Easy to pre-purchase tickets online, just know you need to check in at the counter for them to print them off before heading to your screening. This seems a little outdated given you can add the tickets to your mobile wallet. The ticket pricing though is fantastic and affordable. Concession prices are expensive; two large fountain drinks were just under $14. The staff also were not the friendliest. The seats rock, literally, but do not recline. read more

I went today with my two young children to be met with extremely rude and disgusting behavior from the staff. The counter attendant's name was Alan and he made some creepy comments to my daughter who is 8 years old. He was trying to compliment her and then He told her to make sure she doesn't sit on any stranger's laps and when I immediately addressed it telling him that was inappropriate and he shouldn't say anything like that to children he laughed in my face. I then told him it wasn't funny at all. Super creepy staff, beware going here with small children. read more

Excellent prices. Clean theaters. Friendly and professional staff. We received quick and attentive service. Perfect experience for a rainy day. We all would highly recommended adding this to your plan B for inclement weather days while on vacation. I wish the theaters back home were 1/2 this nice! read more

Great price and no advertisements before movie! Get there early enough to have them print out your tickets and first come first serve seating! Cons: The concession stand took forever and the prices for candy, popcorn and drinks were more than 5 movie tickets!! Overall great comfy seating - but get there early or you'll miss the beginning of your movie!! read more

Perfect for the price! Seats were comfortable and didn't feel cramped. The popcorn wasn't the best and they were out of a lot of candy options, but the ticket purchase and movie experience were great. read more

Very nice employees and everything was clean. The only thing that was a downfall was that they didn't have several items from the snack bar in stock. read more

Everything was great except the soda machines were old and half broken. Also they were out of a lot of different ones. The popcorn refill machine was everything!!! read more

This was a super cute little movie theatre and for just released movies for $5.25 each was a freaking deal! I didn't mind the little walk or the fact that it wasn't the newest thing opened either. The concession stand was the same as most and it was actually a little cheaper than ours back home! It's definitely worth a return! I hate we don't have it back home where I'm at! read more

Great, affordable option for a rainy Gatlinburg day! nice seats and spacious surroundings with affordable popcorn and combos for snacks! A great spot to take the family for a break from the busy town! A cute little plaza with nearby options too. read more

I saw something so bizarre here. There was a group of people that ordered a bunch of hot dogs. I see an employee come out with a large stack of hotdogs looking confused. Then, either his boss or colleague, asks to whom the hot dogs were for. Said employe just stands there looking confused pondering one of 3 options. a) why is this person, rightfully, telling me to give these hot dogs to customers. B) take them back. Or C) continue holding up a long line. read more

Came here because, of course, our vacation was right during the release of Dr. Strange. They have a really good deal where all movies are $5 all day, every time. They also have a meal deal for $11 where you get a large popcorn, a large drink and a box of candy. In the movie world, that is a steal. Its a nice theatre there was only one thing that was not enjoyable. I am not sure why it is such a big deal to put your feet on the railing, but its just natural to do so. They of course have a sign saying not to, but I mean, seriously? I was just natural to want to put your feet up. They had a worker come in every five minutes to remind you not to put your feet on the railing. This made our movie experience not so awesome. read more

Probably the cheapest fun option in Pigeon Forge! A great rainy day treat. Popcorn was nice and fresh and they had a really great combo deal for candy popcorn and a drink! read more

It's $5 but the lines to get a ticket are very long and you can only buy it at the concessions. Even if you buy it online and pay a $10 connivence fee you still have to wait in the line to pick them up. Ended up waiting 30minutes and missing part of the movie. read more

The theatre wasn't bad at all. It's in the middle of a shopping center so, kind of hard to find for those not from the area, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Apparently, they show movies $5 all day and there's a deal that you can't beat with a stick. Of course, be prepared to spend the money on concessions though. One slush (only options are large and XL), one bottled water and an order of nachos were $27. Cool place though. Oh the associates weren't friendly, but, I thought that may have been a side effect of the $5 ticket sales. read more

Came to see The Quiet Place II and I was very impressed with the kind staff, clean facility and delicious popcorn! We really enjoyed ourselves and we're pleasantly surprised that tickets were only $5.25! We're here on our one year anniversary and we had a blast! read more

Although small by most standards, the extremely comfortable seating, generous screen size, and overall cleanliness of this theater make it a worthwhile way to kill a few hours. Onwards with the review. Location: 2.5 out of 5 Good news: it's on the Parkway, so it is very convenient for tourists who frequent the area. Bad news: it's on the Parkway at Walden's Landing. Be prepared for some difficulties finding parking, the potential for large crowds either shopping or playing mini golf, and similar problems associated with a large quantity of people in a finite space. Since I took the trolley, I experienced none of these issues and found it to be quite convenient to get to, and leave from, Walden's landing. Price: 4 out of 5 I think I caught a mid day show on a Sunday for 7 dollars. That is cheap in my book, considering that the movie theater by my living quarters in Chicago charges 7.50 for the first show of a day on a Friday (10AM showing, or something ludicrous like that). These prices reflect "regular" 2D movies, you can expect a bit of a surcharge for 3D or special events. Selection of Movies: 3 out of 5 It's not the theater's fault. They only have 5 screens. They don't have the physical space to show 10 different movies. I mean, I guess they could show more than 5 movies if they rotated out the reels in the projectors, but that would probably a bit of work. At any rate, keep this in mind before you go. They were showing what I wanted to see, so I had no problems. Seating Comfort: 5 out 5 I actually took a picture of the very comfortable seats. Real leather? Ummm...questionable. But they were spacious enough so that most of the rotund clientele that visit from parts of the south can happily fit into one seat. And if they can't? Well that's not a problem either - just move the arm rest up on the seat (or seats) next to you, and you'll be as happy as a clam. Like to recline a bit? Go right ahead. Sure, it's not as posh as the premium or VIP seating that some theaters are moving to with in seat wait service, but for what you pay, it's an extremely good deal. Cleanliness: 5 out of 5 Not a popcorn kernel on the ground, not a sticky spot to be seen or felt. The bathroom was clean, the concessions area was clean, and granted - it was only 3 or 4 in the afternoon, but hey - nice job! Customer Service: 3 out of 5 Not a real diss, but I didn't interact with that many people. I got my ticket from the automatic kiosk, and I gave it to the guy who was taking tickets. He said in a nice enough manner, "Theater 3 is down the hall." Not that there was a way to get lost given the small size, or anything like that. read more

Purchased 15 movie tickets via the app for a school group. Was charged $94.90, and then called to verify 3 times that I had tickets as they did not appear on the app. I was assured I had the tickets. However, upon getting there, the person at the register referred to a group of black students as "that group," and then the manager was also rude. They called the help desk which told me there was no receipt of transaction even though I had one and my bank statement showed the money pulled out. They then treated me like I was stupid. The manager said maybe if I used a credit card instead of a debit card. Then I was asked what kind of phone I had. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but that literally doesn't matter if the app is compatible with the operating system. She then tried to insinuate that I did not have the funds, I proved that I did. Then I was basically told I'd have to call my bank and hope they will refund me because they couldn't help. Very unprofessional, app is shotty, and they will definitely treat you like you are stupid. You can't expect much customer service from an establishment that charges $5 for a movie ticket, but human decency is expected, and that lacked here. My bank did dispute the transaction and return my money. So, after a lot of extra work on my part, my bank made it right, not the establishment. I advise you not to go here. There is a theater a 2 minute drive from here, and they charge $9 a ticket on Saturdays but their customer service is impeccable. Do NOT go to Forge Cinemas. read more

Okay so I went here to see Black Panther this past weekend and the movie was awesome! The theater is attached to all these other stores but it's really easy to find which I always like. I got my tickets online, and I received them promptly which is always a plus. The seats in this place make the theater! They are leather reclining seats which were so comfortable I damn near fell asleep before the movie started lol. My biggest beef which is why I subtracted a star away from the ratings was because they showed the 3D version of the movie when it was supposed to be the regular version! This forces like a quarter of the people in the theater to go to the front desk and ask for 3D glasses while the movie was still in session! So while I am out front, some girl who works there say we paid for a regular movie and we didn't need 3D glasses AFTER we had taken them. I was beyond annoyed, even after they restarted the movie for the regular version. I would expect a movie theater to be. It's organized than that. Other than that, the experience was great. I didn't get refreshments because I was in a rush, but I will be sure to do that next time I am in the area. read more

Star wars...awesome...so enjoyed the movie woohoo... special effects rule...time carried on...story revisited...new blood interjected... Took one hour to arrive to the theater...traffic into the area is always thick...so plan ahead...only one way in and out... ...when finally arrived...we got a choice spot...arriving to no line ...10 minutes to show time ...choice seats...the seats were fat... rocking and compfy like a padded glove...sound system was spot on...and haha maybe 30 of us at best...clean floors...speedy eats...but hell... that's theaters... read more

$5 to see a new movie and see it at night, YES please! The theater was clean as were the bathrooms. The seats are new leather and recline . The sound was perfect, not too loud and the ushers actually kept check on everyone during the movie. They have buster seats if needed. read more

Very nice associates, clean, organized, fresh popcorn, you can't beat the price.def recommend

Clean, good value. Seats are "old school" compared to today's reclining standards but they rock and lean nicely and seeing a moving at night for $5 plus tax, well worth it. We didn't get any food or drink as he had just had dinner so can't speak to that. We will be going back. read more

Five stars based on the $5 all day price. Not a lot of folks working so there can be a line at peak times. Screen size isn't huge but definitely not European size. Rocking seats. Large popcorn, drink, and candy deal is about $13. Good for a rainy day flick with the family. read more

Wow! $5 all day, everyday movie prices. Great staff., clean theaters! Yummy popcorn plus free refill on large purchase (popcorn and/or drink). Our go to for movie out! read more

The only reason I am giving this a three is because we paid for a 3D movie and were in the right theatre, and we sat there in our glasses for nothing! I guess they put the normal version show on, but unfortunately our movie was not 3D which was highly disappointing. Other people in our movie were equally as disappointed as we were. The movie theatre itself is clean and well maintained, the chairs were comfortable and rocked, and the prices were good. read more

The theaters are smaller but the seating is still very roomy. They don't have reserved seating which can definitely be a plus. Everything looked clean and the upkeep overall was very good. $5 for any movie is something that is hard to pass up compared to other theaters. Would definitely recommend this theater. read more

The theater itself is comfortable but the management they had a couple years ago was rude so I have not went back

False advertisement! They had signs all over saying $5 for every show I even read the fine print. When we payed for a 3D it was regular price. When I asked what about the sign she had no real answer. Also the concessions on display are larger than the actual box of m and m's you get. Also it was cold inside. I would expect better from a tourist area theater. read more

Four dollars for a movie ticket?! Oh, HELL yes! Im sure that not very many people visit Pigeon Forge to go to a movie, but when I found out that this was only a 3rd of the price of a Chicago ticket, I quickly looked up to see which times The Jungle Book was playing. The associates here were very friendly. The theatres were very well maintained and I also LOVED the seats. They rocked and were leather and super plush. The sound was strong and the colors of the screens were extremely vivid and super clear! Pigeon Forge is lucky to have the Forge Cinemas! read more

The staff is so friendly. It was nice to find entertainment that didn't cost an arm and a leg. The theater was very clean. When we were there the prices were $5 for all movies (+tax). They also had a large popcorn, drink, and candy combo we took advantage of. Will definitely be back! read more

Laughing at some of these reviews. There are five screens not 20 because it is a small town. Tourists need to adjust to our community not the other way around. Management and staff go out of their way to bring excellent service. Price is cheaper than any place in the country for tickets. Comfortable seats and great movies. Just because the movie you wanted to see was not at this theater is not a reason to give it less than 5 stars. We love the Forge Cinema and hope everyone else will appreciate their amazing service. read more

My fiancé and I decided to go here to see the new X Men movie, we were very impressed with this cinema! We went to the matinee for $4, which is a great price, regular price is $6. We have paid $8.50 for matinees at other locations, so that's why I say great price . As most have stated, the seats are comfortable. Also, the bathrooms were clean, didn't visit concessions so not sure on that, but otherwise.... this was Great, great value!! read more
