Kaylie the assistant manager came over and said I couldn't work out on a free day pass because I don't live in Az and it would be $22 for the DAY. She suggested my sister pay $15 extra a month to have 6 guest privileges. She was condescending and flipped her hair as she walked off with a smile. Despite this, I was instructed to complete another set. During that final set, I injured my back badly enough that I could not walk afterward. At no point was the exercise stopped, reduced, or modified when I reported pain. I still can't squat, my back isn't fully recovered. Afterward, communication was disappointing. When my husband and I later explained that we needed to pause training due to finances, we received no response. Regardless of certification or experience level, a trainer should prioritize client safety, listen when pain is reported, and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Update: After posting this review, the trainer contacted me and offered me money to take my review down. Since he can't contact me he reached out to my husband regarding my review. The first day I reported, in passing to a staff member, I saw on my way out of the locker room. On day two when it happened, I had just finished getting my bottom half dressed and was worried I had been caught in the background. I asked the other member not to take pics in the locker room, he got upset and tried to continue to take pics. I pointed to the signs on the mirror that show criminal code and asked him again. At this point another guy in order to mock me took out his phone and started taking pics in the mirror. I told them that if they continued I would let front desk know. The second guy told me to tell the front desk. So I head out to let front desk know and the manager Gabriel is walking in so I tell him what's going on. At the time I had no idea Gabriel was the manager I just saw by his shirt he was staff. So he chuckles to the two members that were taking pics that they're not allowed to take pics but treats it like I'm just making a big deal of nothing. Doesn't warn the guys or let them know that it's not only against policy but also against the law. So as I'm leaving the locker room so is one of the guys. I point him out to the attendant at the front desk, a woman named Camryn. Camryn doesn't appear to be taking it seriously either. So then Gabriel comes back up to the front as I'm telling Camryn and still doesn't appear to be taking it seriously. Camryn is at this time smiling condescendingly at me as if I'm just making a big deal. So then at the front desk I take out my phone and started recording our interaction to send to higher ups and corporate. Then Gabriel starts to say that they will take it seriously and that he knows the members and will address it with them later. At this point on video I ask for corporate contact info and at first Gabriel says he has no way of getting ahold of them. I tell him that that's not believable and he excuses himself then comes back with an email address for a person named Tasha who he says is the person that sees over that region. I email her immediately and hear nothing back 24 hours later. So I call another location and they tell me Tasha is bad about returning emails in a timely manner. You would figure that something that is not only against policy but also illegal would be taken more seriously. So I finally get an email for what I'm told is corporate and emailed both corporate and Tasha at the same time. Had this not been two days in a row and had it been taken seriously to begin with by Gabriel I would not be writing this nor would I have felt the need to email Tasha/corporate. But upon reading the reviews I came across this one where a person says that Gabriel himself takes selfies in the locker room which explains the dismissive attitude. It's unfortunate because I like the gym itself but have had an incident at a gym in LA where I was recorded and uploaded so I'm hyper aware of phones in the locker room. Either way I don't think that this is something that should be blown off by not only Gabriel yesterday but by Tasha as well at this point. I'll update if/when there's a resolution but so far I'm not at all impressed with the way the situation is being handled.

There was a water refill station and a cooler with beverage's to purchase. This location doesn't have much room to stretch in their "stretch" area without getting in the way of the people trying to walk to the machines but I think you can take mats into other areas that have more space. This location was very clean and the people working were friendly.

He was able to sign me up very quickly. I absolutely love the easy accessibility with key fob or AF app and the fact that it's open 24/7. I personally enjoy that the cardio machines have live TV to watch on it. It has a very good section for powerlifters as well as everything you need for a good weight session. There is usually just a handful of people or sometimes you might even have the whole gym to yourself. There's always music playing. I appreciate also that they do play Kpop. It's a very clean gym with individual restrooms and private shower area in the restroom. Overall, a small gym that makes you feel comfortable to be there with plentiful parking. I would definitely recommend this gym!

Also the slots for infant care fill up a week in advance on the weekends. Classes are amazing but if you miss they take attendance and email you with a slap on the wrist which I understand but you can't cancel if it's within 2 hours of the class.
