While this arcade gem is quite well hidden. Located below the Space Needle this place is a video gamers or arcaders go to for the greater Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. While there are many "other" arcades with more visibility, this one out does them all.... By a long shot! Not only does it have twice as many games, they have more options for prizes, the Space Needle with an epic view (as long as you don't mind heights and open areas with heights), a pizza shop, and just seconds from the main strip of Gatlinburg. If you are seeking an arcade, I recommend this one other the rest!

    Slices are huge!

This place is amazing! Arcadia has a wide variety of games that can keep you busy for a while. Prize counter had plenty of options to choose from. Pizza slices are huge and the quality is excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

    Big pizza slices

We love arcades and this topped all of the ones we've been to. It's huge and has a great selection of games and I personally felt like they cost less per game than almost we've tried. Everything was like 6 points or less so we were able to do quite a bit. We actually did the VIP space needle experience which included a card with points loaded on it. Not only were the games fun but the pizza was awesome and the service was amazing all around. The staff was so nice and really made our experience that much better. Shoutout to Adam and Paul for going above and beyond for our 9 year old and making her night! They were super kind and friendly. Definitely suggest stopping by here during your stay. You can easily spend hours in which is nice when it's cold outside and it's very centrally located. It was easily the most fun we had on the trip and we did quite a few things. We'll be back on our next visit for sure!

SO many stuffed animals. Most cost a bazillion credits though..... #plushies #toomanytickets

READY, PLAYER ONE This flashy arcade in eastern Tennessee has some very interesting things going on, both good & bad. I consider myself a fairly serious gamer, whether console or cabinet. Nichole C will tell you that when I get in the zone, wild horses couldn't drag me away from a solid pinball run. In looking for something to do after our day at nerby Dollywood, I stumbled upon this place just underneath the space needle in downtown Gatlinburg. Walking in around 10pm on 3/28/18, our eyes almost fell out of our collective heads. The amount of neon tubes and stuffed animals on the ceiling defied description (though I took a few photos in an attempt to capture the magnificent sight). Arcadia is packed to the brim with vibrant ticket games like Deal or No Deal and even a few compact motion simulators! They use a VERY sneaky system that's based on "gold". $20 gets you 100 "gold" loaded on your playcard, which is essentially their form of credits. Most ticket games were 4-8 "gold" per swipe, while all the pinballs were 6/swipe. At more than $1 per game, that's pretty expensive. The assortment of pinball tables was one of the most impressive I've ever laid eyes on. Nearly every single table was either a 'premium' or limited edition model (the Metallica "Master of Puppets" pinball was 1 of only 250 made). Many had customized chrome trim and more than half had fully color displays, a rarity typically only seen in hardcore collectors. I mean jesus, the 'venom' Spiderman table used a solid black pinball! NC has a blast playing her ticket games and we both played a fantastic Ghostbusters shoot-em-up. Reloading "gold" was simple, but costly. The guy running the redemption center was nice and stuck around to make sure we left with a plushy doll. ...........however, the biggest problem I have with Arcadia -- and the main reason why they get 4* instead of 5* -- is that their pinball technician switched off both the 'replay' AND the 'match' options on almost every table. This is the opposite of the factory default setting and someone had to manually go in and change it, in an effort to take your money while giving very little in return. That pisses me off. * TL;DR * This is a very dynamic Gatlinburg arcade that's at once a pinball lover's wet dream and worst nightmare. The pinball tables (there's 25 of 'em!) are absolutely SPECTACULAR and modded up the wazoo. Unfortunately, the management here is greedy beyond anything I've encountered and does everything in their power to ensure you get nothing 'extra'. No replays, no matches. They want every ounce of your "gold". Stil, to say that Arcadia is a complete ripoff isn't 100% accurate, as you're paying for truly top-of-the-line games. Understand that most arcades don't have the variety and state-of-the-art lineup like these guys do, and disburse your money accordingly. It's a bummer they took away all the incentives for repeat plays, as I would've loved to stick around longer and play each pinball in their formidable arsenal. Most families won't care, most kids won't notice, but I'm a cheap-ass Bohemian and appreciate a good value. Yeah sure, I'd recommend stopping in for a while. Watch your spending!!

The kids totally love it! The people that worked there gave us many tips of places to go with children as well.

Went here with kids. In order to play the games you must get a game card. Do you get a game card you go up to machine and you put the amount of money that you want on the card in the machine and it will give you a card in exchange that gives you so many points to equal that amount of money. As you play the games you can win tickets and they are loaded onto that card. When you're done playing the games you take the card Up to the redemption center and exchange the amount of tickets that you earned playing games for prizes. I would say approximately 97% of games were in working condition. Of course, atmosphere was loud like it should be at an arcade place. It was a lot of fun. When hungry there is a pizza place where they make the pizza homemade. You can actually witness them throwing crust in air. The pizza is served either by the slice or world as a whole pizza. They are known for how big their slices are which they are quite huge! The pizza was really good! It thin crust and the pepperoni had the biggest pepperoni's I've ever seen. The only downside of this place is the line for the redemption center. When busy, the line of people waiting blocks other machines and the only way to get around other side of arcade is to go all the way up front.

    Giant pizza was tasty

Had a blast being big kids, won loads of tickets and Sky was a pleasure to pick out prizes with. All staff encountered was super friendly and knowledgeable in their departments, pizza was amazing and the needle was a great view of the town. We will return

Game selection: 5 stars: they had all the games I enjoy and they had a couple new ones I haven't seen in ATL at dave and busters so that was a plus. Service: 3 stars: giving 3 stars because we didn't need help besides cashing out our tickets. The associates that helped did their jobs and were friendly. So I think 3 stars is fair. Layout: 4 stars: when you walk in its like a souvenir store that you can buy anything from t shirts to body lotions lol to the right you can sit down and have pizza. The rest is all games and some room with 3d experience. Cleanliness: 3 stars: it could use some tidying up here and there but I won't be a nit picker. The area is big so if an associate just did a walk through and a herd of people came in, you wouldn't have noticed the associate did a walk through tidy up. Being fair and giving 3 because I know how it is. Overall: 4 stars: its a true arcade we came 1-27-17 after leaving Bubba dump shrimp (read my review of Bubba gump shrimp gatlinburg) and walking their little strand strip. Game card will run you about $20-$30 for 2 adults and 2 children playing. Depending on the games you could score a lot of tickets to win the better prizes if you are a game head. Being we were just playing for the hell of it we score about 450-500 tickets not bad if you don't have crybaby children who want a ridiculous prize that's cheaper to buy in the store vs playing to win.

    Connect four!

Just walked in; it looks very fun though. Lots of games and lots of prizes. I'm surprised it was so empty. It reminded me of a smaller Dave and Busters.

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

I was disappointed we weren't informed of this before purchasing. Our dinner at Clifftop restaurant was sub-par. I'm leaving this review at 4 stars since I know many people rave about the sky walk (we weren't able to see this so I'm unsure) and the kids play area was super fun. My kids could have played for hours. It's multiple levels and really large. I felt that staff could have been more present in the children's area though. They were just hanging out and talking and not helping to keep the slide area safe. While we were there a parent lost her child and no staff was present anywhere. That was discouraging. It's beautiful here. So many beautiful views. Entertainment, and lots of nice places to sit and relax. We even had a chance to see a black bear.

And at the top of each the company that owns them has their little attractions area. I had searched online, but was not able to find much about Anakeesta being ADA friendly. After having visited, I can assure you it is not very ADA friendly at all. For reference point for any longer period of walking I need a walker, but I can go short distances with a cane. The "crystal" gondolas (basically meaning all glass except the roof) can hold up to six people. While you can board the gondolas with a walker or stroller, it will be a tight fit, but it is accomplishable. Otherwise access to the mountain is through a bus kind of situation. Once at the top of the mountain activities are limited if you are using a walker or wheelchair or have children in a stroller. The tree top walk has stairs at many points and while you may be able to switch to a cane, it is a very long course and you will likely not have the energy to complete it if you really rely on a wheelchair or walker. The overlook tower is only stairs. Thankfully, there are some decent places where you can sit and at least enjoy the view while your party goes and does all the different activities. However, I feel that for the inaccessibility, they should offer a discounted ticket for disabled as you're not going to be able to use any of the activities. That being said it is a pretty view but you'll pay a lot just for that view and there are equally great views at many unpaid or cheaper attractions.

Instead of being very cuisine-focused with (at most) a kitschy theme, Downtown Flavortown feels more like an arcade with upscale food and drink options. It's really neat, but it's definitely not what I expected! (Protip! If you're going to eat or drink here, plan to do it at a standard table or while duck bowling. It's very very hard to do it while at the arcade!) PROS: -Lots and lots to do here. You can enjoy a sit-down meal, duck pin bowling, or play in an arcade. There is also a gift store and a few photo backdrops available. We didn't actually eat any of the food (only drinks and activities) and still spent 3 and a half hours here. -The place is beautiful. It's clearly newer, but even so, the choice of decor really helped make the place. There are a lot of bright (static) colored lights in addition to reds and woods. It has a bit of a casino feel to it. And of course, the word "Flavortown" is pretty much everywhere. -Gigantic parking lot right outside. Really, it's a mall-sized parking lot. Considering how much difficulty we've had parking a few places in the area, this was a really welcome sight. -"Duck bowling" lanes were pretty new, and they operate flawlessly. We didn't have any issues with miscounted pins or unfunctional hardware. The employee who seated us was also privacy-conscious, and he was seating teams one lane apart since they weren't at full capacity. It made for a really great time. -"Duck" bowling lanes also come with prizes to work towards. You can win a little duck (100 points) or big duck (200 points) if your bowling total is high enough. I'm sure the ducks cost them next to nothing, but it was definitely a deciding factor in whether we wanted to play more games. -Drinks were heavily poured and flavorful. The staff understood their offerings, too, and could offer suggestions based on what flavor profiles you enjoyed. -All of the arcade games worked. While some of them were a little sketchier than others (a ball-tossing game had wet balls that made our hands sticky after playing it; I'm guessing someone spilled a drink in it), all of the games did function as we expected them to. -Arcade games are on a plastic card system. You'll need to head to a kiosk (self-service) to refill them and see how many tickets/points you have, but it is way easier to manage than coins or tickets. -Bathrooms were really clean, and it was cool to see complimentary mouthwash here as well. I can't say I've seen that in a restaurant before. -They have a single room "Family" bathroom in here with children's needs, toilet, and urinal for any families traveling. CONS: -The arcade is missing tables or flat surfaces for drinks. While you're free to grab a drink at the bar and take it into "the" arcade just steps away, the lack of flat surfaces makes this difficult. Since a lot of adults would want to play arcade games with a bit of booze, this does keep the arcade relatively child-heavy. -Prize-to-ticket ratio for "cashing out" your winnings were a bit high. Despite three adults playing the games (versus children who may get lower scores), our $25 of playtime didn't even help us qualify for a movie theater sized box of Skittles. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely surprising.
