This could be an incredible place but the throughput is too low. For example..at dollywood, a coaster may have 2 trains. One is running while the other is unloading and loading passengers. Here at go karts they load, safety check, run, unload, and clear the track before allowing the extra group out. This would only be feasible in the track where they have at least 2 cart lines. The boats, based on our experience run about 40ppl/hr. Very very slow. About half that time is loading, unloading as one attendant must hook, unload, clear the area, close the exit gate, play an announcement, count out the line and then manually load each person. I get some is for safety and dont disagree. But this could be greatly streamlined with a 2nd ride attendant. So we waited 35 minutes for what looked like a short line. We had the aquarium + 2 combo. The combo ticket allows a 1hr pass. I would strongly not recommend this for a 1hr pass as its frustratingly run beyond slow. I would still recommend this place if you buy individual runs ($10) or an all day pass ($20). But the 1hr combo was not worth it, imo. Of the 60 min we got about 12 min of actual events and spent the rest of the time waiting in line. read more

Slow go karts, limited arcade selection. Came back for a second visit in six months only because is it included for free as part of our Ripleys annual passes. Employees have been consistently rude, with about half of the people you interact with being down right unpleasant. Was told at the front counter my daughter could drive her own go kart on 2 of the three tracks, but after waiting in line for the smaller one we were told by maybe one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered in any business that I've ever been to that she could not ride. I asked why not and the guy laughed at me and just said "orange wristband." I asked if he could elaborate in any way and said I was confused because the gentleman at the counter physically pointed at that track and told us she could ride it. He informed me I was told no such thing because they are professionals. I told him they indeed did say that, and said maybe they misspoke or made a mistake. He told me they did no such thing and that I was lying. While in line he was very rude to the children who were riding, yelling at them and making rude gestures. In absolutely no circumstances should this man be working around children, or probably anywhere at all. In my one ride a piece on the other tracks these "professionals" let a total of 5 women that I counted ride without their hair tied up on the go karts, which is their own rule for safety. I certainly am not a go kart operator "professional" but was able to catch this paying minimal attention. They have kids rides, none of which are ever attended because the employees allocated to run them all congregate in the back at one ride and stay on their phones, this happened both visits and when approaching a ride and waiting they just sort of stare at you and don't move. There are several other options for go karts and arcades in the area, so definitely skip this one and spend your money elsewhere. Xtreme racing across the street offers an excellent go kart experience with fast karts and friendly employees. read more

We only visited the Arcade. Several games took credits and then did not work which is typical for arcades in the area. We originally loaded $40 worth of credits for our children. They went fast! We were down to 16 credits and went to the kiosk to load 80 more. We scanned our card and selected reload and then purchased the 80 credits. A teenager scanned his card before we were done and said he was at 0 but now had 96-which that was how many we should have had. I said it transferred our credits to your card because you scanned before it loaded to ours I guess. He said it was his lucky day and walked off. I waited in line to tell the attendant and he was only able to give us 75 credits back. The attendants were nice but the games and machines are sketchy. The area was clean and roomy. read more

Gatlinburg is a great vacation spot for singles, couples, groups and families to create fun and forever memories. There is so much to do here: shopping, fun attractions, variety of eateries and great prices. There is much to do here both day and night. The weather has been perfect. The Super fun park draws you in with the brights lights. As a surprise to me, this weekend was the car show, showcasing antiques, muscles and classic cars. This was a highlight of my vacation. Visited twice during spring break weekday (wed and thur). Way understaffed. Most rides are closed. The two go carts for patrons over 52 inches tall and the bumper boats were open. All rides for those under 52 inches tall are closed. Ticket prices should be 1/2 off due to limited operation. read more

The rides and experience in general were not bad, worth it for the $20 or the extra admission after the aquarium. The employees, organization, and structure of the place however, are not that great. The rules and requirements of each ride don't seem to be the same across the board, or the management struggles to train their employees on the same standard. Not allowing individuals who were in line before the admission time ended and accusing them of cutting the line is not a great look. Additionally, they kicked my nephew who was above the height requirement off a ride, and said they thought he was another kiddo who had been attempting to sneak onto rides. The first experience on the Rookie Karts was great. She took the time to explain everything to our nephew who was riding alone. TLDR: Overall, good effort, not good employees. read more

Meh. There was a lot of waiting in line on the last Wednesday of July. We spent 20+ minutes waiting for an attraction, then 5-6 minutes enjoying the attraction. My family liked the big race track, but again, the wait was even longer for that one. It wasn't that the crowd was too big. It was that they had only 1-2 attendants for each attraction. If they would increase the staff, it would go faster. We thought we would save money by coming here instead of the nascar place but we only got one ride on the big track, one ride on bumper boats and one ride on the medium track and then lightning shut everything down. This place has a pretty good price. 1 hour is plenty of time to get your fill. Only buy into the two hour if it looks busy or if you just need to get the kids out. The only complaint I have is that, on one of the tracks, there are no rules. People spun each other out and bumped each other constantly. If that track allows this, we should have been told in advance. Im all about it but when it's such a small track and 7 cars, there should be more control. Not a lot of driving, more just sitting and waiting to be straightened out. Plus they let a kid purposefully (I know this because he looked back, slowed down on purpose then slammed on his brakes when I was behind him twice) hit me on multiple occasions, including coming into the pits without saying anything to him. He was definitely old enough to understand rules. The big track was super fun though! Definitely enough space for everyone and really cool hill down! All in all, I'd recommend this place! This Track is better than the one down the road. The bumper boats are better and more entertaining. The go kart track they have is way better and it seems the cars go faster. This is probably one of the newest family fun entertainment places On the main road. Lots of fun for everyone. With three adults getting one hour passes for go carts and no lines it was a blast. We probably raced 10 times in an hour. I doubt it will be this good during the busy season but if you come during off-season totally worth the time. read more

Update- Just went back last week for a week and found out they have taken away the unlimited ride passes which is ridiculous. We had the park all to ourselves, which worked perfectly with our 2 year old who hasn't quite grasped the concept of a line. The place seemed very clean and well maintained. The workers were SO friendly and positive, they really made it a fun experience for our son even though the place was completely empty. We went on a Wednesday at 10am eight when they opened, but they said it would be very busy over the weekend! There were tons of rides my 2 year old could enjoy and my husband loved that he could ride on the go carts with him. If your kiddo is at least 3 feet tall they can do almost everything. I also appreciated that there was an indoor arcade so we could get a break from the heat! I was also very pleased with the value, we bought the 55 tickets for $50 (or something close), which was plenty for us to do everything and play some games inside. I was on a family vacation about a month ago for 4th of July and we were staying in gatlinburg, and drove to Pigeon Forge to find something fun to do with the kids. We stopped here because it had quite a bit of things to do. A arcade inside, couple of go kart tracks and a carousel etc. We got a bracelet each for about $30 each and it was good for 2hrs to ride any rides outside as many times as we wanted. We then got in line for the go karts and got on and it started drizzling and halfway through the race they stopped everyone and made them get off because it was dangerous to drive on a wet track. So all the rides outside shut down due to the weather. And we really didn't want to play at the arcade so we decided we should ask for a refund because we legit didn't even do one complete race. So we asked for a refund and the lady got a attitude with us saying there's nothing to be done and they can't control the weather. So we asked for a manager and sure enough he said the same thing, we tried to explain various times we didn't even have the bracelets for more than 10 minutes before everything got shut down. And may i remind you we paid $30 for a each bracelet and he didn't want to give us a refund. He ended up giving us like $5 back on each bracelet and a couple free tickets to use inside the arcade. We threw them away. We were highly dissatisfied and angered that we spent so much money and only got $5 from each bracelet. Do not recommend this place at all. And if you do go, go when there's not a chance of rain within 100 miles of the place or else they shut it down. And the cashiers definitely looked like they were on something, and may i remind you it's a kid place!!!! read more

We've gone here each trip to Gatlinburg. Clean park, good prices for entertainment. Coupon in the coupon book is helpful. We bought a $100 point card ($90 w/coupon) and a $50 point card ($40 with coupon) and had plenty to do for 6 people. We had so much fun with our family. We have two teenagers and a younger child so this worked perfect. There was something for everyone. Kiddy rides and big kid rides.
