This was something from the gift shop.

My mom and I enjoyed this mini golf as well! The theming was spot on, it was clean, it was quite cold outside that day, but the gift shop was so cute and we did not mind browsing in there for awhile.

It was a really cool design and there was an additional game to make it more challenging for each player with different rules at each hole. I wasn't into that because it was pretty crowded and that added more layers and luck and made it a bit less competitive. I'm sure others would love it but it wasn't for me.

This was such a fun mini golf! We played by the rules which made for a funny/fun time. Loved the theme and staff super friendly. Would play again, went Labor Day weekend. Decent priced

This place was a whole lot of fun and brought back a lot of 90 memories. We saw this golf course on the way to our hotel and after a long drive we knew the kids needed to have some fun. We walked in and this was a sugar factory inside with all kinds of sweet treats and cool sodas, don't forget toys and awesome Souvenirs. We paid and headed outside. the weather wasn't too bad so we played the entire course it was a lot of fun I could definitely recommend doing this for all ages. At the end you get a little surprise when you doing the life wheel(hit a button).

Enjoyed our time here! Great place for kids who can follow simple instructions. I had a 2 year old and that was a little challenging but fun overall! The candy store portion had some cool 'name items' and throwback candy options! Grab a coupon and have a great time with the family!

Coolest mini golf spot in Pigeon Forge! It has a giant toy-themed course and a full blown toy store. Fun quick spot in the Valley. Easy parking. The course is very exposed with no shade so bring a hat!

Toy Box probably isn't going to shoot to the top of anyone's mini golf ratings list anytime soon, but it kept my kids entertained for a good hour and fed their sweet tooth at the same time, so... good enough for today! After other options were either closed or completely inaccessible because parking isn't a thing in Gatlinburg, we drove out to Pigeon Forge for mini golf. There's a gift shop built into the lot, which sells sweets and disposable toys. It's a bit pricey but I mean, you're in the Wisconsin Dells of the South, you should know what to expect. The course itself isn't difficult, but the entire lot is flat and completely bereft of trees. This doesn't seem like a particularly bright design decision, given that we are in southeast Tennessee, but at least it's open after sunset? Anyway, what the course lacks in elevation and flora, it partially makes up for with great theming. Giant knock-off toys are on every other hole (Space Invaders and the Rubik's Cube being my favorites), and being a new course, are bright, colorful, and still work. At least this place is trying to be different! Toy Box was pretty crowded, probably with other families also trying to find mini golf for their kids. I think it's a good value. Just plant some trees already.

was a fun way to spend an hour...but you'd think for $18.50 a person they could fix the Plinko game on the 18th hole, was out of order

I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Never imagined a shop inside a theme park would be so much cheaper than a standalone shop. It's like they don't want to sell anything.

The temperatures were in the high 90's and we were driving. We didn't want to purchase them too early and have them melt in the car during our trip back home. The store is bright, colorful and very inviting. I love the layout and how you can see into the candy kitchen and watch them making taffy onsite. On both visits, we were greeted warmly and offered assistance with anything that we had questions on. I'd seen a video online that showed them offering a moonshine-flavored taffy, but I was unable to find it once in-store. My husband called his mom and walked through every flavored offered, while compiling a bag for purchase. I explored the rest of the store. There was a huge machine full of flavored powder candy (similar to Pixie Stix) and very large tubes that you could fill to your liking. They also offered a wide range of fudge flavors and lots of nostalgic/classic candies. I was drawn to the English toffee (very thick and rich) and I knew that my husband would like the chocolate-dipped twinkies, so we got ourselves those treats as well. They were running a special where if you bought a pound of taffy, you got another pound for free, but we didn't want or need that much taffy. The purchase wasn't as expensive as I expected, because of course everything is billed by weight, and we didn't purchase a lot of candy. I'd return again just for the English toffee. It was like a Heath bar on steroids!

Some attractions sell an experience…read more Some sell a product. The Apple Barn Cider Mill somehow manages to do both. What started as a simple stop turned into one of the more enjoyable experiences of our trip. The star of the visit was our guide, who took us on a cider journey through the various flavors and offerings. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She answered questions, explained the differences between the ciders, and made the tasting experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. And since there's a chance she might somehow see this review: Happy 40th Birthday! Sorry I forgot your name, but your hospitality certainly wasn't forgettable. Now let's talk about the cider. Excellent. There was a large variety of flavors available to sample, making it easy to compare styles and find a favorite. Whether you're new to cider or consider yourself a seasoned enthusiast, there's enough variety here to keep things interesting. After sampling our way through the lineup, we wound up purchasing a glass of the original apple cider and enjoyed it outside. And honestly, that's where the experience really came together. Sitting outside with a fresh cider in hand, playing cornhole and Jenga, enjoying the atmosphere, and slowing down for a little while made for a genuinely relaxing afternoon. No rushing. No crowds pushing you along. Just good cider and good company. We also picked up a growler to bring back to the hotel because one thing became very clear during the tasting process: leaving empty-handed would have been a mistake. The Apple Barn Cider Mill does a great job creating an experience that's welcoming, fun, and memorable without feeling overly commercialized. Great cider. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Five stars. And judging by the growler currently waiting back at the hotel, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
