We were told service calls would be free for a period of time, but that was not honored. We have been charged repeatedly for service visits. More recently, we noticed double charges on our monthly bill. When my husband called to address it, he was told very rudely that because of an issue with our equipment, they "manually" processed something and charged us twice. That is not an acceptable business practice. You cannot just double charge customers without clear authorization or explanation. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, we were redirected to another company regarding app-related equipment. The lack of accountability and customer service is concerning. ATP then wants to charge $125/hour to fix their faulty software and charge you for additional equipment if it has to be replaced. Haven't even had this system for 3 months and are looking for a replacement company. Do your research and look for a better security company.
