I called and talked with a very helpful man who looked at my records and advised it was nearly time for my yearly RO filter change. He advised they could come check the water softener and change my filters together the very next day! Paul the tech arrived promptly first thing the next morning. He tested my water and explained the readings to me. He also found the source of the problem with the water softener very quickly and had the part available on his truck. He repaired it, then explained in detail what the problem was. I really appreciated his thoroughness and for telling me more about my unit. As per their warranty (7 years parts and labor), the water softener repair was no charge and the filters with installation were ~$150. I continue to be very pleased with Cooper's and their staff.

This company has to be the biggest liars scammers ever They guarantee their water filter units to remove the sulfur, iron smell from your water 100 % but its all BS. I bought the system for almost $2300 it only worked for about a week and a half before I started getting sulfur and iron smell again I had to add peroxide to the system manually which is part of the reason why I got rid of my last system because my representative Jason said that I would not need to use salt or peroxide for his system but it turns out that everything he said was nothing but a big lie. I performed all the tests that Jason asked me to do for my system and at the end he wants me to invest in yet another system of peroxide to add to this already not working the system to make it work after being told that I didn't need any salt or peroxide to make the system work. I asked for a full refund he refused to give it to me after he said his Company has been in business for 37 years.
