We had a great conversation and I was really looking forward to working with this company. He took down my information and said that he would email me an estimate. The next day after not receiving any information from him, I called back to ask if he was still able to do so. Not only was he incredibly rude to me, but said he doesn't care to do business with construction companies (in which I work for). In my opinion, a business owner should not turn down paying customers just because of the industry in which they are related. I would highly recommend Mailing Jet for a printing company, the customer service is amazing and they are quick to get back to you with answers and estimates!

I chose for them to cut for me which was an additional $5 to my quote. My quote for 5x7 prints a total of 10, was $11.90 plus tax. I picked up the prints the next day. It's a very convenient service. I arrived closer toward the end of their closing time on Saturday which is now 4pm and their machine was off so they couldn't provide me the receipt and said it would be emailed to me on Monday as they are closed on Sunday's. I was already shown the paper in person when I went the day prior so I knew which one I wanted. Which was the 100lb non glossy paper. I made my payment over the phone after being given my quote. I shared my card details with them. Since I plan on using them again, I filled out a form in person that would allow them to keep my card info on file.

Great customer service, but the quality of the promotional products I ordered from Pinnacle…read morePromotions didn't meet my expectations. My sales contact, Monica Embley, was great. She was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions about the promotional items I was considering. I purchased the Scripto Tech Dual Ballpoint Stylus (Item#: 6002-17). An art proof of the pens was emailed for my approval 24 hours after I had purchased the pens and my order shipped the following day. I could not have asked for more prompt service. Unfortunately, the pens do not look as nice as they appeared to be on the website. There are two seams that run down the barrel of the pen. These seams were not visible in the example pictures on the website: http://www.pinnaclepromotions.com/promotional-product/scripto-tech-dual-ballpoint-stylus/427/30992/#gclid=CJv82Lq5urwCFZPm7AodDWIAWQ The seams were also not visible in the art proof I was sent. Had the seams been visible on the website or in the art proof I would have decided on purchasing a different pen. Our logo is right above the seam (see my pictures) so you cannot avoid noticing this flaw on the pen. When I notified Monica that I was not happy with the pens she offered me a 10% off discount on my next order. It was a nice gesture, but I think I might have to require a sample next time instead of relying on a digital proof.

Up front she said that while the seal might not be 100% the same material as our original seals, we would get a very comparable product for about $230. The seals we got were not only perfect, and at the price quoted, but I think the material is exactly the same. We got a free sample first of all, and I couldn't tell any difference. The were embossed, very sticky, and just all around perfect. I can't believe we managed to get those seals duplicated and for less than 25% of the cost... that's crazy. Shelley was so professional and on the ball... all handled in record speeds... we will definitely be ordering from her again when the need arises.

Note: They are in the plaza with Walmart - but they are on the far end of he plaza…read more The first time I used this company was over a year ago and while the print quality on the postcards wasn't up to my clients / nor my standards - they acknowledged it and did the honorable, appropriate thing to make it right. The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Nevertheless - with print quality and prices - I can tolerate occasional snippiness and being ignored for a few minutes. Lol.

Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work. If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything. If you are a possible customer- I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.

What a great experience!…read more Recently, Yelp Atlanta partnered with our friends at Atlanta Food & Wine Festival for some IG-worthy photo displays. I really wanted something that showcased our logo prominently and figured that a sign would be fabulous. Here's a thing about me, I'm a millennial and think that I should be able to know the exact price of everything and add to my cart and go, lol. I've learned that I won't always get that, especially when it's something custom/special and you want to do it locally! So I decided not to be lazy as I really had a vision and wanted quality with a quick turnaround. So I hopped on Yelp to find a local printer and found Clash! After visiting their site, it was easy to send an email to request some assistance in figuring out what the heck I was looking for. I was lucky enough to be paired with Julia as a sales representative and she followed up on my email within the hour. I loved that! We talked through what I was looking for (a die-cut logo sign) and she helped me figure out what size would be best, which was great as I have terrible measurement perception. I let Julia know that I was hoping for a turnaround within 2 days, crossing my fingers that they would be able to accomodate and they were! The next day, my order was ready for pickup! Upon arrival to Clash, I was very, very confused lol. Idk if they had a monument sign outside that I missed but hell, I wish I would have seen it lol. I parked in the street in between where I thought the biz may be, and ended up in a one-way chat with an unhoused friend after giving him some $. I don't love small talk and prayeddd that I would find Clash sooner than later LOL. I called and was guided upstairs (I was steps away) inside of the beautiful businesses suites. Once I arrived at the door and let inside, the young woman who guided me upstairs apologized for my undesired chat outside as she saw me from her window lol. She passed on my order which was situated between two cardboard sheets, keeping it secure. The sign was absolutely perfect! We were able to perch the sign up on our balloon display and it was so perfect for the event. I'm planning on ordering another version of the same sign and working with Clash when possible going forward.
