They have a ton of different claw machines, many of the different "new" style arcade games...it will have the youth or the young at heart entertained for hours on end. This was one of two arcades we stopped at during our stay in Pigeon Forge. It was okay. Nothing extraordinary. It was a good way to pass the time but make sure to play slowly because most of the games are a buck. I Bought 5 Groupons that was good for either 3 go karts or 3 VR sessions. I bought 5 for each person in my party. When we arrived around 3:40pm on a Monday afternoon. While at the counter, I was told that neither the VR or go carts were open which sucks really. This is a tourist town... Why only have that available on the weekend?? This wasn't listed as a stipulation or even mentioned on Groupon or their website. Not to mention that their website has the bare minimum as it gives their address, hours of operation, and phone number. It doesn't discuss their amenities. You can, however, buy play cards at a cheaper rate than in person. This was a disappointment. Inside looked like it would've been enjoyable. Playing for activities for 5 people can be costly. I thought this would be a nice fun thing for us (2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 teenager) but we were sadly unable to do so. Groupon FTW! Even at full price, this place is a great deal, but their Groupon deal is phenomenal. They have go karts and they are in great working order. They have singles or two seaters if you have a kiddo in tow. They really speed along and the track is well maintained. Staff was fun but took safety very seriously. They check your safety harness and make sure everything is strapped down tight. The arcade is very nice. I didn't see any games that were out of order. We had our dog with us and heard this arcade was dog-friendly so we stopped by. We double-checked before bringing her in and they said it was fine. We had a great time playing skee ball, air hockey, and some games like my favorite, The Walking Dead. The prices were the same as all the other arcades in the area. There's a very strong sweet fragrance inside that makes me nauseated. I can't stay inside for more than a few minutes. It smells like they're putting some fragrance through their vents (which is highly toxic). We bought a Groupon. There were a few games the kids could play. This was so fun! We all had a blast on the go kart track. Two adults and three kids (3,8 &13) all had huge smiles. The track is not a simple flat track like most others. The "towers" were a lot of fun and there's a fun hill at the top. I boring parts to this track at all! It also felt like a decent amount of time to drive. We went around the track multiple times. It's $7.50 for a single and $15 for a double. I do wish the double had a slight discount, like maybe $10 or $12 for the double. 2 of our kids did the water bumper boats and also loved those. They got soaked and were laughing a ton. You could do this without getting really wet, but I'd you're going with other kids, expect to be splashed a lot. There's also a big fountain that sprays Into the bumper boat areas, adding more chances for wetness. So funny to watch the kids drive into it! Would go back again- but would definitely go back if the prices were adjusted slightly. read more

Best arcade for all ages! Been coming here for years and no other arcade compares. We've been to them all . My son and hubbie love the wizard of oz. you used to have 2. Now there is just one. This is one of many go-kart tracks in Pigeon Forge. We went to this one because they were offering a Groupon which was a good deal (included game cards for the arcade). There is rock music blaring over the PA system (hence the Rockin' name). The course itself isn't very exciting and is completely flat. They have 2-person karts if you have a little one who is not tall enough to drive (they have single karts too). The karts are underpowered so you can flat foot it the whole time and pull off some short power slides. Passing is nigh impossible because the course is too easy. read more

This was one of our better arcade experiences. We received good value and ended up spending a couple of hours here. We purchased the $145 in credit for $100. By the end, we were just trying to burn through it so we could head out. It kept a couple of young kids very entertained for ~ 2 hours, plus my wife and I played some things too. Most games are $1 with some being $2 or $3. There are ball drop games for $.50. Much better value than many arcades we've been to where $100 lasts maybe 30 minutes. Ok first off I screamed like a little girl - so much fun - the first ride is the best isn't it? I didn't get fast cars every single time but still had a blast. There was a lot of challenging curves and the karts were in good shape The arcade between rides was so fun. Loved the air hockey and the bean bag toss NOTE: personally you can skip the other track to the right of the sling shot and ice cream place. The track to the right of the arcade is much better. There were even more opportunities for being run off the track on that one. We rode all the go karts a bunch - and at multiple tracks and you get the wrong group in there and it ruins your ride. To be fair to this track, we had a few batches of people who try to just run you off the road at any of the tracks tho, so you have to keep stopping and that isn't cool - they all need to do a better job of not letting those drivers keep riding with the respectful riders so it stays fun - you get off and you think they're leaving so you're going to get a better ride and THEY get back on and you don't pay attention and you get the same ride and they're all pretty expensive - we had so much fun tho - just beware, let all the little kids go first and ride behind all of them, they'll be you anyway since they're 100lbs lighter than most adults read more

This place is hit and run when it comes to Pigeon Forge attractions. Awesome staff, the arcade looked very clean and up to date (didn't play games though) and the go-kart track is pretty fun. $10 a go on the track; not bad for Pigeon Forge. Outside the track are rides for the small guys. Worthy of my attention was this plane with Woody Woodpecker and Chilly Willy! I rode that as a kid, ha. I would like to try out Lazerport's go-kart track next as it looked a bit more fun. Still, I would recommend Rockin' Raceway for arcade fun and go karts while in the Smokies. read more

Whatever you do don't try and save money using Groupon. They honor it but in the arcade you might as well not play anything that awards tickets because you don't get credit for any of it. The raceway is extremely unsafe as the employees and management don't enforce the rules and allow extremely dangerous maneuvers that result in injuries. Sure there will be bumping and nudging involved and I don't expect them to be ridiculous strict but when another driver purposely makes an extremely unsafe maneuver right in front of employees that are supposed to monitor actions and they do nothing it's an extremely unsafe environment. Management refused to do anything and blew me off! Find another track that is safer (probably any one but this one)!!! read more

This was our second visit to Rockin Raceway. In all fairness, this review is biased by our amazing experience, just minutes before at Blake Jones' racing center. This is a professionally run and managed arcade and kart track. The staff is uniformed and easily identified. The parking is ample and well lit and overall the location is in good repair. The three ride combo, which includes $10.00 of play in the arcade is a great value. The combo is $25.00 and can be used for either single our double carts. When considering that the three ride combo for the double cart is $24.00, you are getting $10.00 in arcade credits for an extra $1.00 in cost; well worth it. The track here is long and relatively flat and overall is better than others in the area. The surface is level and racing here was an absolute blast. The entire family purchased the three race combo and we absolutely went at it on the track. Overall a great time had by all. The reason for the four stars was the inconsistency of the carts themselves. The first cart I had was slow. So much so that during the course of one race I was lapped twice. I switched carts, and although not as fast as some of the others, it was good enough to compete. Our oldest son's cart was very slow as well and he wasn't able to switch between races. He was bummed. Overall a lot of fun and we are looking forward to spending some time in the arcade overt the next couple of days. read more

Like Tiffany Haddish, we took advantage of a Groupon offer. Little did we know that we would end up buying 12 go kart rides. That is an insane amount of rides for 4 people. I highly recommend taking advantage of the Groupon offer if you are visiting the area. This was a fun way to spend more than a couple of hours. Our deal also included 30 minutes of arcade time per card. I swear we got longer than 30 minutes each time. Kids did not complain at all. The only downside was the arcade time did not include ticket games. They do award your 3 times the amount you win when you play here. It wasn't crowded mid afternoon, but if you go at night, be prepared for a crowd. Place was clean and everyone we encountered was super friendly. read more
