I cannot say enough great things about this place, we had such an amazing time and the guy that was there almost every day that we were there, his name is Steven. He truly made this place so special, and every time we came back, personally came up and shook our hands and thanked us for coming back. The last day, my wife even came out and rode with us, and he went up to her and shook her hand and welcomed her back, even though it was her first time racing with us, when she usually sat in the car to watch the baby. Steven, is truly a special individual, who you can tell truly loves his job. I would come back over and over again, as long as he was here, because he truly made the experience at this racetrack so awesome. On the second day, we brought our son, Austin, who is autistic and Steven was so nice and gentle with him, and helped us make him comfortable enough to where he was able to actually ride the go karts with me. Not only didn't bring me as a father to tears, it brought my wife to tears as well because it was the first time my son actually did something outside of his comfort zone, and Steven made it truly enjoyable for all of us. He did not look at us differently, because we had a special-needs kid, but instead gave us so much care and graciousness and made us felt like we were friends of his. False advertising. Online claims to have electric carts, when we get there and ask about them, the lady in the booth points to the carts behind us and says they are electric. I'm no rocket scientist but, loud engine being filled with gas and black smoke coming out the exhaust = gas carts. Would've rather went to a track that wasn't just a figure 8 for the money and frustration. The carts are old and half don't work right. There are definitely fast carts and even more slow carts in the mix. Not fun at all. Got back home and due to the "indoor" track with gas's carts, my fave and clothes turned black. Now I have to spend the next few days trying to get black stuff out of my clothes. read more

I would 1000% recommend this place! I'd highly suggest doing it with friends. There isn't a "no bumping" sign which made it so much more fun. The go karts were also pretty fast in comparison to some of the others we've driven. read more

The Jamaican lady that sales tickets was by far the rudest individual I have ever met. I have never in my life dealt with somebody who wouldn't listen to what I was asking and just being rude. The owner needs to do something about her. If she works there she definitely doesn't need a job conversing with the public. This one experience has made me never want to spend a dime with this place. I did some research and picked this place to spend my money for a party of five. When we walked up there was no one in line, just us. The woman who was in the booth selling tickets, when we walked up, slowly slid shut the OPEN sign over the gap in the plexiglass that we would have communicated through. I then watched her as she proceeded to do something with her phone that looked like she was singing into it and acting dramatic. She may have been making a Tiktok or something but we didn't wait to find out. We just walked away. It was probably the most blatantly rude gesture I've ever experienced, let alone for someone that is in customer service. No bad review for the carts here because we didn't ride them. We walked to the place next door and spent our money there. Don't let this influence your opinion on the course, though. It has great reviews. Over the years we have visited several of the go cart tracks here in pigeon forge. Blake Jones today happened to be the only one that was open due to weather. I cannot say enough about the track and more importantly the young man working at the gate. He was incredibly accommodating to us and made what was a good track with great karts even better. Best go karting in town! It's easy to get a ride, quick ticket purchase, very adorable. It's the best track because it's so small. This is good because your always on the edge while driving, and when you have a large crew, it gets packed and super exciting. Passing people and drifting, this is what Blake Jones is all about. Small, fun indoor track. The go-karts are fast and not shaky, plus you get a long ride time. We hit just about every track in Pigeon Forge and this was one of the best. The only negative is that the man who sold us our tickets was egging on my 13-year-old son that he had to win the race ahead of me (mom) and his 11-year-old sister because he was the man. So many go karts in town and we didnt know which one to choose from. Yelp helped us pick this one. We got the 3 ride ticket and did drift racing upstairs and then go karting downstairs. Not sure we can compare this place to others in town because we only went on this one. The sign "not for the faint of heart" could not be more true! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! By far the fastest and most fun I have ever had in a go kart! My family is extremely competitive and we love to race go karts. This course was shorter than most, but the speed of the carts made up for the short track. Go carts were fast but the staff was very un pleasant, it was ten dollars a race but they would end the race when they felt like it sometimes last in 2 minutes to 5 minutes all they did was bark orders and yell at kids I understand safety but I fill like at a go cart track the staff will make or break your visit. read more

After trying several different go kart tracks in the area, our search for the best lead us here and we were not disappointed. As pointed out in previous reviews, the track is shorter than some others in town but the speed of the cars makes up for it. Their sign that says "fastest cars in town" is not an exaggeration. They have a special where you can get 3 rides for $20, you can use all for the Figure 8 course or go upstairs to the bumper cars & slick track. The go karts downstairs are fast!!! Was fun but was with a slow driver who finally realized they needed to be in the edge. Not a lot of instruction given as staff was almost run over by said slow driver. Open rain or shine. Super nice staff and the whole family ages 6 to 50+ enjoyed it. My 6 year old tearfully changed his mind about going with me on the figure 8 racetrack at the last minute due to the loud noise of the engines. As we got back to the gate, the attendant was very understanding and gave us our ticket back and suggested I take my little one upstairs to the bumper cars. I did and we had a blast. When the rest of the family showed up after they finished the figure 8 race, the nice man running the bumper cars gave them all a free turn and made my 6 year old's day. The bumper cars were not what I expected. The were more like bumper hover crafts that spun around and glided across the floor. Our sides were hurting from laughter when we were done. So glad we happened to stop in this place because all the other places with outdoor tracks were closed due to rain. Definitely a new family tradition when we return! read more

so this past weekend I took my family to gatlanburg and pigeon forge for some waterparks, go carts and moonshine. I had a coupon for BOGO half off for Blake Jones racing center, so that's where we went and also because of the high reviews...let me stop right here...I have two children, and they both have high functioning autism...my son is 12 and my daughter is 10...we bought two turns around the track...the inside track is extremely intense...they hollered, screamed, and laughed the whole time...needless to say, I and my husband were driving. when it came to our second time, THEY, wanted to drive...they were old enough and tall enough so I said...ok, i'll give it a try. when we approached the time to let them drive, I told the young man in charge of the gate that both of my kids are on the spectrum and would it be cool if they drove...he suggested that we go upstairs to try the ones there (they are slower and more their speed)...my kids protested (as most will that think they know everything). we decided to take his advice and go upstairs...thank god we did...they were all over the place, frustrated, kept getting turned around...the staff there were so accommodating and phenomenal that it almost brought this mom to tears...I could not believe the way they were so loving with my kids...the woman at the resort that we were staying at, who was in charge of the CHILD CARE, couldn't watch my kids for more than 15 minutes...but THIS staff, these young men, went above and beyond their job. trust me when I say we will be back and I couldn't not of had a better vacation, and a lot had to do with the way this place treated my family. it was wonderful!!! read more
