Understand, our system had NEVER been serviced since it was installed decades ago. After talking with the people in the store, I tried to replace the resin bed myself. With no skills of this kind, I pestered the employees over and over again before I made the exchange for a new resin bed. They were fully interested in solving my problem and took a model system apart in front of me several times before I had the courage to try it on my own at home. Through the many demonstrations, the team members never once let me see any sign of disgust or aggravation with my incompetence. I don't know how they kept from rolling their eyes. I eventually scheduled a service call due to a possible problem with the replaced resin bed. Eventually, we had to have a second service call before the problem was corrected. After all of that, I received a call from Jon, the Greenwood store manager, the morning after the system was fixed. The technician that had been at our house the day before had explained that the need for the service call was possibly due to a fault with the replacement resin bed. The company is not charging us for the service calls. This is not the kind of service that I am used to seeing in our world any longer. This company is in the business of making happy customers. I love my water!

Thankfully we had a heat pump to get us by but that thing was reaching the end of its life. We had five companies come out to quote us a laundry list of things with the main items being a new package unit, and removing the old boiler and heat pump. Wyatt was the only one who bothered to get down into the crawl, took photos, and showed us issues we didn't know were there. Additionally, he sealed up all the duct seams, ran a dedicated duct to a room way across the house that now feels comfortable, a new Ecobee thermostat, Halo air purifier, a new return setup, and a few other much needed repairs... NONE of which he tried to upsell me on, but I was the one who pointed out most of these issues to which he had solid solutions that fit our budget. I'm sure I'm missing something! He spent almost an entire week here working his tail off so that we'd have reliable heat ASAP. He was very reasonably priced, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. After waiting more than two weeks, we finally received a call this week and were given a service window of 12:00-4:00 PM two days later. I had to take time off work to be home during that time, only for no one to show up. There was no phone call, text message, or any explanation for the missed appointment. We even called the number that was used to schedule the appointment, but no one answered. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The communication and customer service were excellent while we were purchasing the system, but our experience after the sale has been completely different. I understand that unexpected service issues can happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of follow-up, communication, and respect for our time. After spending nearly $5,000 on a system only three months ago, I expect the company to stand behind its product and provide the service we were promised. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer service and follow-up process.
