Such a fun interactive place! And they're so understanding with small business owners. Our family came here excited to do the fly ride and look at all of the exhibits. We were only able to do the fly ride the one day because since we do own our own business, we kept getting calls lol. Obviously we can't ignore the calls, but we were scared Our tickets were going to "expire". Luckily , ASH was there to step in and save the day!! we explained to her that we are business owners, and we have to go to the calls. She took care of us, and reassured us that we were able to come back the next day. Ash took care of business professionally and was super kind. Even complementing me on my perfume!! The fly ride was so enjoyable and beautiful! Love how they incorporate scents, and even light misting when going over the ocean!! Our baby loved it!! However, one con, is some of the interactive exhibits didn't work. Like some of the games. I enjoyed the Bigfoot interactive map as well as the JFK and presidential exhibit. My husband and I loved playing basketball and ski ball. The football game was pretty fun too. They were cleaning all of the balls in the ball pit, so we didn't get to go, however it is very nice to know that it's not a cesspool of infection! I'm glad to see that they take good care of it and they take pride and its cleanliness!! We are looking forward to bringing our little guy to the ball pit next time. We are locals, however, if you're not from here, I would highly recommend spending an hour or two here!! It's So Cool!! Thanks again, Ash for being awesome!! ______________________________________________ My recommendations : -Really spend some time, reading and interacting! -The JFK exhibit is really cool! -The Bigfoot exhibit is astounding. Take a look at the interactive map. -the VR stuff might make you dizzy if you're not used to it, but it was fun! -the fly ride!! Pros: -has great AC! -Souvenirs galore! Has drinks and candy as well. -plenty of parking -Genuinely awesome staff -clean ball pit -Interactive learning and playing -fun to be there -A wide array of topics and subjects! Cons: -some of the exhibits were out of order Thanks Again! -The Kanevski's

Kind of boring. A couple okay photo ops. Old gaming consoles to try out. That was about it.

I don't have much to say other than I thought this was place was just so fun! There is so much to do here... games, exhibit, ball pit, photo ops and more! We did not do the FlyRide, ONLY Beyond the Lens. It was pricy but stayed there for a couple of hours and had a good time. I would recommend checking it out.

We had a great time and there were lots for my family of 5 to do. We did the 3d ride and had a blast with the interactive games. The staff were pretty cool and helpful. Would definitely go again.

Lots of fun, even for us older folks. It took us about two hours for the things we were interested in.

We really enjoyed this! We did the flight ride also which was really fun! I loved that what is normally an extra charge was included! This includes things such as several VR experiences, arcade style games like at Dave and Busters that cost tokens were set on free play! Play as much as you want! And we really liked the photo ops where you scan your QR code, it takes the photo, and you're able to go online and get your pictures! And this is all included in the price of your ticket! I give it a 4/5 because there just a few things that were broken.

We went here two days ago and had a blast! You could easily spend three-four hours in here. We stayed two-and-a-half hours, because we were meeting other family elsewhere; but we wished we could have stayed longer. It is a great place for kids, teens, and those young at heart. From VR games to arcade games and fun facts to an 'alien egg nest', there are all kinds of fun to be had here. Get your picture taken with Bigfoot. Pose in a life-size Barbie box. Stand with an astronaut on the moon. Be the President of the United States. The possibilities are many here.

Most attractions broke or missing parts. Fly Ride wasn't working. Understaffed, but the staff working were working hard.

Instead of being very cuisine-focused with (at most) a kitschy theme, Downtown Flavortown feels more like an arcade with upscale food and drink options. It's really neat, but it's definitely not what I expected! (Protip! If you're going to eat or drink here, plan to do it at a standard table or while duck bowling. It's very very hard to do it while at the arcade!) PROS: -Lots and lots to do here. You can enjoy a sit-down meal, duck pin bowling, or play in an arcade. There is also a gift store and a few photo backdrops available. We didn't actually eat any of the food (only drinks and activities) and still spent 3 and a half hours here. -The place is beautiful. It's clearly newer, but even so, the choice of decor really helped make the place. There are a lot of bright (static) colored lights in addition to reds and woods. It has a bit of a casino feel to it. And of course, the word "Flavortown" is pretty much everywhere. -Gigantic parking lot right outside. Really, it's a mall-sized parking lot. Considering how much difficulty we've had parking a few places in the area, this was a really welcome sight. -"Duck bowling" lanes were pretty new, and they operate flawlessly. We didn't have any issues with miscounted pins or unfunctional hardware. The employee who seated us was also privacy-conscious, and he was seating teams one lane apart since they weren't at full capacity. It made for a really great time. -"Duck" bowling lanes also come with prizes to work towards. You can win a little duck (100 points) or big duck (200 points) if your bowling total is high enough. I'm sure the ducks cost them next to nothing, but it was definitely a deciding factor in whether we wanted to play more games. -Drinks were heavily poured and flavorful. The staff understood their offerings, too, and could offer suggestions based on what flavor profiles you enjoyed. -All of the arcade games worked. While some of them were a little sketchier than others (a ball-tossing game had wet balls that made our hands sticky after playing it; I'm guessing someone spilled a drink in it), all of the games did function as we expected them to. -Arcade games are on a plastic card system. You'll need to head to a kiosk (self-service) to refill them and see how many tickets/points you have, but it is way easier to manage than coins or tickets. -Bathrooms were really clean, and it was cool to see complimentary mouthwash here as well. I can't say I've seen that in a restaurant before. -They have a single room "Family" bathroom in here with children's needs, toilet, and urinal for any families traveling. CONS: -The arcade is missing tables or flat surfaces for drinks. While you're free to grab a drink at the bar and take it into "the" arcade just steps away, the lack of flat surfaces makes this difficult. Since a lot of adults would want to play arcade games with a bit of booze, this does keep the arcade relatively child-heavy. -Prize-to-ticket ratio for "cashing out" your winnings were a bit high. Despite three adults playing the games (versus children who may get lower scores), our $25 of playtime didn't even help us qualify for a movie theater sized box of Skittles. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely surprising.

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

You say to your disappointed children. "We have to go! They are making us leave. No, we can't stay longer because otherwise, we'd be breaking the rules." And it's not your fault that you're making your children leave the "funnest" place they've visited all week. It's TopJump's fault. The booming voice is the bad guy, not you. Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.
