    Joy - the rudest, most hostile and ignorant UPS agent. She was the agent from hell!

    The woman named Joy (pictured in the yellow circle) is the rudest, nastiest, most ignorant person I have ever met. I had been waiting on a private mailbox. I was in Atlanta temporarily to help open a new office at my company. I had an urgent package that needed to be mailed to me so I used this location to retrieve it. I decided I might as well open up a box for a few months to have my mail forwarded to me if my employer needed me to stay in GA longer. This location was out of boxes. The owner informed me on Monday that they had a small box become open and said he would hold it for me. I asked for the mailbox application and she snarkily replied "its first come first serve!" And she then shoved the application into my hands and immediately turned her back on me and walked off. I told her that the owner said that he would hold the box for me. She said "Well! He didn't tell me that!". I asked for the package I recieved and she retrieved it and literally THREW the package at me. It was a small box and very light weight. But she tossed it in my direction and it hit the counter. I stood there stunned. HOW RUDE! I had another piece of mail at the location which I had been informed had been sent. One of the ladies said she would hold it for me until Monday. Well, Joy wouldnt even look for it. She just kept saying they would send it back if they had it because they could only receive in packages and not letters. She did not care that the other agent said she would hold it for me. Why send it back when I've driven so far and I'm standing in your store and you can just give it to me? So her lazy ghettofied a$$ sent back my letter back because she refused to look for it. I had been standing to the side looking over the application and she forgot about me. I had not paid for the package yet and I reminded her I needed to do it. She screamed at me that I should have already done it even though she was the one that forgot and I wanted to pay for the box at the same time as the package. THIS IS WHY DOING BUSINESS WITH SOME BLACK PPL IS SO DIFFICULT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY ARE DOING THEM A FAVOR. I ALSO FAULT THE BUSINESS OWNER. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU PUT SOMEONE SO NASTY AND SO RUDE WITH SUCH PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEMPERAMENT UP FRONT TO LITERALLY ABUSE YOUR CUSTOMERS? Joy was so nasty and so rude and so hood I refused to open a box at this location and left the store. No way will I do business with someone who treats me like sh-t. This is straight up the UPS from HELL.

    Fortunately this store is in my neighborhood! The staff was friendly and helpful and i was able to get my shipping needs addressed

    Service was not good. Staff wasn't pleasant. Borderline rude. Internet is very slow which runs up your usage cost.

    Way to expensive, and mildly unprofessional. They were chit chatting more than helping. And $22 for a 1 pound box, really..,

    I have had a mailbox at this UPS location for nearly 20yrs. Today I closed it due to Kirsten…read more(unsightly brunette with glasses) sabotaging my incoming mail/packages. Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox. The only thing consistent in this place is POOR, UNFRIENDLY, SURLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Dante, one of the service reps always has a smile on his face no whether whether it's the beginning…read moreof the day or the end of the day when you know a lot has gone on before hand, especially during Christmas time where everyone's shipping and have little time to be polite! Dante is always friendly and always so accurate in knowing exactly what my needs are and how to meet them! The rest of the crew is great as well! It's always a fast in and out because they're so efficient! I am really sad when I have to go to other UPS stores and deal with poor service and poor attitudes. These people really rock as far as knowing how to please a customer. UPS store is to the left of the cleaners and to right of the Publix grocery store I will continue to come here as long as I can.
