We cannot say enough about this company and they're amazing customer service. When we were trying to make the decision to switch from our personal copier that was operating as our professional copier, D'Lan walked through our front door and fully assessed our needs and recommended the best copier for us. From day one, he's been no less than easy to work with and always at our beck and call. They've held our hand through the transition of this entire process and are even helping us with IT issues. They deliver on time and as promised an answer every single question we come up with. I cannot say enough about this company and its people. This is the place to go for a copier or any of your IT needs.

I have been ordering our office copiers with two companies but I have worked for for the last 20 years. Fast, efficient, friendly, on time and professional. You can shop around but you won't find a better deal, a better company, or a better staff. Today my company received their latest new copiers, the staff spent hours training, setting up, and making sure we were satisfied. I can't recommend this company High Enough.

Whoa! Very impressive!! It has all the accessories that I need. I'm so thankful for Al's help on explaining how to use this easy to use machine! I'm so glad we made the decision on getting this awesome copier.

ECC Technology Services is so great! I am the Associate Executive Director for a nonprofit in Lakewood. We were in desperate need of a good printing solution. Al was great to work with! We love our Kyocera copier!

Avoid them at all costs!!! Horrible customer service and their copy machines are useless! The copy machine pretty much only works if you wanna print simple black and white pages and anything other than that well good luck!! They've been trying to fix our machine for two months now and we have to call them multiple times a week to send someone to fix the machine and if we are lucky it works for a couple days and then breaks again! Sometimes it doesn't even last a few hours before it breaks again! P.S. When we first got the machine the toners were pretty much empty and they told us that's because there is some left and they don't wanna waste it but the thing is though they charge you shipping to get the toners so basically we had to order new ones after one week and pay for the shipping!!

Friendly , Fast, and Reliable Computer Repair!…read more I had such a great experience with CompuTech ! I was referred by a friend a while ago and also occasionally there's a cafe I go to next door. My old Mac Pro laptop seemed like it was at the end of its life, so I remembered them and went to seek some answers. From the moment I came in the CompuTech place , the team was kind, patient, and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my explained everything clearly, and gave me an honest estimate. With all the work and the age of my computer, they offered me an alternative. I ended up buying one of their used laptops ( another similar newer model Mac Pro) that was newer than mine and overall would make better sense as an investment in the end. So they would transfer the data over from my old computer. It was a great deal. What really stood out was how fast they were able to turn it around - they fixed it sooner than expected, saved my data and I was so happy. Just recently after purchasing the laptop from them, I am a teacher with a lot of students & earlier that day I had used the computer but when I got it home it wasn't turning on-there was no power... It was weird! . So, I took it in and they said they would have a look and get back to me since it did not immediately turn on. They quickly got back to me and let me know it was an issue with my mother board, they told the usual fix for this was about $275 but that they would only charge $125 because I had purchased it from them. I thought that was fair. I reached out again a few days later and they said it was more complicated- apparently some liquid had gotten in there and they had more serious repairs to make. Knowing this information really freaked me out because it's my main computer that I use at my office/school/at home. I was very concerned. They took a little more time to repair and I understood why. I was honestly expecting for them to charge me more, but they were kind enough to stand by their original quote. I saw that the time and labor actually was $375 & I was so appreciative of them doing such great service. My computer was back to normal (whew!) and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's rare to find such knowledgeable, caring, thorough yet affordable service these days. I highly recommend Ash & the CompuTech team to anyone needing computer repair or tech help -- you won't be disappointed, it's a hidden gem to keep. Bless you guys & thanks again! I brought my laptop in for repair (power failure) and was initially told by the technician that it…read moreshould be fixed within a week. Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

Where do I start, well first they asked me what was wrong. I told them that the laptop shuts off…read moreby itself but the battery light is still on. Then the LCD screen needed replacement plus a full diagnoses. Well, they fixed the LCD for a good price. Then came back to me with a higher quote saying that it was a 4k 133mhz. Which I already explained that to them earlier with them not understanding. Still, no problem. I am very easy to work with and was the whole way, until I got my laptop back that is useless now. Well, I pick it up and you really do not see anyone to talk about the issues when you drop it off or pick it up. That's strike one. Secondly, I pick it up and get home it still shutting off. Strike 2. Now the main issue, if you do a full diagnoses they should have known it was the GPU. Because it lags with game play. I tell them that and then they act like we did what you wanted and the motherboard needs replacement. First, they should have diagnosed it, and saying that before we even proceeded forward. This was one of the worse experiences I have had with any company. I should have had my brother tell me, as he is an IT. He would have known right away when it shuts off that is internal. But I wanted to give him a break because he does it all day. So, I had to pay about 3 hundred for easy labor or diagnoses. But they just updated the GPU driver and cleaned it. But yet didn't notice that it was useless. Now I am stuck with a razer laptop that is basically useless and I paid 800 bucks for an LCD screen new battery and diagnoses. If they would have done their job with the diagnoses I would have paid just like a 99 for diagnoses, which would have been fine. Oh and get this they wanted to sell me a new battery adapter for 180 bucks. I mean I would stay clear from this company. You cannot even speak to someone face to face. Then they tried selling me stuff I didn't need. Worse experience ever, and I will be putting in a claim with my cc company asap.
