Just for this month (May 2026) they are running a promotion - $20 off for qualifying applicants under 30 years old. Brandon was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and quick. We applied online a few evenings before, scheduled an in-store appt and Brandon closed up the transaction in less than 10 minutes!! When the pain kept getting worse, I finally inspected the chair more closely and saw the gas cylinder didn't look like what should be on a genuine Knoll product. The gas cylinder clearly has a made by KGS Co., Ltd. marking on it. So I called the store to confirm whether the chair I bought was actually authentic and not Frankenstein'd, the sales person who sold me the chair, answered the phone and Instead of actually addressing my concerns, he acted like I was imagining things and insisted that it's a Knoll chair because it says so on the back. He then proceeded by saying that they don't take returns on used items as they're sold as-is, but will check with his manager. He called me a few minutes later stating that they would make an exception for me and take it back for a store credit only with a 20% restocking fee. In other words, they won't stand behind what they sold, but they will charge me to hand it back to them. I asked for the manager to call me, and - a shocker - no one ever did. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. If you care about product, authenticity, being taken seriously as a customer, are getting basic professionalism, look somewhere else. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I even found all the colors to the Papermate Bright and Metallic colors. I also found these routers, modems, and even modem router combos. However the boxes are empty, and I don't know what kind of policy they have in this store for why their boxes are empty. But in all honesty, I'm surprised to see how this place sells routers that are a combo of router and modem. I also love how this place sells prescription-free hearing aids. It makes it so nice and convenient.

They…read moredon't seem to have designated cashiers just workers that float to a register until things need to be rung up. And there are at least 4 different counters here. The Amazon register is shared with the party city one apparently. Also, not obvious that it's the Amazon counter not seen on their huge red board behind counter but you have to look at the orange circle sign they had at thigh level and really dirty Amazon circle signs on the floor. The signs were inconspicuous and not really noticeable to say the least. TIPS: Amazon returns and party city is to the right when you come in. UPS/happy returns is to the left, they had a nice brown recognizable UPS brand sign behind their counter to the left and further in to the left is the copy/print counter, and finally regular office supplies register center-ish to the front of the store. And the workers do not greet you or ask if they can help. I can see Staples going out of business eventually like Fry's just based on their customer service alone.
