I had PPF front end protection applied on my 2025 Lexus RX350. The front bumper, hood, headlights, left and right quarter panels, A-pillars and side mirrors are now protected plus they applied Graphene Sealant to the rest of the car including windows and wheels. I had done business with them in 2015 when I bought my Infiniti Q50S. Back then they did a wonderful job with applying Ceramic Pro and PPF to the front of the vehicle. Two months ago I purchased an Infiniti Q50 S Red 400 with the limited Opal paint package. I chose to use a different shop that came so highly recommended. I drove my car over immediately after I picked it up at the dealership. I had a full window tint, front PPF and a Graphene coating done. Four days later, I picked my car up and found so many things wrong. I had to go back four times to finally get it to look somewhat better. The tinting was done very poorly and I was extremely upset. I called Joe at Artdeshine Studios on request from my friend who owns a body shop in the same industrial area. Joe was very professional, I explained the issue with my window tint and he said to bring it down, we will take care of it for you. It turns out Artdeshine produces the Graphene coating the previous place used on my car. I decided after talking with his tint professional, that I wanted them to redo my windshield, since the previous place said they cannot do the job any better. Well, they were not able to do any better, but Artdeshine did an mazing job, they replaced the tint completely on the front windshield and the job was perfection. They also detailed the car and put there six month sealant on which took care of issues the other company couldn't take care of either. I just hate myself for not going to see Joe and his amazing team first. The reason I didn't, was that their business name changed and I thought they closed. It angers me that the place who did this work couldn't do better so I was forced to pay again to get it right. These guy's are amazing, they are extremely nice and very professional, and great people to work with. I will NOT make the same mistake twice. With the volume of high end cars that these guys service, there should be more reviews here. I bought a Tesla Y and wanted paint protection and tinting. When I met with Joseph he told me the different options and his recommendations. Tesla has a lot of paint and quality control flaws and the paint protection would help with that. Their shop is a bit secluded, but they have plenty of room for parking and servicing the cars. What impressed me with Joseph was his focus on quality and service more than sales. Just walking around the car, he spotted issues I never noticed. He then gave me an education on Tesla, PPF, wraps, tinting.
