As a business owner, having one of my service vans break down can seriously impact my day-to-day operations. I called Advanced Mobile Auto, and they understood the urgency. They diagnosed and repaired my van by the very next day, getting me back on the road with minimal downtime. Professional, responsive, and reliable service from start to finish. This shop is THE best. I've had pretty good luck with auto repair shops in Concord, in general, but this guy is the best. I initially brought my VW beetle in because of a check engine light I had taken to the dealership. They said they fixed it. I drove it out of there and the engine light came back on. I brought it to advanced mobile auto and he had no problem detecting and repairing the problem. I was able to get my car smog and the check engine light did not come back on problem solved. I brought the bug back to him when I was selling it because I remembered how great the service was. I highly recommend this auto shop. read more

Took my car in here on a Tuesday at 12pm. By 130 the owner Freddy had already called me back stating his diagnosis, proved a parts list, everything they would do and a quote. I had called him back and told him to go forward with the work. He then said ok let's shoot for tomorrow for pick up! A one day turn around was amazing! Not only is the car running amazing now he also steam cleaned the engine bay! Returned the car in better shape then he got it I love it! The price he provided was very fair and he's easy to work with. I don't always trust mechanics but he made it easy. None of the run around stuff a lot of places give you. Would definitely recommend to everyone that needs any work from something basic to custom work! And from what I was able to see he keeps the shop very clean and organized so there was no worry that my car would return with any damage or any other problem! Thanks advanced auto team! read more

Great service and great work! I would recommend to anyone who needs their car repaired and/or looked at for a recommendation.

Alfredo and his crew did a fantastic job on my 23 year old truck which had an issue with the fuel injector module, a part that was difficult to repair given the age of the truck. Despite some initial problems, including refurbishing the existing module which did not work and locating a replacement, which did work, Alfredo did not give up. I know he spent many hours wrestling with this issue, the end result of which is that my truck is running perfectly. I could not be happier. This establishment is top notch and I unhesitatingly recommend them. read more

We've taken our vehicles there before and they did a good job, however this latest time a clamp wasn't tightened on a new lower radiator hose they recommended us to get, and after a couple drives coolant leaked out, vehicle overheated, had to get a tow and spend more money on coolant and tighten the clamp! read more

Outstanding service, on time and priced right. Rick made an appointment for my brother whom was visiting me from Orange County. My brothers alternator went out on him (actually died as he approached the shop) and he was only in town for 2 days. Rick took him in and serviced his truck the same day with reasonable pricing. When I saw this I decided to get my oil changed and have him do a safety check. He did an outstanding job and provided detailed results of his work and the safety inspection performed. Again he was reasonable with pricing. Need servicing on your car...take it to Advanced Mobile Auto Dave read more

I was referred to Advanced Mobile Auto by my brother who has used them for years. I had gone to the dealer to get an oil change and walked away with over $5000.00 in suggested items needing fixed. Around $3000.00 were must haves. Freaked me out. After getting the recomendations I took my car into Rick and came away the next day with a bill of $400.00. Not saying that some of the other work didn't need doing but Rick would charge less and he was suggesting things that NEEDED doing. So, thanks to Rick. read more

These guys are great!! I was referred by a friend who brings his car and hot rod here. My 04 Chevy Tahoe was acting funny like it did not want to start in the mornings, like it was not getting enough fuel. Rick and the rest of his crew are so nice and honest. I did not feel like Rick or his crew were trying to just make a sale, they were actually listening to me.The diagnostic test showed some errors, one specifically being an air intake/oxygen sensor. Rick also cleaned the fuel injector/throttle. Needless to say my car runs like a champ now and idles soooo smooth. I'm not going anywhere else to have my car worked on. I will be making an appointment soon to have the 100,000 mile service done on my car. You guys are the best! read more

I had a 4X4 issue on my truck, and after trying two other shops that told me it was a "can of worms" they didn't want to get into, Rick was able to diagnose a pinched vacuum line affecting my iwe actuator vacuum line. His instant diagnosis was thorough and professional, and found the pinched vacuum line causing the problem for a fraction of the cost that other mechanics were diagnosing. I will continue my mechanical work with Rick because he is a knowledgable, honest, and trustable professional. read more

If you are looking for a good, honest place for your repairs, look no further, this is the place. Quality work, fair price, and Rick looks out for his customers. Our vehicle ended up having a major engine problem. Rick researched the issue, contacted the dealership and helped arrange for our car to have the engine replaced by the dealership under a recall warranty. I think most places would have just charged us and put in a new engine. Thanks Rick!!! read more

I won't take my truck to anyone else! Rick is by far one of the best and reasonable mechanics in the concord area.

I recently took my work car over to Rick to fix my lights. Work was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They went the extra mile and checked all the bulbs in the vehicle. My husband and I happened to find out about this business through our next door neighbor. We couldn't be happier with his work and we always make recommendations to anyone looking for an honest, capable mechanic. I had a pleasure of dealing with Rick and his team regarding our 2003 Honda Odyssey. Rick and his team took care of the issue, which they could have easily escalated to something else, but with their integrity did NOT allow such action.
