Once we figured out which carts were fast, it was pretty good. Packed tracks, lots of opportunity for aggressive driving. He came back outside and made me put my shirt back on. Outdoors rt here in America- can't be seen without a shirt off. The whole staff here is foreigners. I spent at least 450 bucks here with my two kids in just a few hours. I'm sitting here on a bench filling out this review and I'm seeing customers kids being rejected from rides that are clearly for little kids while overhearing them complain that nobody informed them their kids were too small to ride these rides when they were sold wristbands for rides.. So my kids went on the coaster and I watched and took photos. Then recently, I was forced to visit Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster for a work trip. It was either ride the dang coaster, or irritate the people who set up the trip, so I went. Holy cats! Alpine coasters are super fun! You kind of feel like you're going to fly off the tracks during the ride, but you won't. It seems safe enough, and the ride goes by so fast (it's definitely less than 10 minutes). Before you know it, you're done and wish you could go again. (I didn't, but I'm sure kids would.) You can control the speed, which is nice. At one point, I was feeling wild and crazy, and let it fly and zipped around the track at full speed. I visited with a small group on a weekday, and there was zero wait to start riding. He truly made this place so special, and every time we came back, personally came up and shook our hands and thanked us for coming back. The last day, my wife even came out and rode with us, and he went up to her and shook her hand and welcomed her back, even though it was her first time racing with us, when she usually sat in the car to watch the baby. Steven, is truly a special individual, who you can tell truly loves his job. I would come back over and over again, as long as he was here, because he truly made the experience at this racetrack so awesome. On the second day, we brought our son, Austin, who is autistic and Steven was so nice and gentle with him, and helped us make him comfortable enough to where he was able to actually ride the go karts with me. Not only didn't bring me as a father to tears, it brought my wife to tears as well because it was the first time my son actually did something outside of his comfort zone, and Steven made it truly enjoyable for all of us. He did not look at us differently, because we had a special-needs kid, but instead gave us so much care and graciousness and made us felt like we were friends of his. I cannot wait to come back here the next time, and hopefully Steven will be here because he truly made this trip want to remember

We ended up purchasing 60 credits for $55 and we used our $10 off voucher which brought it to $45 for 60 credits which was a great value!
