As I would want herEncountered one of THE most unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this establishment I've ever encountered as a customer and as a business woman. I've used their services in past (as recent as March);as an Event Designer and had NO problem. My interactions was with the owner, Lynn, whom I had much respect for until TODAY! I came to her/ them with a project I'm doing for an interior decor which consisted of a wall mural. I forwarded pictures along with the dimensions. When I called to speak with her/Lynn more in detail to make SURE this project was doable, she rudely said it was not necessary to speak with her, anyone could assist me. She then went on to disclose her personal issues which as a CUSTOMER had nothing to do with me. So I called back at a later day and spoke with India, whom I might add was extremely nice, detailed and patient. Once everything was discussed, she said she get with Lynn for pricing, at which time I informed her Lynn quoted me a price for one part already, however because of the project being very detailed I just needed to be precise on the second half. This conversation took place on a Thursday, June 24th. Friday, I heard nothing, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and considering im not the only customer. So I did a follow up on Saturday and asked for India, as told she was not in. I then asked for Lynn. She grudging answered the phone with a very unpleasant demeanor asking how can she help. I briefly explained to her the conversation id previously had with India two days prior and was doing a follow up because I explained in previous conversation that I needed/wanted to have this done the following week. She/Lynn proceeds to say no info had been relayed to her and she was upset that India failed to do so, but Fridays and Saturday's are busy days for her and she really didn't have time to discuss. I was a little taken aback by her comment and shocked to say the least. She Stated that she had a client in her office however she would take a moment to see what it is that I needed. I told her that I wait until the following week when India returns I don't want her to slide her current customer to talk with me As I wouldn't want her to do that to me if I was in her office. So she informed me that she will call me on Monday however I asked for more let's confirm if they were not closed on Mondays. She replied that they are however she would make an exception and give me a call to address my concern regarding my project I told her I appreciate that and will wait to hear from her then. OK we're into another week which is Monday, June 28 and I'm waiting hopefully and patiently to hear a response from Lynn supposedly from Hotlanta. The day goes by and needless to say as I thought I did not receive a phone call didn't take it personal just took it to be what it was. Now at this point I'm really beginning to feel like I'm begging them to take my money as a customer when I can take my business elsewhere but because they had did such a good job on previous things I didn't want to continue my business with them however at this point I'm not really liking the unprofessionalism that I'm receiving. So here we are on Tuesday, June 29 1 o'clock in the afternoon I decided to call and follow up yet again pertaining to a pending projects that I need to be executed as soon as possible. I called to the shop and ask for India the young lady at home was assisting me and was told that she was not in today. Trying to avoid having to bother Lynn the owner who is attitude from previous conversation was definitely warranted because she get again wanted to talk about her personal issues that she had been having like surgery having to go and see about her father and other personal things which I felt had nothing to do with me as a business person I decided to call and follow up yet again pertaining to a pending project that I need to be executed as soon as possible. However I did express my sympathy and what she was dealing with but yet again business is business. So with that said I asked for the office manager Rhonda and just so happened she was in the Office today. Upon answering my call I briefly reminded her asked who I was and she greeted me very professionally and I explain to her as detailed as I could the situation and the problem of which I was encountering. She politely said that was not her area of expertise in regards to design, her area was finance, however, she was more than willing to assist. Rhonda informed me read more
