Family had a ball here. We had a long ride through the mountains and the kids needed to get out. My grandson loves cats and he was happy to pretend to rave my daughter. Even the oldest kids i.e. my parents got into the fun! I believe my mother beat my brother in law a few times in the basketball competition.

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

I was disappointed we weren't informed of this before purchasing. Our dinner at Clifftop restaurant was sub-par. I'm leaving this review at 4 stars since I know many people rave about the sky walk (we weren't able to see this so I'm unsure) and the kids play area was super fun. My kids could have played for hours. It's multiple levels and really large. I felt that staff could have been more present in the children's area though. They were just hanging out and talking and not helping to keep the slide area safe. While we were there a parent lost her child and no staff was present anywhere. That was discouraging. It's beautiful here. So many beautiful views. Entertainment, and lots of nice places to sit and relax. We even had a chance to see a black bear.

And at the top of each the company that owns them has their little attractions area. I had searched online, but was not able to find much about Anakeesta being ADA friendly. After having visited, I can assure you it is not very ADA friendly at all. For reference point for any longer period of walking I need a walker, but I can go short distances with a cane. The "crystal" gondolas (basically meaning all glass except the roof) can hold up to six people. While you can board the gondolas with a walker or stroller, it will be a tight fit, but it is accomplishable. Otherwise access to the mountain is through a bus kind of situation. Once at the top of the mountain activities are limited if you are using a walker or wheelchair or have children in a stroller. The tree top walk has stairs at many points and while you may be able to switch to a cane, it is a very long course and you will likely not have the energy to complete it if you really rely on a wheelchair or walker. The overlook tower is only stairs. Thankfully, there are some decent places where you can sit and at least enjoy the view while your party goes and does all the different activities. However, I feel that for the inaccessibility, they should offer a discounted ticket for disabled as you're not going to be able to use any of the activities. That being said it is a pretty view but you'll pay a lot just for that view and there are equally great views at many unpaid or cheaper attractions.

Instead of being very cuisine-focused with (at most) a kitschy theme, Downtown Flavortown feels more like an arcade with upscale food and drink options. It's really neat, but it's definitely not what I expected! (Protip! If you're going to eat or drink here, plan to do it at a standard table or while duck bowling. It's very very hard to do it while at the arcade!) PROS: -Lots and lots to do here. You can enjoy a sit-down meal, duck pin bowling, or play in an arcade. There is also a gift store and a few photo backdrops available. We didn't actually eat any of the food (only drinks and activities) and still spent 3 and a half hours here. -The place is beautiful. It's clearly newer, but even so, the choice of decor really helped make the place. There are a lot of bright (static) colored lights in addition to reds and woods. It has a bit of a casino feel to it. And of course, the word "Flavortown" is pretty much everywhere. -Gigantic parking lot right outside. Really, it's a mall-sized parking lot. Considering how much difficulty we've had parking a few places in the area, this was a really welcome sight. -"Duck bowling" lanes were pretty new, and they operate flawlessly. We didn't have any issues with miscounted pins or unfunctional hardware. The employee who seated us was also privacy-conscious, and he was seating teams one lane apart since they weren't at full capacity. It made for a really great time. -"Duck" bowling lanes also come with prizes to work towards. You can win a little duck (100 points) or big duck (200 points) if your bowling total is high enough. I'm sure the ducks cost them next to nothing, but it was definitely a deciding factor in whether we wanted to play more games. -Drinks were heavily poured and flavorful. The staff understood their offerings, too, and could offer suggestions based on what flavor profiles you enjoyed. -All of the arcade games worked. While some of them were a little sketchier than others (a ball-tossing game had wet balls that made our hands sticky after playing it; I'm guessing someone spilled a drink in it), all of the games did function as we expected them to. -Arcade games are on a plastic card system. You'll need to head to a kiosk (self-service) to refill them and see how many tickets/points you have, but it is way easier to manage than coins or tickets. -Bathrooms were really clean, and it was cool to see complimentary mouthwash here as well. I can't say I've seen that in a restaurant before. -They have a single room "Family" bathroom in here with children's needs, toilet, and urinal for any families traveling. CONS: -The arcade is missing tables or flat surfaces for drinks. While you're free to grab a drink at the bar and take it into "the" arcade just steps away, the lack of flat surfaces makes this difficult. Since a lot of adults would want to play arcade games with a bit of booze, this does keep the arcade relatively child-heavy. -Prize-to-ticket ratio for "cashing out" your winnings were a bit high. Despite three adults playing the games (versus children who may get lower scores), our $25 of playtime didn't even help us qualify for a movie theater sized box of Skittles. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely surprising.
