Dylan was very responsive with our numerous pre-service questions. Based on our conversations, we decided to have the front of our car (GX 460), the mirrors, the A pillars, and a part of the back bumper (we have dogs that can scratch up the paint when entering/exiting) protected with the XPEL Ultimate Plus film. I ended up originally work with Dylan through my experience with Tru-Tints. They co-share a garage workshop and it ends up being a nice partnership of PPF and Tint. I was not considering PPF, until I ironically met someone who was getting PPF installed by Dylan at the shop. But after my discussion, getting a walk-through in person, having a conversation with Dylan directly, and doing my own research, I decided to move forward with installing PPF on my car. Dylan was able to fit me in to his busy schedule, and we met at the agreed upon date/time. He was able to complete the install within a day and a half, and he was very considerate in working around my schedule for pick-up. Upon picking up the car, I got a full walk-around, recapped the process, discussed the maintenance, and completed the transaction. Throughout the project, Dylan was communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. The PPF install is top notch. He uses XPEL, which is one of the industry leaders, has all the software/hardware to custom cut the appropriate template for the car make/model. His workmanship is impeccable, the seams are very clean, the cuts are precise, and the edges are tucked so they are not visibly noticeable. The most important part of PPF is finding the right installer that has the experience and skill to install PPF correctly and cleanly. A friend of mine recommended Dylan to me years ago when I needed PPF on my car. He did a great job on installing the full front PPF (headlights, full hood, fenders, bumper, fog lamps, side mirrors). His price is also very reasonable. He uses Xpel film, which is pretty durable. His work is top notch, can't see any cut or visible lines from the films. Just like the other reviews here, Dylan did an awesome job adding partial PPF to our model Y. We had a few emails back and forth because we had questions about what different combinations would could, and Dylan was great about answering. Dropped our car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Car looked great, and the PPF was perfect. We did half the good which kinda took me aback to see a line across it (in dark lighting it shows ; it's totally invisible in the daylight unless you're looking for it) but Dylan let us know we could keep adding pieces here and there if we wanted/if that like good really bothered us. I totally wish I'd found Paint Protection Concepts when I first bought my Tesla Model 3. The amount of road dirt that dinged my car just in the short time I had it is ridiculous to the point I didn't want to drive it. Jump to 6 months later and we found Dylan.
