From the moment you arrive and see the massive ship replica, you can tell this is something special. The exterior alone is stunning and immediately sets the tone for what's inside. As soon as you walk in, you're given a boarding pass with the name of a real passenger or crew member, which adds a deeply personal and immersive element to the visit. Throughout the museum, you follow their journey, and by the end, you find out their fate--it's a powerful and emotional touch that really connects you to the history. The exhibits are extremely well done and very interactive. You're not just looking at displays--you're experiencing them. From touching a real iceberg to feeling the sloping decks that simulate the ship's final moments, everything is designed to help you understand what it was like on board. The attention to detail is incredible, with beautifully recreated rooms like the Grand Staircase that make you feel like you've stepped back in time. The museum does an amazing job of balancing education and emotion. There's so much history to learn, with real artifacts, detailed information, and stories about passengers and crew that bring everything to life. It's clear that a lot of care and respect went into telling the story of Titanic in a meaningful way. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate, which made the experience even better. The entire facility was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, allowing you to take your time and fully enjoy each part of the museum. Overall, this is an unforgettable experience that goes far beyond a typical museum visit. Whether you're a Titanic enthusiast or just looking for something unique and meaningful to do, this is an absolute must-visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone--definitely a five-star experience.

They also have a section with memorabilia from the movie, plus an impressive LEGO model of the Titanic that comes with a really cool backstory about the person who built it. Overall, it's engaging, informative, and memorable. I would definitely visit again.

I was worried that there wouldn't be any new exhibits but I was surprised and happy to find the opposite to be true. They have definitely expanded and updated since my last visit. If you enjoy true crime and/or history this is a great spot to visit. On the crime side of things they have a wide range of crimes-not just serial killers or murder. (They do have a Ted Bundy VW beetle and 2 John Wayne Gacy clown costumes on display). They also have areas for financial crimes, etc. History wise they start off in medieval era, then the Wild West, mafia to present day. Nice exhibit on 911. Interactive exhibits too, like DUI and autopsy. Well worth the price of admission to me. Easily a couple hours of stuff to do. Especially nice on a rainy day!

So this becomes a 1.5-2 hour engagement. It can be dark in areas, so if you're the owner of old eyes. Break out the iPhone flashlight. The rooms are designed to be progressive thru the years (the Middle Ages were messed up!!!). So the pacing is well thought. We went in the off season and it wasn't crowded. I could see during the season, it could be a challenge. Lots of middle aged women that listen to "those podcasts". So husbands be wary when wives start nodding at one another. A great place to go on a "weather" day. As a side note, the staff made a point of stating that all but four display items were authentic and not recreations.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The museum has two sections one that is filled with artifacts, memorabilia, models, etc. From WW1, WW2 and beyond. A wall of history of aviation from the beginning to current, also a wall of Tennessee aviation hall of fame members. The second part is the hanger which is filled with several aircrafts, military vehicles, plan parts you name it. Mark was very nice and stayed near us to explain certain things if we had any questions. He was full of information but did not hover of us and let us roam freely which was nice. They have a really good gift shop with several model airplanes, veteran merchandise l, pictures, etc. If you are in the area would recommend this location if you are interested in aviation and enjoy some history.

We stopped by to see this place and this review is a combination of his opinion from a aviator perspective and my overall value and customer service. My biggest issue was that the promoted a "military" discount that doesn't include military spouses/dependents. It's up to the business if they want to offer a military discount but if they are going to only apply it to active duty service members then say that. I don't think it was a good value personally to pay 23$ to walk around a tiny hanger. I was also under the impression that there would be people to like talk to you about exhibits, answer questions and just overall engage with people on the topic. That is not the case, at least from our experience. Thankful my husband as a lot of aviation history knowledge and that made it engaging and enjoyable for me to know and learn about what I'm paying to see. Didn't help that the cashier made me feel terrible about asking why our total was 23$ rather than the like 16$ it should have been because I had thought the military discount would apply to both of us. Anyway, the point is I I don't think this place was worth the price and really lacks good customer service or really any customer interaction. My husbands opinion was that the exhibits seems haphazardly put together. It seemed like a hanger full of whatever planes they could get there hands on. It doesn't measure up to the other places we've been to. He did enjoyed seeing the two P-47s Warbirds and the Hollywood Exhibit with the list of movies that some of the aircraft were used in as props. Overall he says that it's not a must see for aviation buffs or enthusiasts just a good way to kill time.

So that stunk. We'd come back here for a mirror maze tho just hoping it'll be fixed next time. I will add it was much more pricey than the one at magi quest. It was like $50 for just the maze and the actual mirror maze was super short. It had cool pathways and bridges to get to the maze that was cool. After visiting the Gatlinburg/Sevierville/pigeon forge areas I do feel this 4 attraction pass is the best bundled tourist attraction in all 3 towns. The mirror maze like lost feature serval mirrors, some music, optical illusions and lights. The whole maze takes about 2-3 minutes depending on how quick you or figure out the maze. This maze unlike others has cool holograms pop up on the mirrors that features the Hannah character talking to you. So it is very much a themed maze as well. Overall pretty fun attraction. Look, I like to rock with the best of them, but not when I'm trying to enjoy a nice dinner. System of a Down, really?!?! My wife and I both ordered cocktails, a Manhattan and Old Fashioned. Both were solidly good. The food came out quickly with the appetizer and main entree coming out together. A slight faux pas, but okay. The Deviled Egg appetizer was interesting and very good. Our main dish was the BBQ Smokehouse Platter, which we shared. The our waitperson's credit, she told us it was plenty to share, and she was right. It included a half slab of BBQ ribs, a generous heap of pulled pork, and a portion of Andouille Sausage. The whole thing seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. It just didn't seem fresh. The pulled pork was dry and tepidly warm at best. The Andouille was flavorful and had a nice spicy kick. The ribs were actually quite good, easily pulled off the bone, firm yet tender, and full of flavor. Yet, they could have been warmer as well. We had a sampler of three different sauces, all were good, but they were all cold as if they came straight out of the fridge - not good considering the meat wasn't that warm already. Bottom line; this place could've been four or even five stars, but they need to get on the ball and up their game in order to get there. Tonight, they lost the game.
