Their website is falsely advertising fast pro karts that they no longer have. There was even a sign at the facility promoting "Extreme Pro Karts," but none were available--just standard basic karts. The false advertising is misleading and shows a lack of care for customers. The manager was very nice and issued me a full refund, which I appreciate. However, the overall situation with the advertising and what was actually offered is unacceptable. They also told me I could only film my race if I left them a good review, which is ridiculous and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
