Great experience! Will do again! Bought the Ultimate Park Hoppers Pass. Good for the whole day and only $56! It came with unlimited races at 3 locations which was 7 tracks total, $20 credit for the arcades, and unlimited laser tag! In person it looked like the price was $70 so buy it online and redeem the cards at the website you buy them on! The staff were friendly and karts were fast! Laser Tag was a blast! This place was a fantastic time for a family kids 8 & 10 on a chilly day during spring break. We did the mini golf which was glow in the dark, laser tag which was I think the funniest one I've ever done as it was big, and the go cart. The go cart is 5 laps and it drops you down this big hill. The staff were friendly. We played the mini golf, which was a nice indoor course and not super difficult. The arcade area didn't seem to have a large amount to select from (but this is based on personal opinion and could differ with what type of games you're looking for). This place used to be so much fun about a year and a half ago. Now half the stuff is broken or doesn't work or isn't available to do. Also when we went in we had to approach a worker. There was no one to check us in. They were all focused on the new airplane ride or whatever this place has went downhill so much. It is a total waste of money and time. They said it take 1 or 2 hours to go though thats a joke. It took maybe 35 or 40 minutes now. read more

Looks nice in the outside. There's lots of activities such as the go-carts, golf, and laser tag! But the arcade was TERRIBLE! The arcade games were sooo pricey than others I have went to in Pigeon Forge. There wasn't a lot of arcade games either. Some games were broken and some a rip off! It's so hard to earn tickets for prizes while the one down the street (Rockin Raceway Arcade) is at a LOW cost and you earn wayyyy more tickets!!! There isn't enough people working at Lazerport. My family was on vacation from Florida, and decided to stop in to play some laser tag. First and foremost, the employees here are very friendly. They go above and beyond to make your time here very enjoyable. We purchased the five active band. We played laser tag first. It was honestly the biggest area I've seen for laser tag. Harmon was the absolute best laser tag assistant we've ever experienced! He explained things well and made it super fun!

The staff was not helpful or welcoming. The lady at the desk did not let us know about the online deals or discounts. The mini golf and laser tag have no air conditioning. They charge for cups of water and no drinking fountain. The laser tag attendant was on his phone and didn't give clear instructions (like going upstairs). Short version: Incredibly fun, would absolutely recommend, but don't get excited about the arcade. Let me start with the bad, just to get it out of the way -- the arcade games do not give enough tickets to match how much the prizes cost. I genuinely felt that it impaired the experience, it's not really fun when the maximum payout for a Double Deal game of Deal or No Deal is 400, but a small piece of candy costs 150. I understand the intent is to make you want to buy more tokens, but when you get so little of your money's worth the first time it feels like it would just be a waste. THAT SAID -- I did have a fantastic time with laser tag and putt-putt (go-karts were closed when I visited due to weather) Both of the laser tag referees I had were super fun, and made listening to the same speech over and over bearable. The battlefield is HUGE! There's so many nooks and crannies to hide in and twisting paths to explore. You really have to play multiple times to get the layout in it's entirety. Not to mention the decorations in both, they're so cool and on-theme! It's almost more fun to look at all the crazy statutes and paintings than it is to actually play the putt putt, and there's some super cool putt putt holes! I won't spoil any of them because they are SUCH a delight to discover on your own. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & TOTAL TOURIST TRAP! Not only was the indoor glow golf crappy & EXTREMELY hot (don't know if the AC was broken or what, but it was MISERABLE!) To make matters worse, my mom tripped on an uneven place in the floor on hole #16 & completely fell on the blocks & almost hit her head on the wall. While my husband helped her up off the floor, I went to the counter to get ice & manager James happened to step up behind the counter. When I told him that it was ridiculously hot in the mini golf & that my mom had fallen, he said nothing & walked back over to the beer taps as though he knew nothing. We were in town for the Cal Ripken Baseball Experience. After a tough heart breaking game that resulted in a loss, we decided to brush off the game with a team outing at Lazerport Fun Center. After looking over the many options we settled on lazer tag. Ben was our host and the guide of lazer tag. Let me tell you it should be renamed to be the Ben's Lazar Tag Experience! I'm not sure I can type this...but he kicks ass!!!! He was informative on the lazer room setup/equipment, kept us engaged, was extremely enthusiastic about hosting our group, and even sang his own happy birthday song to one of our players! I can say having hired hundreds of employees from multiple businesses, Ben is the ideal employee. Loves his job, true dedication, and professionalism! Horrible go karting experience. The track is dangerous esp the drops. No safety measures. I injured my back. I was thankful that my daughter did not get injured. Poor and indifferent workers. Management is absolutely awful. Nonexistent really. We were sold "park hopper" passes included in a bundle with the Xtreme racetrack. The Xtreme racetrack was great, but that is where the fun ended. The park hopper pass is supposed to include 3 locations. The Xtreme racetrack, the LazerPort location, and a 3rd location that does not exist anymore. You get 5 passes per wristband you can use at 2 locations. It rained, so the gocarts were all closed. The only thing you could use your passes for at this point was an indoor putt putt course and laser tag located at LazerPort. The place was absolutely slammed because of the rain, and they didn't have even close to enough staff to manage it. We waited in line to get into the putt putt course and were told we would have to wait 20-30 minutes to get in because it was full, they would let us know when we can get in. We were happy to wait, so we sat at the bar area in view of the counter and the entrance to the putt putt area. We then watched as the lady sent 7 groups in to play as we waited. We checked with the staff multiple times throughout this process letting them know that they were skipping us and they proceeded to keep putting people in before us. After waiting for ~half an hour and watching these people be sent in before us I asked the guy who I needed to talk to about the issue. I am never a complainer, but at this point I just felt totally disrespected. The guy went to the man working the front counter who I assume is the manager and he came back to us and said "you can wait to talk to the manager, but he said he won't give you any refunds so it's probably a waste of your time". They don't have enough people working to manage this place and when you have any kind of issue at all they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I submitted a "contact us" form for them to contact me about this to give them a chance to address the issue but they ignored me. So I just filed a chargeback on my credit card. They are obviously not concerned with offering any kind of customer service. They are raking in the money from tourists coming and going and that's all they care about. read more

Had a blast we've been twice this past week after discovering this place ! Not only was it a blast playing put put , gocarts and lazer tah with the kids (4-17 years old) but the adults had a blast as well. The staff is amazing Harmon was there both times and helped make our experience feel more personal. Management is also amazing I can't say enough good stuff about this place!!
