He mentioned how long he had been doing this work and it showed because his expertise was high value. I would recommend Christopher to anyone needing help with their plumbing. The overall service was excellent. I will definitely be using their service again, if needed.

I fully trust and appreciate the Aqua System company. I am compelled to leave a review after…read moreseeing their people work on a problem we had with silicon resin beads filtering into our water supply from our soft water system. Understand, our system had NEVER been serviced since it was installed decades ago. After talking with the people in the store, I tried to replace the resin bed myself. With no skills of this kind, I pestered the employees over and over again before I made the exchange for a new resin bed. They were fully interested in solving my problem and took a model system apart in front of me several times before I had the courage to try it on my own at home. Through the many demonstrations, the team members never once let me see any sign of disgust or aggravation with my incompetence. I don't know how they kept from rolling their eyes. I eventually scheduled a service call due to a possible problem with the replaced resin bed. Eventually, we had to have a second service call before the problem was corrected. After all of that, I received a call from Jon, the Greenwood store manager, the morning after the system was fixed. The technician that had been at our house the day before had explained that the need for the service call was possibly due to a fault with the replacement resin bed. The company is not charging us for the service calls. This is not the kind of service that I am used to seeing in our world any longer. This company is in the business of making happy customers. I love my water!

I was overwhelmed with the idea of such a big purchase but the company explained all of their price options, their rental program, and a rent to buy program. They made it so easy and affordable. After neglecting our reverse osmosis water filtration system for five years, we (finally) made an appointment for service. The appointment was the next business day -- Jaden, the technician, obviously does this a LOT and knows all the tricks. He showed up on time, texted when he arrived (as I requested), was courteous and professional, and changed the filters AND the membrane in under half an hour! He also kept his voice quiet, since His Goatness was sleeping, which I really appreciated. Still five-star service!

I used Cooper's to install an RO system several years ago. Initially, all went well, but I was…read morediscouraged when the RO spigot began to chip after 6 months or so. Recently, I asked them to replace all filters in our RO system, which was overdue. While the technician was pleasant, I was upset that the cost was $368 in total for materials and about 15 minutes of his time. To be fair, that included replacing the membrane, but they have become substantially overpriced based on my research. Between the poor quality of the RO spigot and the high cost, would not recommend.

Three months later, the repairs not done. The flooring has not been restored, parts of our home are still unfinished, and communication has been minimal despite multiple attempts to follow up and now they are refusing to cooperate. What has been most concerning is not the issue itself, but the lack of follow-through after responsibility was acknowledged in writing. This has resulted in an ongoing disruption to our home and a very frustrating experience. If you choose to work with this company, I would strongly recommend documenting everything clearly and confirming responsibility in writing before any work begins.
