It was so gorgeous! Our day on Greg's Segs stood out as the highlight in our four-day Washington D.C. family vacation. We were able to cover miles and miles of ground and visit more attractions and monuments than we would have ever been able to do without these easy-to-ride city-sized segways. And the best part? The tour was completely customized because Greg lets you take the Segway yourself -- it's a rental, not some boring, one-size-fits-all tour.

College Scooters is a dealer, so I sent them an email about taking a class (I'd never ridden before). Zane was super helpful and patient with me in my lesson. After about 10 minutes, I started to get the hang of it, and at the end, I was pretty sure I could do this. I'd initially come in for a larger model, but I couldn't figure out how to get it on the stand, so Zane helped me find a better fit (the Buddy 50). The bottom-line price for a new one wasn't in my price range, but Zane contacted me a week or two later letting me know a used one in great shape had come in. I bought it, they delivered it to my house in Baltimore (at no extra charge!), even registered it for me and got tags. Overall, super friendly, very responsive, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. I recently returned for a week's visit in DC and left my ebike there for a tune-up. Richard gave it a complete overhaul, replaced brake pads, tires and updated the monitor screen. I was on a specific travel schedule so they made my repairs a priority and gave excellent service. I'm also impressed by the personable connection both over the phone and in person, making me feel welcome and listening to my questions. I'm assured to get many more years of pleasure out of this gorgeous bike and it's been one of the best investments I've made. Living in the mountains, I am able to go to up another 2000' elevation with electric assist, and at my age that would be amazingly challenging without the electric bike. Alan had a huge selection of quality bikes in different price ranges (including rentals) and I'm sure will be able to find you a commute or road bike that will suit your needs. They responded super fast when we asked to move our pickup up an hour after we finished dinner early, and they made it happen without any problem. Rob even spoke some Mandarin, which was a huge help for our nearly 80-year-old grandma who doesn't speak much English. Their history knowledge is fantastic and they customized everything to what our group wanted to see. The weather was perfect that night, and the ride felt magical. We got to spend extra time at the spots we loved, and they even let us take extra time at the Lincoln Memorial at the end without charging us more -- such a kind touch (we offered to pay but they wouldn't take it). Smooth navigation, never rushed, thoughtful (they even brought a blanket just in case), and genuinely enjoyable for every generation in our group. This is by far the best and most flexible way to see the monuments up close. We had an amazing time and will 100% book them again next time we're in DC. Highly, highly recommend!
