We came to this establishment twice and on our 2nd attempt a racist lady and man put the closed signs up in our face an hour before they closed and claimed to be closed but had "other" people on the go carts that didn't look like us. We tried to ask why they closed on us early and they ignored us. read more

Fast Tracks is right in the Parkway. We went in the arcade, It was a great place to escape the heat and have indoor fun. We were a group of adults but we still enjoyed the arcade games (especially The Wizard of Oz). The person working was so nice and the bathrooms and facility were spotless. read more

We went here late on our first night of vacation. We have a small kid who loves ALL rides. He always wants to ride go-karts so we let him. They have a kiddie track and the employ was soooo kind. No one else was driving with my kid on the track so he hopped on and raced with him. He made my kid feel so good to have someone to win against! This made his night. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any business anywhere. After our ride this morning, an unprofessional and disrespectful employee named David approached us in a threatening way and accused us of bumping, then told us we were no longer allowed to ride. We were stunned, and we responded respectfully that yes, a number of drivers were bumping, and we were doing our best to stay out of their way, but David continued to be downright hateful to my children. Our family is respectful and courteous, and we make every effort to do the right thing by everyone. David was clearly punishing the wrong people, and he refused to listen or even try to be nice. I found the manager, Mikey, and explained the situation, and he made no apologies. We finally requested a refund for our unused tickets, and he partially refunded our payment. We left shocked and upset. I'm not sure what kind of business this is, but David and Mikey are running off good people who are trying to have fun in a safe way. (The exception is the wonderful lady selling tickets in the booth near the pro track - she even gave us an apologetic wave as we were leaving.) We will take our money elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same. I can't remember ever having worse customer service or being treated so unfairly. We are a military family, and we chose this business because we heard they offer a military discount, but we ended up wasting money for a terrible experience. I suppose Fast Tracks continues to operate because of unsuspecting tourists like us. Buyer beware. If you want a happy and fun day, go to The Track or anywhere else in town. read more

Rode on a track with some others who were fairly aggressive. They bumped everyone on the track. Upon completion of the race an employee named David kicked everyone off the track except the correct offenders. After my group and two others took this up with management, Mikey, he supported David'sh decision. We took out business elsewhere as did the other 20'ish folks kicked off by David. worst go carts in pigeon forge ever. slow, back firing. one course for kids to ride. very misleading sign of three rides for $25 so i bought $95 worth of tickets for us to all ride to get to the track and be told our 11 year old boy can't ride. then the worker argued with me when trying to explain what we were told. after telling me "the lady at the window didn't lie to me and that he's worked here a long time" i walked away. throwing $95 away and never returning. read more

My husband and I wanted something fun to do one night and ended up here. The prices were decent, the karts were in good shape and the courses were fun to drive. We stopped at the arcade after our 3 drives and had a lot of fun in there too. They didn't have the best selection of games and a lot of them were out of order but we still had fun! read more

The go karts were really fun. If it rains you don't get a refund. Some of the electrical games were exposed to the rain. We didn't get on those things due to fear of getting shocked. The arcade game room was really fun. We ate at the concession stand. The food was really good. We ordered drinks, hot dogs, ice cream and cheese fries. The prices for everything were very reasonable. Again, just like Lazerport, I only visited the arcade. A little overpriced. Many of the games take 4 tokens. A few are 1 or 2 tokens, like pinballs, etc. I only played the Sega game 'Harley-Davidson & L.A. Riders', which is one of my all-time favorite arcade games. Even some old '90s driving games like 'Sega Super GT' (Scud Race) took 4 tokens. Come on, we're not in 1997 anymore. If this was 1997 or 1998 then this is normal but we live in the "10s" now. A 1996 game should not cost 4 tokens to play in 2014. I played the deluxe version of Harley-Davidson which took 4 tokens. For 4 tokens, I can play a game that has broken 'start' and 'view change' buttons that I need to activate "cheats", cannot play manual transmission, etc. Also, the monitor was foggy and kept changing RGB colors. I feel a little ripped off here... but there was a smaller version of the game that took 2 tokens (but had only 3 checkpoints in the game instead of 4 or 5). I guess it isn't too bad. However, the go-kart track looked really fun. I saw the drivers get sprayed with water. :P If you're going here, you should probably only do the attractions. Don't go for the arcade! Go to Lazerport instead, or if you want to play newer games I'd check out "Rockin' Raceway" a little up the road. read more

I have to give it 3 stars because, while the go-carts were fun and suitable for my whole family, they were dreadfully understaffed the night we went and they were terribly busy. The two guys working the carts were nice and doing their best, but it just wasn't enough. There were several rowdy guests who were bent on bumping other carts. Twice this resulted in a partial lane blockage that could have been dangerous for everyone involved. I'm not super worried about COVID personally, but if I was this place would be a nightmare. Signs about distancing and masks, but no enforcement. No wiping carts down every few guests or anything like that... in a non pandemic, the cleanliness at a go-cart track wouldn't even cross my mind... but with everything going on, obviously it is fresh on the brain.... if you don't mind crowds and getting a little rough on the carts, go... otherwise just be fore-warned. read more

Not too crowded & everything seemed to work well. Carts were a little slow for my liking & some of the workers did not seem thrilled to be there. The workers at the young kid rides did seem to enjoy their job & were good with the kids. The guy running the little kid go kart track was very good with the kids & seemed to really enjoy the kids & encouraged them to have fun. The tracks were definitely showing their age. We checked this one out because it looked pretty awesome. One of the kids hadn't driven a go-kart in a long time and was a little nervous at first but by the end you couldn't get him out of the seat! We chose the elevated track because I never saw one and it looked fun. It was a blast and the go-karts were pretty fast. We all had a lot of fun and I think we had about 3 full laps. read more

Fun place for me and my husband! We visited the arcade they had and for a $20 bill you can get 100 tokens to play games. Some of the games weren't working 100% correctly, but all in all, it was enjoyable. We also tried all three go kart tracks they had. It was $10 per person, per ride, so we had to spend $60 over all just for the two of us to try all three tracks. This seems expensive to me. Nonetheless, they were a lot of fun! They go fast enough that you feel like you're flying, but slow enough that you never had to let off the brakes, as long as you can control the kart around curves. read more

Good experience here racing go karts a couple weeks ago. The only thing that would've made it better is if they'd really enforce the "no bumping" rule. I don't mind accidental bumping, but there was a grown man there who bumped everyone in sight and nothing was ever said. It's just annoying, both the bumping, and ignoring it was happening. read more

Their elevated and pro tracks are very fun and exciting, however, they are expensive. So are their carnival rides. We spent ~$60 for 6 go cart rides and one carnival ride. That's just crazy compared to Nascar SpeedPark. read more

The go-karting was fun. My only problem was that the workers had the sprinklers on while we were racing, it got the track wet and that resulted in a lot of crashes and spin-outs, which was really sketchy. I think it's a little overpriced for what they're offering- $15 for just one person, one session, around one track. I don't think it's that great. Also the male workers were a little handsy when I needed help with my seatbelt. read more

Brought the family here for a summer morning of go cart racing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would come here again.

Horrible experiences while go karting on 7/6/16 at this facility, and no one on site seemed to care or respond to my attempts to contact them. First, my 12 year old daughter was rear ended with such force when she was doing what the staff told her to do, that the cart she was in had to be taken out of service due to the damage. At the end of her session, she was instructed to remain in her kart until everyone was off the track which she did. She had undone her seat belt/shoulder straps since no one instructed her to leave them on. The last kid to come in, rammed directly into her kart with NO braking causing ALL the cars in line to experience the impact. The kid then got out of his kart laughing. The staff said nothing to him or his parent, no consequences. They ignored the fact that my daughter was in tears, clutching the back of her neck and had the wind knocked out of her. Totally unacceptable. I had to pay for ice from the concession to put on her neck. Second, since my daughter was no longer feeling well enough to use her tickets, my husband accompanied my 14 year old son on 2 karting sessions on a different track. On the last session, a kart had apparently broken down on the track and my husband attempted to swerve out of the way and luckily only rubbed up against it. The staff didn't slow anyone down or stop the race. As he and the others came around the track again, the kart was STILL on the track and an employee was standing on the kart working on the broken down kart ON the track. My husband once again swerved to miss him, and the employee picked up the metal pole used to lift the karts and threw it across the track at my husband while screaming something unintelligible. It narrowly missed my husband's head and easily could have killed him. As my husband pulled off the track, visibly shaken, 4 employee thugs surrounded him and began threatening him. My husband walked away from them. I immediately spoke with "Kevin" who was working that track, and his responses were sadly apathetic. Since there was no management available to discuss what happened, I explained that my only recourse was to warn others of the dangerous people they employ. So to the owners/management of Fast Tracks, your staff has created a dangerous environment for your customers. Members of your staff apparently have "anger issues" and are increasing your liability for injuries by making poor choices on your behalf. We spent well over $100 at your facility today, and it would have been even more. But our expectations of a fun afternoon were cut short because of the mismanagement by your staff. read more

In terms of ko garts in Pigeon Forge, this was my favorite. The key is going somewhere from 10am-noon, where everything is half off. For $10 I got a 10-15 minute run on both the elevated track and the pro track, which is a very good deal for Pigeon Forge. The go karts go pretty fast, and they handle very well. I personally liked the mist the spray on the track, as I like the increased difficulty. The pro track is fun on its own, but the elevated track is the better track when racing with friends. It's twists and turns give several places to pass, and its sudden drops makes you feel like you're on a roller coaster. It shakes you around like the old Son of Beast Roller Coaster at Kings Island (Cincinnati), but that's a feeling I loved throughout the course. read more
