Joe was a great host at the front desk, he explained it to courses which are eighteen holes each and let us know which ones head mermes as well as dinosaurs.Which both of my grandkids wanted to see. The mini golf has18 or 36 holes. Best time to go is during the winter.I went during the summer and refused to leave a review.Because the conditions were horrible and there was so many people that it wasn't even fun. This time, it's barely any people. And we were able to play the whole eighteen holes without any interruptions, except the last two holes whichwe let people pass,So we could enjoy the rest of our time. There are plenty of dinosaurs to see on all thirty six holes.I won't recommend playing all thirty six as it does.Get a little monotonous and the cost goes up exactly.Double, there's no discount for playing all thirty six holes. Great little relaxing place to putt. Also beautiful set up with blue waters and shady areas to sit when the sun gets too bright. I like that they have 2 options to choose from (novice to medium or slightly harder) They also offer 18 holes or 36 holes. Prepare to pay cash to save yourself a few extra bucks and save the 3.5 (or 3.6% I can't remember which) extra on credit card charges. It's pretty cool and I guess like many other mini golf places but I would return for the fair prices and cleanliness and cool staff. read more

What a great place to enjoy a round of putt putt. They offer two courses, one with more hills and the other with more obstacles. We chose the obstacles and weren't disappointed. They also offered some fun twists at about 5 or 6 holes where they had a spinner that each player would twirl before their turn and wherever it landed you had to complete what it said. My favorite is when the bestie had 60 seconds to complete the whole or add 2 penalty points to his score! Other options were golfing on one leg or one handed. Just remember to try and be a courteous player and if your group is taking longer, allow smaller groups to play through. Happy par! read more

I'd went here a couple of times with my dad as a kid, and I was so excited to see that it's still here after all these years. My kids were so excited to see the dinosaurs and dragons. The staff was so nice, and even replaced my child's ball that got lost under the volcano. The facility was very clean, and even the bathrooms were very well maintained. There were plenty of places to sit and pause, and an impressive amount of shade which we appreciated in the midday heat. You can't beat their prices! We can't wait to come back again soon. Mini golf is a pastime when you're on vacation and we of course played some while we were in Pigeon Forge. Fantasy Golf is unfortunately just an average place to play. We chose the harder course and there just wasn't enough obstacles to make it challenging and the decor could use a lot of work. It's fine if you have little kids and you don't want a challenging course, but if you like a challenge, then skip this one. read more

We had a great time at this mini golf course on our recent vacation. First, they let kids under 5 play for free! Awesome! It was wicked hot, but there were several shaded spots and some fun spinners to spice up your game play. The holes weren't terribly challenging which is good when you're rolling with little ones. My kiddo loved the dragon and other fantasy creatures on the course -- and if you get a hole in one, they give you a prize! He got one and was incredibly excited about it. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, ample parking. Overall a great activity to work into your vacation, especially if you have kiddos. read more

There is a total of 18 mini golf courses with varying difficulty levels. There is quite a bit of fun and surprise factor associated with each progressing level. Fantasy golf is awesome!!! My fiancé and I decided to find a fun putt putt course to play before we went to our dinner show. We did no research at all we just drove through Pigeon Forge and stopped at the first one we saw. They have an awesome sea monster in the front that looks like he's swimming through the river they have out front. You have a choice of two course, number one which is very hilly and number two that had a lot of characters. The best part is if you buy one game you can come back anytime and as long as you have your score card they will let you play the other course for $5 per person on the score card. We started with course two because he said it would probably move a little faster and we had to leave for a show in an hour. The characters were all really cute and the course wasn't to hard. When we came back the next day we played course one. It was a lot harder because of the hills. It has some cool water scenes and the dragon breathes smoke like twice an hour. Bonus little thing- on some holes they have these mystery wheels. When you turn the wheel it has fun little extra rules to play on that hole. If you have time or are looking for something fun Fantasy Golf is a good choice! read more

It's definitely the most eye-catching mini-golf course on the strip. The uneven concrete, wet spots, and worn out borders made some of the holes deceptively difficult, and the scenery showed signs of damage in places, but the courses are long, the people were friendly, and it's just such an insanely happy and strange place to be, we still enjoyed ourselves immensely. read more

Not the best mini golf, not the worst. Could do with barriers at certain holes that are on slopes to stop the balls from rolling under the fence and into the road behind. Lot of shots are straightforward with a tiny bump or hill. Probably better for younger kids. Place seemed older but was well maintained. They do have a fun "wheel of mischief" at certain holes to mix things up, that was fun. Saw a safari golf with animals that looked nice but didn't really look too closely. Also another one around the corner. This place did the job but was kind of boring for us. Fun for younger kids who would like all the dragons and caves. Me and the wife went here on our honeymoon and it was honestly the worst course we played the entire week. We played 8 different courses while in the area and we thought it looked like loads of fun but it just wasn't fun at all. You'll notice on the holes that there's a small rise where the green meets the hole so it causes us to miss terribly. My husband and I enjoyed both courses. It did start to rain when we were on the second course so we had to rush to finish it but it still was a nice time. 12 bucks per adult is pretty steep, but your second game is only 5 bucks! Out of all of the golf courses, though, I'd choose this one since you can get plenty of photo ops with the statues. read more

This place gets an extra star since my kids loved it so much. There are two courses, one with a bear and one with dinosaurs and dragons. We did the dino one. There are lots of statues of dinosaurs and dragons scattered around the course. My kids loved them. The course itself is very basic. There aren't a lot of obstacles or challenges. It's mostly just hitting the ball down the green. They do have 3 Mischief spinners that add silly stuff to the game every now and then. Some of the things you can spin are: stand on the course as an obstacle for your opponent's turn, hit the ball with your hand, switch your ball with your opponent. Even though I have lived in Gatlinburg 29 years, this is the first time I had visited. I took my granddaughter to play. It was very clean and well landscaped, the staff was efficient and very friendly, there were plenty of benches to stop and rest, and the attraction provided plenty of shade. They even gave a local discount. It was a lot more fun than some other of the courses that are a little flashier from the Parkway, and to my granddaughter's delight, they even had a volcano and a mermaid! read more

We took the hilly course on the left side instead of the more character laden course because a family with very small children was starting ahead of us and took nearly 15 minutes just on the first hole. The hilly course was challenging but fun. We had a great time trying to navigate the uphill and downhill shots. The course was short on theme charm but held up thanks to the challenge of it all. The course was pretty basic. There aren't many obstacles, and the obstacles that are there are small mounds in various places for the most part. Each hole was almost a complete replica of the others. The price was comparable with others around the area. ($10 for adults and $7.50 for children over the age of 4) Overall, we were just disappointed in the monotony of the course. read more
