tiny wish? More swag. I was ready to grab a tee but only saw hats and water bottles. Not a dealbreaker though -- this gym gets straight to business and delivers a strong workout without the fluff. I give a star for each positive attribute that this particular location has provided. The equipment is relatively newer all around with staging patterns that cater well to the traffic flow that visits. I give a second star for the additional amenity of a hybrid tanning bed, and not just the stand alones. Where this location regularly falls short, is the environment to which the attitude the staff brings to their daily routine makes me so damn frustrated. Three days in a row, I watched tanning room floors go untouched with trash and debris.. and on the third day when I brought it to the staff's attention, no one would take it upon themselves to clean the room properly and I had to address that they pause my timer so that I could go out of my way to make sure the tanning bed was sanitized. Each time I go to the counter, I have to interrupt someone on their cell phone, either watching TV or waiting for their next lunch break. There have been times I sat at the desk for over 10 minutes and even continuously called the front desk to see if ANY employee was going to pick up, or to come to the desk to allow me an opportunity to use the massaging chairs. My favorite is watching staff members regularly sitting on countertops, passing the time away, waiting for the clock to allow them the opportunity to take the trash out before it's closing time. There have been times I've sat in their parking lot, while they are not responsible for what goes on in their parking lot, sometimes you can tell who their friends are who are loitering in between cars through the parking lot in which there have been circumstances I've had to call the police and have avoided the location altogether because of things I've seen. I attempted to go to other locations, but those two stars have their hooks in based on my equipment needs and a quality location to visit consistently while my résumé goes unanswered in the Planet Fitness portal trying to and bring some light to a solution. I'm disappointed in all the new hires, because it is clear that they are just hiring their friends to stand around (more sheep and robots) instead of human beings that know how to be productive for themselves and take pride in the building that they are walking into in order to create a safe, clean, and dependable location where people can begin to heal themselves. $25 a month is way too much when I have to regularly clean my own tanning bed while the staff hides in the back on their phone. And we wonder why our unemployment rate is so high.

She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

There's a huge amount of treadmills, all different kinds of bikes, stairs steppers as well as ellipticals in the front part of the gym. There's a small little room in the front with cardio machines as well where it looks like there's daycare for kids? I'm not sure what exactly it entails but it seems pretty cool. They have a bathroom in there as well. The bathrooms are huge. There's lockers, showers, and a scale to weigh yourself. And my FAVORITE part, the steam room. Both men and women have this. The bathrooms are closed I think from 1400-1500 every day. They also offer from what I recently saw are massages, including cupping and regular ones. They also offer facials. There's 24 hour access as long as your cac is registered. There's another small private bathroom within each bathroom for just the officers. There's definitely plenty of weight machines and weights in general. THEN, there's a cross fit gym right next door where you can do ab work outs and more! That's my spot for abs. They have weights in there and some other machines similar to the ones in the regular part of the gym. This is my favorite place to be. And the owner Ansel is such a nice guy. We have had quite a few short term parents that are no longer with us that have seem to have their own personal issues. We have had nothing but great times, fun, and success at the gym. A small business owners I am not sure how they put up with all the customers. Super proud of them. Mostly because people today are not very kind. We still love the small family atmosphere and that won't be changing anytime soon.
