This is a Pigeon Forge favorite. I've been coming here for many years. This is one of the few places where you're happy to see things have not changed much if you're used to pop stroke and some of these newer style putt putt entertainment places this isn't for you. We came here even with the bad reviews. We went in and it cost 31 dollars for 2 players. We played on the courses. I got. Hole in 1 on the third hole. The course was nice. Not the best I ever played on but good. I don't understand why people gave it bad reviews. Some holes were harder then others. Couple of water traps not too many. I thought the train was a cute addition to this mini golf. The lady working at the window was exceptionally nice but the younger guy driving the train seemed to have had a bad day when we went. I will say, I think it is cool that they are very accommodating to people with mobility issues. The theming was spot-on. Our family had a great time golfing. We went during dinner time, around 5:45pm, so it wouldn't be as busy. We had a fun time and enjoyed ourselves. My only complaint is the man who was behind the counter was not very friendly. I asked if we could get the $1 off coupon that their website mentions and he flat out told me no. Then he walked away from the counter while other customers were waiting there to pay their admission. Our crew was not offered the train ride either. Not sure what you have to do to get that. We had such a good time at Lost Treasure! We were able to jump aboard the train to get to the start of our course, which was a nice surprise! :) The course seemed to be recently updated/renovated with new greens and well marked holes. We were worried about the sun on a hot day playing mini-golf outside, but there was a lot of shade from the structures near/on each hole. With the nice breeze it was delightful. It was busy, but we had fun meeting the families playing on either side of us - all cheering each other with near misses and a hole-in-one. So glad we ended up here. read more

Supposed to get a ride on the "gem mining cart" and didn't tell us anything about. At the end of our game we inquired about it (in case it was an ending type ride THEN found out it was broke - would have been nice to know beforehand). So that was a bad start. (EDITED TO ADD: we passed later on and saw it being used so it appears whoever was working simply didn't want to do their job) That course itself, while looking interesting from the road, is actually pretty bland compared toother courses. They have courses in the "cave" but it is not painted or decorated in the least bit. Many of the courses also had debris on the course appearing like it's not being kept up. That could just be the day we went on to be fair. At the very beginning of the game there is a sign about a chance to win a free game by playing a "mystery hole" at the end. There was no mystery hole as advertised. (This was also listed on their brochure as well, not just a sign at the course). We also realized the coupon offer we had for $1 off each player, only $1 total was taken off when there were 4 people. Overall this was just a bad experience and nothing was as it was advertised. Great scenery, colorful balls, and a train raid to the top of a hill where you play holes to the bottom. Course is relatively clean and not too shabby. Needs a little upkeep. The worse part is there needs to be a way not to allow a large party of 10-15 people golfing together. You cannot make smaller groups wait 15-30 minutes per hole. Many places make rules about groups larger than 6. For that reason alone, we wouldn't return. I couldn't decide which course to go to because of the options in the area. I was "forced" to pick this one since it was open the latest on a weekday evening. The line to get in was several groups deep. It was nice to see social distancing being enforced. After waiting about 10 minutes in line we're told it's cash only. I didn't have cash and there's no ATM on-site. We couldn't play. I was really looking forward to the experience. I wish the "idle employee" behind the counter walked through the line to let everyone know it was cash only; it would have saved us time. read more

It was our 1st time experiencing this location. The course itself was wonderful, however the staff was extremely rude. Information stated price included a trolley ride to 1st course and the mini golf. We got there at 10:15 and stood behind (what we thought the line was) The group in front of us left and the lady disappeared. We stood there waiting 5 minutes for her to come back and she never did. We started to leave and realized she was in the same building just at a different window. She didn't let us know to go to other window. She rang us up and I asked about the trolley. She stated since it was 10:30 (it was 10:20 at this point) that it quit running. I asked if it was a discounted price she said No. I asked if there was a sign posted stating when trolley quit running and she said yes. There was no sign. I asked why she didn't inform us ahead of time and she kept saying because it's 10:30( it wasn't) . She kept saying we close at 11!! She was extremely rude. We went ahead with the course because we had already paid and the kids were excited. Such a disappointment to have such an terrible encounter with Janelle. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our mini golf adventure! Ages 1 to 60 all had a good time! Heads up, they accept CASH ONLY!! Covid precautions: There were one way directions for entering and exiting the site. Golf clubs and balls were washed before reuse. Most of the staff were wearing masks. Since we had small children with is we were excited to fund out that there is a small train that takes you up to the top of the course. The train is for players of all ages and both courses. One course is stroller/wheelchair friendly - which was a bonus for our group! Most of the holes had fun themes and had some sort of shade nearby (for those hot summer days). Each course has 18 holes to play! There were restrooms and vending machines at the entrance/exit. Checking out was easy, just turn in the putters after you finish the 18th hole. Putt Putt. When was the last time I played? Like, 5? And what did I do? I came and owned. This place was a pretty awesome place to come back and live out nostalgia as there were many courses. We went on the Diamond course, and it wasn't too bad! Pretty simple, not too many tricky holes, there were a couple that were but other wise, it was all pretty average. I'm sure there are better putt putt courses, but I only played one so my review can only account for that specific one. $10 gets you in. If you decide to come back, keep your score card and you'll get it half off for $5/game. One thing I did notice though, was that on the Diamond course there were wet spots where water got on the court, which could affect your shot. Other than that, for some reason, we missed a hole so we sort of came up short. Either way though, it was definitely fun and competitive. This facility needs a lot of attention. The most notable problem is trash. Trash is everywhere. Trash is in every little nook and cranny even the themed displays/scenes. The trash was bad. Also the facility in general just needs general maintenance. 3 adults and 2 kids was $66. A little too high for the condition of the facility. I did make a complaint on the way out and I was told they have someone who picks up trash every night and I told them they needed to fire them and get someone new because they ain't doing it. They also said it's hard to do when they are slammed....excuse. I wouldn't think anyone picks up trash at all just by looking around and they need to spend some money doing some basic updating of the courses. Me and my family still had a good time but simply because of the trash I would pick another place next time and I told them that too. $14 each adult $12 each kid. read more

Compared to other mini golf places in the area this one is fairly inexpensive; $11 per person with online $1 discount. You can get a second game of 18 holes for $5 per person, which is a nice deal for a couple hours of fun. They have two courses, neither of which is overly challenging, but are fun for whole family. The train ride around the courses to the starting point is a nice bonus for kids. They also have bonuses for shooting a low score or getting a hole-in-one on the mystery hole. They have bathrooms, but no inside area for customers and no food/drinks. Staff was friendly. Overall a good time for everyone, young and young at hard. read more

Well this was entertaining :) it's not going to be the most spectacular, and it doesn't have much in obstacles, but it was entertaining. The waterfalls are a nice touch. It's a little more challenging than you think at first because the greens are not what I'm used to. We've been to many mini golfs and this is a different type of green. Faster. Overall we enjoyed it, it's worth a stop. Tip: it's about $12 (with tax) the second round you can play for $5, same day. We took a break and got ice cream nearby and came back and played another round. Be sure and ask about the mystery hole when you finish, if you get a hole in one on the mystery hole you get a free round. It changes everyday and you obviously don't know ahead of time. Also, the website has coupons, we got a dollar off each of us. Nice for families, every bit helps so check first. read more

An ok putt putt course. The little train was cool but the course needed some work. They were out of clubs but didn't tell us until after we paid, so we were forced to wait for people to finish.
