I Bought 5 Groupons that was good for either 3 go karts or 3 VR sessions. I bought 5 for each person in my party. When we arrived around 3:40pm on a Monday afternoon. While at the counter, I was told that neither the VR or go carts were open which sucks really. This is a tourist town... Why only have that available on the weekend?? This wasn't listed as a stipulation or even mentioned on Groupon or their website. Not to mention that their website has the bare minimum as it gives their address, hours of operation, and phone number. It doesn't discuss their amenities. You can, however, buy play cards at a cheaper rate than in person. This was a disappointment. Inside looked like it would've been enjoyable. Playing for activities for 5 people can be costly. I thought this would be a nice fun thing for us (2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 teenager) but we were sadly unable to do so. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund as it had been less than 3 days since I purchased it.

Vibe is great! The arcade is clean and smells clean! The games are a lot newer! Lots of games! And at a LOW COST to play and you get MORE tickets than other arcades! Easy to win these games too! Maybe because I'm a little competitive. LOL! I've been to many arcades around Pigeon Forge but this one's the best I've seen. I had lots of fun with my husband! 100/10! Love it!

Groupon FTW! Even at full price, this place is a great deal, but their Groupon deal is phenomenal. They have go karts and they are in great working order. They have singles or two seaters if you have a kiddo in tow. They really speed along and the track is well maintained. Staff was fun but took safety very seriously. They check your safety harness and make sure everything is strapped down tight. The arcade is very nice. I didn't see any games that were out of order. Everything was clean and there was a great mix of games for big and little kids.

Bumper boats

This was so fun! We all had a blast on the go kart track. Two adults and three kids (3,8 &13) all had huge smiles. The track is not a simple flat track like most others. The "towers" were a lot of fun and there's a fun hill at the top. I boring parts to this track at all! It also felt like a decent amount of time to drive. We went around the track multiple times. It's $7.50 for a single and $15 for a double. I do wish the double had a slight discount, like maybe $10 or $12 for the double. 2 of our kids did the water bumper boats and also loved those. They got soaked and were laughing a ton. You could do this without getting really wet, but I'd you're going with other kids, expect to be splashed a lot. There's also a big fountain that sprays Into the bumper boat areas, adding more chances for wetness. So funny to watch the kids drive into it! Would go back again- but would definitely go back if the prices were adjusted slightly.

Not the best carts in the world but offers the best deal in the area. My wife and I had a blast and will be back for sure.

What an unexpected place. When I think about a Food Network star's restaurant, it would not look…read moreanything like Downtown Flavortown. Instead of being very cuisine-focused with (at most) a kitschy theme, Downtown Flavortown feels more like an arcade with upscale food and drink options. It's really neat, but it's definitely not what I expected! (Protip! If you're going to eat or drink here, plan to do it at a standard table or while duck bowling. It's very very hard to do it while at the arcade!) PROS: -Lots and lots to do here. You can enjoy a sit-down meal, duck pin bowling, or play in an arcade. There is also a gift store and a few photo backdrops available. We didn't actually eat any of the food (only drinks and activities) and still spent 3 and a half hours here. -The place is beautiful. It's clearly newer, but even so, the choice of decor really helped make the place. There are a lot of bright (static) colored lights in addition to reds and woods. It has a bit of a casino feel to it. And of course, the word "Flavortown" is pretty much everywhere. -Gigantic parking lot right outside. Really, it's a mall-sized parking lot. Considering how much difficulty we've had parking a few places in the area, this was a really welcome sight. -"Duck bowling" lanes were pretty new, and they operate flawlessly. We didn't have any issues with miscounted pins or unfunctional hardware. The employee who seated us was also privacy-conscious, and he was seating teams one lane apart since they weren't at full capacity. It made for a really great time. -"Duck" bowling lanes also come with prizes to work towards. You can win a little duck (100 points) or big duck (200 points) if your bowling total is high enough. I'm sure the ducks cost them next to nothing, but it was definitely a deciding factor in whether we wanted to play more games. -Drinks were heavily poured and flavorful. The staff understood their offerings, too, and could offer suggestions based on what flavor profiles you enjoyed. -All of the arcade games worked. While some of them were a little sketchier than others (a ball-tossing game had wet balls that made our hands sticky after playing it; I'm guessing someone spilled a drink in it), all of the games did function as we expected them to. -Arcade games are on a plastic card system. You'll need to head to a kiosk (self-service) to refill them and see how many tickets/points you have, but it is way easier to manage than coins or tickets. -Bathrooms were really clean, and it was cool to see complimentary mouthwash here as well. I can't say I've seen that in a restaurant before. -They have a single room "Family" bathroom in here with children's needs, toilet, and urinal for any families traveling. CONS: -The arcade is missing tables or flat surfaces for drinks. While you're free to grab a drink at the bar and take it into "the" arcade just steps away, the lack of flat surfaces makes this difficult. Since a lot of adults would want to play arcade games with a bit of booze, this does keep the arcade relatively child-heavy. -Prize-to-ticket ratio for "cashing out" your winnings were a bit high. Despite three adults playing the games (versus children who may get lower scores), our $25 of playtime didn't even help us qualify for a movie theater sized box of Skittles. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely surprising.

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

Yelp 100 Challenge 2025 - #58…read more Visited in November on a rainy Tuesday and it was a great decision. Be sure to check online for different deals because prices vary online than in store for booking ahead. Customer service was great. You fill out a wavier upon entering and then you're helped by an employee. After picking how long you jump, you enter to watch a safety video before being released to play. And then ... a giant voice booms from the sky that everyone wearing white wristbands need to leave because their time is up. Hey, we're wearing white wrist bands! "Aw!" You say to your disappointed children. "We have to go! They are making us leave. No, we can't stay longer because otherwise, we'd be breaking the rules." And it's not your fault that you're making your children leave the "funnest" place they've visited all week. It's TopJump's fault. The booming voice is the bad guy, not you. Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.
