I took in my new Subaru Crosstrek to Sean to restore the paint by removing the swirl marks. Sean took the time to explain the process and all the ceramic pro packages he offered. I got the opportunity to see firsthand some of the cars he was currently working on. I went with the Ceramic Pro Sport Package because it was within my budget. If I could afford more I would have gone with the Gold package. They did a great job on my car. In fact as they took it out of the garage he noticed minor imperfections I wouldn't have noticed. He went at it to take care of them. I think others would have just let me drive off. I could tell he takes pride in his work. My car looks great. The entire experience was positive. On my way home it rained. I didn't have to use my wipers on the freeway. The rain just beaded right off. Midway home it stopped raining. When I parked the car I noticed that it wasn't wet at all. The Ceramic Pro Sport Package Protection worked. I recommend you trust him with your car. At the very least you should have him take care of all your windows with the protective coat as I will on my second car. I saw firsthand when I took it home in the rain. Without using my wipers I had clear visibility of the entire highway. It's important to point out that in the few years that I've been on Yelp I've only reviewed three companies. Let me add to the glowing reviews. Three years; 86K miles; two years driving 4-5 kids in carpool; three years hauling dogs; multiple road trips to beaches, mountains, hiking trails, vineyards, dog shows and stables. My weekly hose-offs and vaccuums were not cutting it anymore. My car also had a dozen or so chips and scuffs from other cars, shopping carts, doors, etc. Sean spent nine hours working on it yesterday, which gives you an idea of the grime, as well as his level of detail. He retouched out the chips so well that I couldn't find them later. My car looks phenomenal. i contacted Sean regarding detailing my 2007 black Tahoe and removing some quite noticeable scratches i had after living in SF for 5 years. I dropped my Tahoe off on a Sunday and left it with Sean over night. he mentioned having the extra time would be better for the waxes he uses as he can then let each wax cure for an hour. i also emailed him pictures of all the "problem" areas i had to better give him an idea of what i was looking for. after reviewing the photos i sent... he emailed back a very detailed message regarding each area and what he would be able to do... which helped set expectations on both ends right from the start. upon picking the Tahoe up... the huge key mark i had down my front quarter panel and down the driver door was gone... which was my main concern. Sean was upfront with how long it was going to take by doing a walkthrough of my car with me when i dropped it off. he also spent over two hours on clay barring my Tahoe. the day after it was done... there was a light rain which was not in the forecast. Sean emailed me addressing the rain and when it would be a good time to meet up so he could re-treat the exterior plastic again after it rained... saying the exterior protectants need at least 36 hours without rain to fully set in... this extra treatment would be free of charge. him offering to do this blew my mind... he could have very easily moved on to something else but instead he went out of his way to contact me to further treat my car. Sean also gave me tips on what to do down the road on keeping my Tahoe clean (i.e. which counties have the best water and which have the harshest). I would recommend his detailing to anyone and plan to use his services for two more cars before the summer is over. Tip: during the summer he is slammed with work so he barely answers his phone... its best to get ahold of him through email as he handles all logistics as well as is the only one doing the detailing work on his clients vehicles. read more

I contacted Sean today due to an "emergency." An entire gallon of Round-Up weed killer spilled in the back of my Prius and I was desparate to find someone good to help me. I called from work and Sean helped me right away. He knew the chemical well and gave me instructions that would save me from even more fume build-up until I could see him. I was amazed about how much he knew about this chemical and I felt instantly at ease. He was able to see me the same day and it only took about 45 min. I contacted Sean on the recommendations of a custom body shop in the area. Sean came out to look at my 2002 C5 Corvette which is black on black. It has only 26000 miles for a 2002 and was in very good shape - I thought. Sean proceed to carefully and with much care to work on my Corvette. It took 12 hours of polishing and sanding using very fine grit paper to remove all the scratches and swirls in the black finish. As he works it reminds me of an artist lovely applying their talent to a canvas but his canvas is your car. I highly recommend his work and if your are a Corvette owner, you will be very impressed with the care he takes when working on your Corvette. read more

Sean detailed a 'new to me' 2005 Honda Odyssey minivan and a 'lets sell this thing' 2000 VW Passat. The minivan very, very dirty from the previous owner and he got the paint and interior (the worst off) in great shape. Melted crayons, coffee stains, all kinds of nasty stuff was ground in the carpeting. He got 10 years of oxidation almost completely removed from my Passat, though he warned me up front that he wouldn't be able to get it all. The first person who saw the car bought it. My husband and I were moving out of town and were going to give away my 2000 Honda Civic prior to leaving - the only problem was my car had been well covered in fur from our beloved hound-shepherd mix and needed to be deeply cleaned prior to giving it away.
